Lovely hotel, room is fantastic however the waiting and bar staff at first impressions are quite shocking, rude and inattentive considering it’s a 5 star hotel.

Just back from this fantastic hotel full 5 star treatment mostly German and Russians but fine for UK too would definitely come back food excellent staff can't fo enough for you would recommend this hotel location is fine plenty shops bars nearby and a market.

Just got back from staying here. The hotel is fabulous even though it mostly caters for German and Russian people we had a great time the Staff, entertainment, rooms, food And poolside were excellent would definitely recommend to anyone.

A beautiful place to have a good vacation. 70 % from Russia, 25 % from Germany and 5 % from Turkey.

Very nice place, one of the workers was a bit of a jobs worth and didn't like us walking in the restaurants with shorts and flip flops on even though we were dressed very smart… so if you don't mind confrontation like that it's okay. Other than that it's a very good hotel. Food in the restaurant can be hit and miss but the A la carte restaurants are very good.

Vacationing family with a child of 2.6 years, came for 9 nights from 7th June. Arrived early this morning, an hour drive from the airport, while waiting for check-in, went to Breakfast and looked around the territory. Checked in earlier than in 14, husband modesel to the reception to know if it is possible. We were offered a room with sea view with daily Supplement 35евро, we declined. The rooms are modern, clean, mini bar was replenished every day for free (2 soda, 2 mineralki, 1 obucinac drinking, 2 Beers), the room has a kettle, tea, coffee bags, sugar, cream. Leaving the room I recommend to close the Windows with thick curtain, then not so stuffy, air conditioning is available at certain hours. The area is not large, compact, have a common longitudinal embankment, so that during the walk you can look after yourself the next year another hotel. Sea, list of granular pure, sunset in the sea smooth, finely 10-15 meters, ideally someone with children. The food is delicious, the variety was red fish, white, Dorado, large shrimp, moreprodukty and other fish tuna very much. Same with meat abundance. The only thing that a little cereal is not only in this hotel, it is across Turkey. If your child is like eating my porridge, take a couple of types. Of kas was always osenka in the morning, rice and a couple of times was the bulgur. Spaghetti, pasta (macaroni) was constantly with two kinds of sauces.

Not the biggest selection of cocktails but great quality of food and service. Worth the money…

Trendy verbena beach v good staff friendly and helpful. We holidayed with Thomas cook and there was no rep no first day meeting we were the only English couple here and couldn't make ourselves understood so Thomas cook needs to b told about this.

Super Hotel the animation team is a bit bland
but we also didn't need it it's all there to spend a wonderful holiday here thank you verbena the staff is great.

First impression is very good, check in without problems, even room exchange wish implemented immediately. Room is newer construction year and modern and functionally furnished, I like very much (2 sinks very practical, bedside table without drawers) and the size and the view with direct sea view top. If now the food still convinces me a perfect choice.
After 5 days I can also judge the food, everything is best :) especially the grill with daily changing meat and fish did it to me!
All in all, after a week an absolute recommendation. Hotel, facility, beach, staff all TOP!

The hotel is a very clear recommendation. The food is very tasty. The whole facility very clean and well maintained. The rooms are great. The beds are very good in quality. The staff is also very friendly all the time. Of course, the small shops in the hotel sometimes try to sell something extra. But that is part of it.

At the moment we rest in this wonderful place. Tasty, cozy, good service. Great place in the off season for sure. Wonderful promenade along the sea and the beach itself and the sea! we've been to a lot of hotels in Turkey, they can't be compared to European 5 or Asian hotels.

We're here for the seventh time now and it's all perfect again. The hotel is well maintained and the entire staff is very friendly, always helpful as well as extremely attentive. Every wish is fulfilled here.

I've been there for the fourth time in early February. Birthday escape. As much as I try to find negatives — I don't succeed. It starts with a competent reception, very nice rooms with, according to my feeling, very good cleaning, a really more than ample food selection to each meal, delicious cakes, ice cream and other in the time between meals and a very pleasant " Beach Bar ", where you can, of course, minimize, eat very well at noon. There was fish every day and another meat variety and of course the chicken kebab skewer, there were "fries" and various vegetables, pizza, Italian. And Türk. Kind of course, the delicious Turkish bread, a large salad bar and fruit.
If you are on the beach, which was always possible with my four stays and would like to save the move to dinner in the hotel restaurant, that found there sufficient choice. The service staff were very attentive and friendly and all spoke very good German, for many an important criterion.
The pool area is very large, but I can't say anything else, pooling, except sunbathing on the couches was not yet.
In the basement there is an entertainment programme every evening and there is a separate "games area" all you need or do not really need (watch-/Schmuckladen with gold purchase) is available. Indoor pool and Turkish bath — so I didn't miss anything.

Location The price/quality ratio is justified. We stayed at the hotel for 3.01 to 13.01. Food is varied, the staff is friendly, if you give a couple of bakoxi, it is very friendly) The rooms are clean, match the stated description. Mini bar replenished daily, cleaning quality. The front desk clerk Maria, very responsive and friendly, her special thanks! I did not expect from winter holidays so many impressions! Will definitely return to this hotel.

Trendy Verbana Beach is located right on the Mediterranean Sea. The building is very nicely designed and the rooms are really good. Beds top. Service is also excellent. Manavgan and Side can be reached with the Dolmut within 15min. The food is excellent. Overall really great holiday.

The resort + the beach are fine, but the hospitality to other nationalities other than Germans and Turks (of course) is at no more than 3 stars unfortunately.

It is extra service, nice beach, awesome room, specially good for kids, excellent food, fine park to walk around, pools are also fine and beach bars are also good.

We were 16 to 20 06 16 in this beautiful hotel from 06.06. It is very clean, the cleaning staff have cleaned especially thoroughly. We felt comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. So relaxed we are never returned home from a vacation. We can imagine there again to book holidays, although we never have twice made holiday in a place.
The food was plentiful, tasty and varied, only the knife could be slightly sharper. I can only say, just excellent and worth every penny.

Very, very good Hotel in a stylish system. Direct stand location on the ground level. Sandy beach. From the price-performance ratio significantly better than Spain. 90% German, 10% multicultural, hardly any Russians in the Hotel. Its own stretch of beach with Sunbeds and parasols, free can use. In addition, there is a beach bar with drinks and warm food. Many dining venues including 5 à la Card Restaurants (I, MEX, T, F, sh), beach and pool bar, and at least 4 more. FOOD: super cool, especially the Barbequegrill with each day a different fish and various meats. Extra Children's Buffet STAFF: Super friendly and very accommodating DRINKS: NO alcohol-free beer, and only in the Patisserie, a good coffee and a very good Turkish coffee ROOM: with electric kettle, mini-bar, tea ENTERTAINMENT: kids disco, kids ' club, water Polo, 2 large Slides, Volleyball, etc.

Am now for the fourth time there and every top food, service simply everything.
