Great hotel, great view… Absolutely recommendable!

Really amazing! Great food, great rooms and amazing spa and pool area!

Nice place, excellent outdoor and indoor swimming pool, steam, jacuzzi, Haman available, good dinning options.

Great Hotel But the rooms are not clean enough the staff are nice and the piano music is very remantique.

Very excellent location especially the hot mineral spring sources available. Worth to experience the hotel facilities including sauna, steam, ice, chill water, Jacuzzi, external warm swimming pool, internal warm swimming pool, Turkish bath, gym, etc… Room facilities and services take no more than 3 stars… Prices are quite moderate compared to similar level of hotels.

I was in this hotel during a business trip for 2 weeks. I had breakfast and dinner in the self service restaurant. Food was good but a little bit repetitive (reason why I don't give the 5 stars). In the hotel a spa is available. Interesting to know that also a shuttle bus for toursitc area of Izmir is available for free. The only suggestion I can give in this case is to provide a map with clearly identified bus stops.

Clean and the breakfast is fine. Hotel is outside central izmir.

I am very disappointed and do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The operation was very slow and unkind, for a drink you had to wait at least half an hour. The spa area on offer was closed and the hotel was in a pure construction site. By the pool was a very unpleasant penetrating smell of gas. For a towel I had to wait half an hour and the towels smelled enormously I was very tickled. The food was also very inedible and left a lot to be desired. If you want cutlery, you will be guaranteed to remove from the described drawer by the waiter. I felt very uncomfortable.
The staff of the spa area are very arogant. The hotel does not deserve 5 stars!

Very poor for some hotel comfort experience. It does offer some hot tub facilities in space of what it lacks.

I didn´t like to pay for the room when I got there. The air condition in my room didn´t work, but payed for it when I got there. Couldn´t sing for foof nor drink, had to pay for every service. The key for my rood had to be re programed several times even during the same day. The computer in the lobby only works in their language, not at least, in english, even though is not my laungage, is an international one. They only had one coffee maker in the restaurant and the hotel has a lot of people in there, so the line was very large and the machine usually doesn´t work. In the front desk, people used to answer their phone while they were attending the clients. The only goog service was the wi fi one. It is not easy to comunicate to the service in the restaurants, becuase they do not speak english. I was told that the massage service is very good.

Were in a Smoking room has stunk terribly. On Each request, they wanted every morning for us a new room, but this morning was not. Towels Stink double Deluxe Booked and paid for we have a mini double complaints can like to move on tomorrow this morning comes but never. Bathrobes only receive a gesture from the outside. Hotel guests must be with the masses Bathrobe in the room and there new Dry order meaning we could not explain. Breakfast is the only thing that is almost 5-star worthy, the Rest is garbage no comparison to other Kaya hotel. Appointments in physiotherapy to get un possible possible in Germany pre-booking treatment rooms are all empty, the staff is just hanging around but no dates. Absolutely not to understand. The staff in the Thermal area absolutely unfriendly to the guests. The Thermal day visitors will be treated much better.

It's very very good spence 2 nights Wifi was poor.
