Really great inclusive hotel, very helpful staff. It was very hot given it's in Kemer, Antalya; outside fans at some spots would've been nice so we could actually sit and enjoy the hotel outdoor and not just the pool or the room.

I'm staying at this hotel. I will write a review from the scene. :-) So far the overall impression is 4. (Under the five-point rating system). A little later I will write pros and cons. I'll start with the pros. A large area of the hotel. A large individual pebble beach. Pier with a bar and goingto-in for those who want to jump into the water.

The hotel liked, democratically, cleanly. The location of the hotel is perfect. The food, the coffee in the lobby are great, the grounds are pleasant, the beach is wonderful, the sunbeds under the awnings, it's a different, sometimes inept, tired and unwelcome. The guests are mostly Russian families without extremes. In one of the blocks of the main building well very noisy at night because of the disco of the neighboring hotel, it is impossible to sleep until at least 2 a. M. And another big drawback — in bars and at the disco in the evenings Russian pop, it's terrible.

Just a terrific stay. Beautiful, large and very green grounds, beaches and pools are clean. Delicious and varied food in the restaurant. Every evening there is an entertainment program. The housekeeping staff is friendly. The room was very clean. Even the toiletries were not replenished-asked themselves. But the mini-bar replenished always. The rest is great!

Lovely 5 star Hotel on the seafront. Pebble Beach 450 m, 2 buildings, several pools, including children's, and 3 slides. Beautiful Garden with a pond, cozy hammocks among the pines, a charming view of the sea and mountains.

Arrived full set, on recommendation, beloved mother of his wife. Location Super! Food more than anywhere! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean. Great rooms, lovely clean sea! Lots of Pools! Great bath complex, awesome (there are hamam, saunas, pools, etc. ) Excellent hairdresser! Super Massage! Experts clearly know their business! The grounds are very large and beautiful very well decorated. In General; The hotel is beautiful.

Do not recommend to book tours through the Anex tour, use only Pegas! The first and last time take vouchers to the Anex tour, never again this company will not use (the most disgusting tour company), only stable Pegasus (with Pegasus never had questions)!
Another moment: On the territory of the hotel, you will be molested by photographers, negotiate immediately about the price! Then you will be rolled out in $300 per hour of photo shoot)

Rooms are average, there should be more luxury for a 5* hotel, but the esthetics of the outdors are more than 5* for big grass fields that are perfectly trimmed and a lot of palm trees. Also to point out that after 10pm you have nothing to do except drink in a outdor bar, or go to your room to sleep, because the hotel doesn't have anything interesting that you can see only there, no animals, no diferent restaurants, noething like a sidewalk by the beach to walk and enjoy your vacation, the restaurant has a lot of great food to choose every day, and the service is nice, the employees are professional and cheerful, so I give them 4* total.

I really enjoyed 3-day stay at the Mirage with my wife and kid. It's a clean and fun hotel with lots of amenities. The beach is nice as well. The one suggestion I have for somebody visiting this hotel is to try their hookahs. Unfortunately the hookah is not included in the package, but it is very reasonably priced. The person preparing it was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had the best hookahs of my life in this hotel. You must try it!

The worst rest in the life of our family! The hotel has a 5 * Quality of service! Stayed at this hotel in October 2017 through the TEZ Tour. I am Writing now because I did not want to return to negative impressions. Maybe Our review will be useful and help someone to make the right choice. From What did not like in the Hotel Mirage Park Resort (Kemer) : Rude, unfriendly staff-if you have a problem, know that you will not help the hotel staff! Communication in English. And then not all understand, let alone the RUS. Armenian. We paid a room with a sea view, got a room on the 3rd floor, where the sea was barely seen, asked to change, but we were denied, the view of the rooms with garden access was no different from the view of our room, and for the price it was cheaper; The room was very clean. Broken sockets, non-working electrical appliances/lamps in the rooms, dirty, ragged sunbeds mattresses on the beach; Bad animation or its total absence; Sauna in the hotel-a complete misunderstanding, no sunbeds, no hooks for clothes; The territory is large, but few flowers-only in the restaurant area, separate areas and wetlands (in the area of the minizopark and around) ; The schedule of bars on the beach is limited, not for comfortable rest; Ice cream is impossible-stringy chemical composition of strange origin; Evening Program-Economy version, no impressions; But if there was a disco-noise in the territory-just Ahtung! Location, food at a good level. Suitable for a relaxing family holiday. Stayed in May 2018. The Hotel was very small and the rooms were very well-served. Good transport access to Kemer and to the canyon.

