Bad food. Non professional behavior with tourists.

I should say everything by reality. Reception: reception was not warm welcoming just the guy with curly hair and big eyes was very unprofessional and also scary that you can not even talk to him imagine I was speaking Turkish to him and he was aggressive to me he behave very badly. I believe it is better to leave him to work in kitchen not reception. Restaurant: Friendly staff but still not professional. I would like to say thanks to Fatih he was manager of restaurant because of being warm welcoming to everyone very good person. The staff was working in restaurant called Tarik every time he was flirting with girls (passengers) and asking them out that was crazy and even girls rejecting and he was still pushing them that was so crazy. All other waiters were nice but they had lack of communication. Bar: The staff were amazing specially Ugur was really professional bar man I would like to say thank to him. Entertainment: was amazing Food: not that much great Location: perfect just 10 mins away from kemer by bus beautiful nature hotel and rooms: new building they were repairing not great they are charging internet that was crazy 10dollars for week for very bad connection internet also for safety box they charge 3 euros per day. I can say this is a 2 or 3 star hotel not more, but they sold it to us as a 5 * U All inclusive hotel. All the time you ask something to drink from bar they said finished. Nobody can speak or understand English, even the reception! One day earlier they knock on the door for check out, nobody was polite or professional. Air condition in our room wasn't working, Lobby was too hot, restaurant was so hot. Cleaners (house keeping) were rude and of course can't speak even one word in English. Nobody has a friendly smile. Tour leaders were the worst. Lying all the time and selling excursions 5 times more expensive than the real price. They even didn't give us our city tour.
