The hotel does not correspond to 5 * so little and unfriendly staff I have never shen rooms were not cleaned at all because we have booked ultraall inclusive despite the you have to pay orange juice safe per day 2euro eat always but really always the same thanks but never again!

Great hotel with a beautiful pool area and on-site beach. The service always friendly and helpful. Here, great attention is paid to cleanliness in order to comply with the health conditions. There are cafes restaurants and drinks bars inside and outside. The children also have a lot of fun here. Unfortunately we have to demolish today but it was a wonderful week with lots of sun and warm water.

Cant say a bad word about this hotel and the staff! First of all I would like to say it is the best hotel I have ever stayed in my favourite holiday at the moment! The hotel it self is beautiful and the staff is incredible all very frendly helpful and very professional especially the young man working at the front doors welcoming customers sorry dont remember his name but he was always willing to help us with everything we needed. Great food throughout the day very clean place! The beach the pool the rooms everything is clean also Oktober fest was absolutely fantastic enjoyed every minute of it very well done and well organised — I have to say I was very sad leaving this morning I wish I could stay there forever! The hotel really look after their customers entertainment throughout the day and mini club show everyday for children was also brilliant! Now I have the songs stuck in my head thank you for a wonderful stay and hopefully I will get to come back!

One thing I did not like, will be available at the Pool between 7.00 and 8.00 o'clock with towels occupied, every day, although fresh towels are available from 8.30 am! I can warmly recommend this hotel. It is clean in the public places and in rooms, the staff are helpful and friendly and make sure everyone is comfortable and feeling well. If any problem occurred, it was immediately fixed. The animation staff offered fantastic entertainment and spread positive energy all the time! The drinks were of high quality and the bartenders have good memory of both the names of guests and what we wanted. Incredibly fine selection of food that varied every day based on high-class themes. I got home yesterday and I am already longing for you again! You are fantastic.

Very good hotel, the staff is very friendly and kind, the food is very very good and the pool is very very good and I love it and water slide are very good and funny and little bit scary because it goes soo fast, the beach is very good to and the pier is good to because its so high waves and the water is so tropical and waves make the ses funnier I was there like 2 hours every day. The bar is very good to the non alcohol cocktails was very delicious my favourite was cinderella. This time I was at the Sea world resort and spa and last time I was at sea world. I recommend this hotel because it’s child friendly and it’s very good because it’s a very good hairdresser at the hotel I got hair cut today. Thank u this hotel is the best 100000 stars.

Highly recommend. Good to be with a kid. Very nice swimming area for kids 0-5 y. O. And 5 and up (device). Total relax for kids and perents.

Could be a very nice and super hotel, but why do I have to be part of the pool party if I don’t want?! This is a children friendly hotel but there is a party-very very loud — till midnight. Even at close door and window we can’t sleep because of the extreme loud noise.

I don't know why people write bad things about hotel and staff. This was the best holiday for me and my family. Staff was perfect, there was a guy who's name was Isan, he was the best staff member in the restorant. He makes us smile and makes our day better. Yes I agree reception workers should be more welcoming to the guests who stay in the hotel. But that is nothing to worry about, because you only see them twice. I recommend this hotel for everyone who wants an amazing holiday in turkey. Thank you to all the Sea Planet staff for making our holiday even better. We will definitely come back to Sea Planet again because it was the best holiday we've ever been to. Thank you.

I liked Everything, except cleanliness. Kind of cleaned, and the result is not very. In other hotels, where was earlier, cleaner. But it is not critical! The Rest is super!

Fantastic hotel and spa, lovely spacious rooms great pools brilliant private beach with its own jetti, an all round amazing place to stay, a must for families.

The worst hotel among 5 stars. And here's all the reasons. 1) a Staff brake, react to my request like tin swallowed. 2) Lost my stuff when I passed a dry. 3) the rooms are horrible, some how agreed on a more or less normal and is useless. 4) at the reception, no question can't decide, make the face of the virgin, and virgins. 5) horrible. Question the previous good reviews. He believed and came. The hotel is really very bad. No security. The water slides no one controls. Children udayutsya each other when sesiunii from the hills. When my head broke the boy. And was no difference. Even an ambulance didn't anyone call while the noise is not raised. Terrible bezolabernost. Just no one cares. I really don't like writing bad reviews. See above. But this is the limit of a terrible attitude towards people. I in the beginning turned a blind eye to all the problems, but even my verhoelst failed. Please don't believe all the positive reviews about this hotel. I reread and realized that you write most likely a fake or that the first time abroad which are better not seen. The worst five-star hotel in Turkey. Here I am a fool seduced by the cheap price. Dear friends and sootechestvenniki do not believe anyone in this hotel. I am not persuaded. But I realized one thing. Sorry that I believed their travel agents, who need one so I bought a ticket. But the positive reviews of this hotel it is 100% false. I apologize for such a great review.