Super Hotel. Ultra Good. The menu is very varied. Alcohol is almost all free. The location is great. The cleanest sea. Really one of the best hotels of this class. Five points with a Plus!

Amazing coffee foam exfoliation followed by full body massage and face mask. New experience. So fab we booked two more body massages. Po from Thailand and Nik from Bali … oh and of course Yusif for recommending what has helped us both truly relax! HUGE thanks from Sharon and Andy. Po and Nik you are both excellent masseurs.

We spent 9 weeks here and there were no wishes left open. We'll be back in January.

We stayed at the hotel in the second half of February. One of the largest hotels in the Kemer area consists of two buildings. There are about ten restaurants and bars on site. The main restaurant in the main building. There is only a bar in the additional enclosure. Own beach. The entrance to the water is quite sharp, in the water small pebbles, which is not very comfortable. There's sand in the lounger area. There is its own pier, in the summer there is a bar. There is a zoological corner with birds and a fish pond. There's a football field. According to the local population, various corporate events are often held in the hotel during the off-season. Several open and one indoor heated pool. There is a spa with saunas and hammam. There's also a beauty salon, a hairdresser and other pleasures. About half of the rooms overlooking the mountains have very heavy noise from the ventilation systems of the restaurant and the pool, from which even the closed windows are not protected. We had to move for an extra fee. It seems that the staff is well aware of this and appreciating the guests will settle them in such cheerful rooms.
The town where the hotel is located is very small, ennobled area of hotels and the central street with tourist shops, everything else is in a state of chaos, it is better for the tourist not to look there. Kemer is 10 minutes by car, 45 minutes to Antalya.

We visited Mirage Park Resort in June 2017 and had an incredible time. The stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Food was plentiful and a wide variety. Theme nights were fun. Animation team worked hard but also respected guests wanting quiet time. The drinks were all top shelf and no soft drinks from a gun and syrup… all from branded glass bottles. Coke, fanta, sprite etc. Our only negative was the beach. The sand was not clear, which is my preference. Didn't enjoy the stoney beach, which meant we spent majority of our time around the pool or on the pier. Water was crystal clear though!

Rested on New year holidays, so much was closed and did not swim especially, but it did not prevent to rest. Nice staff, plenty of food, beautiful hotel, clean, has indoor busick, 2 saunas, Turkish steam room and hammam. The view of the mountains is very beautiful, the mountains close.

Nice family hotel, the food is mediocre but the view and spaciousness of the rooms make up for it. There is an abundance of cats at this hotel, very friendly and cute. The beach is the best thing about this hotel.

I was here in the winter. I will Say at once that it is better to go in summer. No performances, no ice cream. There are Also too many rules. For example, it is not possible to swim in the pool without parents until the age of 16, but I still break them with friends;-). The Food here is delicious, but because there are no people, its quantity is not so big. And so it is satisfied. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean.

The location is regretted. To the Sea 50 m from the lobby. Clean, bright, spacious rooms. Good food, very helpful and unobtrusive staff. Before Dinner live music on the ground floor, delicious coffee in the lobby bar. The Restaurant is very tasty. Clean, comfortable, even with a child.

Very nice … perfect rest in November, real time to extend the late summer a bit and shorten the domestic winter.

Our first all inclusive and enjoyed it thoroughly. Could use a little updating and then I would probably give it 5 stars.

Calm, family hotel. Service is very good. Hotel territory is big and green. Main restourant provide vast choice of dishes. They also have 2 separate paid restaurants on the hotel territory. Beach is nice with clean see.

It's a very nice place with lovely and ospitable pple, smiling all the time. Great food and great atmosphere. Thank u for our great time here.

It is very good generaly everything I would rate it 4 (from 1 to 5), They can improve: 1. Bed matrih for 5 * should be better quality 2. Breakfast end up 10.00 am, lunch start 12.00 — 2.00pm and dinner start 7.00-9.00pm. There is 2 hours between breakfast and lunch and 5 hours between lunch and dinner, not to many logic for me. Kids are coming to lunch not hungry and waiting for dinner too hyngry? I think lunch should be at least till 03.00pm… 3. Not enough tables to seat inside the restoran wirh air conditioning, so you should be quing and waiting for table — that is also not good enough for 5 * 4. Staff is speaking turkish and russian, english very rearly that someone even understand, so if you want something to irder even water you need pantomima or to call manager. Managers were speaking english.

