I’ve never stayed in a hotel that’s so basic, very bad indeed, it wasn’t any cheaper than some 5star hotels I’ve recently been too. If you wanted air conditioning it was extra, so was the safe in your room, only one roll of toilet paper provided and then you had to pay for any more. The pillows were horrible all lumpy the room smelt of drains. The hotels Wi-Fi was terrible, the lifts kept breaking down and the water went off a couple of times, once when I was covered in soap so I couldn’t rinse my self. The reception staff couldn’t speak much English, all in all a horrible experience, wouldn’t go back even if it was free.

I wouldn’t even give mutlu one star, it was disgusting. It really needs a good clean. Many people was ill from the pool water. A lot of broken items in the room. Room was never once mopped floor was disgusting. All I can say is stay clear. I know basic in Turkey and this was not basic.