I really liked the hotel! Nice staff, food excellent, room gorgeous. But don't go to the restaurant of Farms. And if you wonder what's there and you go there please do not try a kebab. The meat is not fresh and very sharp.

Check in 14.00 the Room is good. The Mini bar is free. Room Cleaning every day but cleaned bad. The food is OK.

So if I read something like that, I could burst. The hotel is super clean. If the hotel guests are unable to do so, a cleaning service will be carried out immediately. No matter if food, service, offer cleanliness everything is excellent. Offers of the shops are very good and the business people are very friendly and all very clean. I can't say a point against the hotel. You should stay with the truth. All we can say is keep it up.
Great praise to the Mangerin Tülin which is always there for the guests and everything is immediately clarified. Also to the chef Dogan for the great attention on top of our room. Until next year.

This was a family resort with a great view+staff made you feel at home. Spotless inside+out. Food amazing. Highly recommend. Plenty to see+do. Love it.

Wonderful experience in any way from the front desk to the beach are people that work their are wonderful and so helpful if you need them their there for you food is so good and spa area is a wonderful place you will find dino who is so helpful for everyone who wants to go their its worth it if your single or with 100 family members and kids its worth.

Ive been many places up and down Turkey coast line… its a nice hotel, nice beach with actual sand! Theres also private parts of the beach away from the hotel easy walking distance if you just want to chill. Theres nothing to do however outwith the hotel… nothing! Ive rated this a 2star as the food was so horrible and bland. They seriously need to get a grip on variety and TASTE! Take a leaf out the Titanic hotel in Antalya re gooood food. Coffee and bar drinks also very low end!

I'm going to this hotel with my 2 daughters from the 09.04.18 to 17.04.18 really very disappointed for a 5 star hotel
the hotel proposed a water park for children which was essential for the choice of my stay but the space was often close, so the kids were bored,
the restoration despite this is really mediocre free, cleaning the same,
really a hotel disadvise for family ^

the animation team especially Emrah and Giovanni, a big thank you to them who we did everything to try to make these 10 days enjoyable

You can make a very nice holiday, even with children. Lots of animations for adults and children. Clean, neat, tidy, without compulsion. W-Lan is the only catastrophe, Internet connection can be forgotten on room or area, only in the lobby and at a snail's pace. If the staff is addressed, you always have an excuse ready.

A first time holiday in Turkey and thanks to this team also an unforgettable one. Those who go on holiday will not be disappointed.! ❤ (thanks to the ladies at the spa… It was glorious)

Very Great view, nice Buffet but from the front, the atmosphere doesn't fit at all. But not so important. Water is also a little too Cold, the beach everything was clean. ;-D.

Russian can be seen at once, unfortunately. Require special attention, leave negative ratings and Hayat. As if from heaven, all come in large numbers. And they themselves behave daskalaki, constant complaints to the staff, require purity, and themselves on the beds, on tables, in the pool leave behind mountains of garbage and dirt. At 6 in the morning to throw towels on the sunbeds and went for a walk, to sleep, to swell, to eat, OOO, I took the place. Fu.

Were here with the kids! All good! The alcohol in the street near the pools is diluted apparently to not hmeleli quickly) )

Great holiday, hotel is good but downside is that the Hotel caters for more Russian and Eastern Europeans and Germans and staff don"t grasp English very well. Serves us British right for being lazy and expecting everyone to speak English…

I really like this resort. There were a very very friendly staff. I really liked the bold guy and the younger of the boys that organize games and activites there. The rooms were very clean. The food was super delicous and there were a lot of activities. The pools were very clean and the turkish bath and sauna were fantastic. There was also free fitness center, yoga lessons etc. The animations shows were incredibile also the pool games were fantastic. I really really enjoyed the time there.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 1 week. The hotel was beautiful and rooms were very clean and to a high standard. We booked a room with a land view but ended up getting a room with the most amazing sea view and beautiful sunsets in the evenings. The only downsides to this hotel are: 1. It's in the middle of nowhere so you really need a car if you want to get around as there isn't much nearby. 2. The food is amazing but it's the same stuff for lunch every day and same stuff for dinner. There isn't much variety so you start to get bored. 3. Shopping is very expensive in comparison to marmaris where I went in August and found the shopping there fantastic. If I want another week away just to relax and do nothing I would definitely return.