Excellent experience. Food is delicious so many varieties to choose from. Every one is so pleasant. Only negative thing I can say is very few staff can speak English in the resort.

Not a 5-star place but I liked this hotel, we had a good time here. Some rooms with sea view have one disadvantage: before the lunch they fire up barbeque and all the smoke goes up and to the windows.

Myself and my partner thoroughly enjoyed are stay, our room was huge and pleasant, mini fridge was ideal for storing water. Pools were freezing but not complaining… soon cooled us down when we were sizzling in the sun :-) All the staff were lovely and helpful… I would deffinatly go again, and to the people conplaining about no internet, get a grip your on holiday you dont need internet/phones… make your own entertainment, a holiday is what YOU make it! If your a boring bunch of people your going to have a boring holiday! Xx.

Its crap I do not advice n e 1 2 come here, its more of a 2 star place to stay and eat, complained about beds, air condition, I would say its good back in the 80's as everything looks as if its been left since then, even the pictures on the wall are so spoiled as if its been on there since then.

Rooms are too old fashioned, TV is too small, there is no internet connection but environment is good.

Does not deserve the 5 stars they rate themselves as or the 4 stars Thomas Cook rates them as. The hotel is dated, the pool has slime in the bottom, the food is not very pleasant, there are cats constantly stealing your food, it is NOT all inclusive, you must pay for many things when you get there. They won't take Scottish Notes (money) and will try to avoid changing your money to Turkish Leera. However, the staff there are brilliant, they are all very kind except from the people in the Spa, they are a bit rude and rather touchy feely. Shoutout to Tayfur — The waitor who was always over to say Hello and chat, making our experience a lot better here. Overall, not what we had previously expected, the hotel needs refreshing, but the staff are wonderful! — Not to do with the hotel, but the shops in and around Goynuk — They will try to charge you high, but you must haggle, you can bring them down from 100 Leera (£32ish) down to 30 Leera (£8ish), if you try enough. Tell them you have spent all your money and it is all you have left, if they decline, walk out the shop and usually they will chase you to try and sell you it at the price you wanted, they will bring it down even more after 10pm as they get increasingly desperate.

Facility is very nice. Staff as well as non-English speaking. Cleanliness in my opinion would everywhere be a little bit better. Otherwise, it was nice.

A large green area, beautiful views of the mountains. Entrance to the water on gravel, not nice. Waiters only clean with tables, drinks are not. Bottled wine for dinner only, from imported alcohol only saw The Famous Grouse Whisky and Martini, bartenders in bars brakes always queue. Draught beer Effes. Food at minus 4, fruit is oranges, grapefruit, Apple, watermelon, evening about Strawberry/cherry didn't even dream. And Yes, the coffee machines "Jacobs" in powder and cream taste too hellish respectively. Hookah at the main building for $ 20/15 €, payment nalikom. In the lobby there is free Wi-Fi. The rooms are spacious. Next to gomakami with 12 to 16 bake cakes, waited in the queue for 30 min. Nice hotel, not without costs, of course, but the rest they do not spoil. Recommend.

Good by Turkish standards, the hotel. Not young already, reminiscent of the Soviet sanatorium. Quite clean and tidy, although not without objections. Good for a family holiday.

For the second time in Kemer, like nature and crystal clear sea. Service at bars and restaurants we liked it all went to the meeting and tried to help, for example, for the child was requested every morning, cook soup and porridge, have written the recipe and gave away to the kitchen. I arrived in Turkey for the first time. Very very impressed by nature. All so beautiful, well cared for. And what road in Turkey! At the airport we were met by comfortable bus, everything was well organized, so I didn't notice how ended up in the hotel. All that was shown in the Agency in the photos is actually three times better.

Services provided, location, room, total area-are acceptable. Selection of hotels in the tourist market is huge, but we don't dare take risks and choosing the hotel get their benefits. Many of the staff are working on a couple of years, we are pleased to see familiar faces.

This year the choice fell on the Mažesti Mirage Park. Check-in: we got to the hotel with the comfort of a high-class avtobuy, professional staff and Tez Tour.