Location is next to a graveyard which is not the best location to have a hotel at. The rooms are quite simple and comfortable to stay in. Service seems to be unhappy all the time which influences your vacation vibes over the whole stay.

Not recommend! The dirtiest hotel that i've ever been. Pool very dirty, water from pool is with sand and stones, 1 week there and I saw nobody to clean water, only in 1 day someone with a hose at 10 a clock when all where at pool "clean" between people. Room has dirty walls, cleaning in rooms was made once at 3 or 4 days. The walls have fallen plaster. Towel for pool where spotted. Inside hotel is nobody to clean, verry verry verry dirty! Same eating every day. This was the 8th year in Antalya area and the worst! Can not compare with other hotels.

The worst management, very rude hotel owner to the young 16 year old guess. I think he was only able to pick on young people. My son is verbally and physically abused by him just because of sitting in the lobby with damp shorts. And this man (hotel owner) got us kicked out from the hotel just because we got angry and we called the police. Neither Travel republic nor police helped us about this matter but offered writing a complaint to the authorities. Our plane was next night at 11:55pm but it was non changeable. I don't know what we would do (on that day around lunch time) if we didn't take our credit cards with us. We had to buy another plane ticket to travel back to Istanbul. This hotel is managed and owned by weird and bad people. I am writing to let you know all these so you don't sit in the lobby with damp shorts if you go there. Otherwise you might get a punch on your face by the hotel owner. Specially warn your children to behave and respect the rules otherwise they will definitely be beaten by the weird hotel owner.

Very warm swimming pools, greenish sea and no clouds. Three quarters of rooms have view at the sea, but only half provide view to the pools. Food quality and quantity is poor. Good music and animations. There are cool slides for kids. Rooms are clean but towels are sometimes dirty. A lot of Turkish, German, Russian, Polish and French people.

Hotel is beautiful, however my stay could have been much better! As I came into the hotel I could not recognise it from the pictures, very very dark entrance. The staff lack any communication skills so learning things about the hotel was very difficult. Improvements such as hotel room services and quality of rooms such as bathroom repairs and overall aesthetic looks should be over looked. I enjoyed my stay due to the company, but many problems were faced in the hotel which ruined the stay. Nevertheless would recommend a stay there but ensure you read up on reviews before u book a stay.

This is a "but"-hotel. And note, should it have been half the price it was, it would have gotten 4 stars. They got a children's eating area, which is nice… but they play one song, on repeat, per week. I kid you not, I know the lyrics to house of the rising sun by heart now. They have a big buffet… but of four people, four people got sick They have nice rooms… but we had such a problem with biting bugs we had to change rooms. They have nice bars… but they mostly serve stuff up/are understaffed, so instead of just pouring juice myself, I had to stand and wait in line all the time. They have waiters… but they are so slow/understaffed so you need to get all drinks yourself. They have lots of nice little shops. But it's basically desert outside the hotel. They have a nice view of the ocean… but other than that you have a cemetery or a camping site to choose from. They have mini-themed-restaurants… but the same food can be gotten from the buffet (not all days though). They have water slides for adults… but they allow little kids swim near the exits of those slides. They have room cleaning… but it's more of a "occasionally make your beds"-kind of thing. They have 9 floors… but the elevators are really badly programmed (and the guests are really stupid) so the stairs are usually faster… even from the ninth floor. They have hotel cats and peacocks… got nothing bad about those, those were awesome. There were night shows I didn't attend, that seemed awesome.

I can only recommend the hotel. I was there a year ago already and go again tomorrow. The service is great, many speak very good german and are very friendly. It also very in the plant and that is clean even outside the session. The rooms are very modern and the beach belongs directly to the hotel. The food is delicious, we got not enough especially from the sweet stuff. The spa area is great. The masseuses and the head are very qualified and know exactly what they are doing. Also, the clientele is more comfortable than in the Dolphin Hotel :-). I can only recommend it.

Great 1st class 5 star hotel! Food is excellent, lots of variety, salads, vegetarian, pasta, fresh fruit and veggies, so many choices! Great bbqs by the pool at lunch time, chill out music, nice beach and pier! Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Huge hotel with everything you need. Good food, even though it's pretty much the same, but there's plenty to choose from. Three different pools. One 40 cm deep, great for children, with many water slides. One 110 cm deep with bigger water slides for adults or older children, and one big pool 140 cm deep. The only thing I can complain about is the cleaning of the rooms, which wasn't very good. Aside from that, a great hotel. Would visit again.
