Spectacular and stunning from the moment you enter this wondrous hotel/palace.

Wow what can I say the setting of the hotel sea, mountains, forest, beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Great Spa and Beauty treatments. Amazing hairdressers. Fantastic shows the animation team are amazing, and funny and ensure you have a good time. Wonderful food and amazing Cocktails served at the Sunset Bar. I will definitely be going back ❤️

Firstly the staff are incredible, the food is out of this world for an all inclusive and the facilities are spot on. There were a few minor teething issies on arrival, however these were resolved immediately. Wi-Fi wherever you go on the resort and stunning views across the Mediterranean.

Family friendly resort, with plenty of pools, lounges, private beach etc. Food and entertainment provides for all tastes, which inevitably means there are some things you are not so keen on, but there are plenty of options. Very clean facility, professional and friendly staff. There was little to do for the mid-teens in the evening, except to hang with the family, rather than doing their own thing. But I guess that depends on what you want from the holiday. For more active families, you may wish to consider a couple of day trips. There are lots of cats and kittens around the estate, well looked after and cared for — certainly friendly. Overall, I would highly recommend the resort. We had an amazing time.

We are currently there on April 16, 2022, we were surprised by this hotel because we had a room with a side sea view, we did not expect to have such a beautiful, I specify is a superior room, the kindness of the staff is irreproachable, the maintenance of the gardens 10 overall the hotel is good for the price, small reproach on level of the lookout relationship who makes no effort to speak French as well as at the reception … a big thank you to Deniz is the person who put the suitcases in your room and he speaks very good French Guy and Martine from Belgium.

This is one of the most amazing hotel. Very friendly staff and great service. Beautiful environment. Many kind of entertainment, shows, games every day. You won't be disappointed. We are so glad that spent great time in November.

Fabulous place, clean everywhere, tentative to needs, nothing too much.
Only issue is if your are at that point of change in life and having hot seats there is no air con as it switched to heat from from 1 st November.
overall though definitely 10/10

The hotel is different from what is in the picture, it is shabby noticeably, but still in good shape. The main plus is the territory in the pines, everywhere is shadow. For children, this is a big plus. Delicious cuisine like everywhere else in Turkey where I've been. The big drawback — wine from all-inclusive drink is impossible. Offer for money another. But, frankly, having paid 250, 000 for 10 days, I do not want to pay for something else. Take the duty fries with you. On the beach there are paid (50 degrees a day) houses with mattresses, very cozy. The restaurant for children in fact looks like 4 small children's tables in the general restaurant. The pools are cool, there is a children's small, there are water slides quite decent even for adults. Clean in the room decently. In the evening fun programs for children and adults. The hotel can be called international, people and from France, Belgium, Italy, France, Ukraine, and of course a lot of Russians. The Turks themselves also go here and call it a hotel for families with an above-average income. In general, everything is decent, if not one but for us personally (mom and dad had to work, and the eldest child of 15 years can not live without the Internet).
A huge disadvantage, which greatly spoiled our stay — the lack of normal internet. Wifi does not catch in bungalow rooms, if you need to work, then this hotel is definitely not suitable for you.

I'm here now and it's such a relaxing and peaceful place Staff are friendly and helpful, not met an unhappy one yet! Though very limited in staff who speak much English Plenty of pools and bars and no issue getting a sunlounger Plenty of restaurants, and no issues getting all a carte. Main buffet restaurant gets busy quick so get there early. If you ask for Smirnoff Vodka you get it included at no charge. If you ask for vodka you will get an unknown brand so best to ask for brand.

Beautiful and peaceful place. I was there with my 4 years old daughter out of season. Every night different entertainment program for children and for adults. Very big thank you for entertainment manager Ferdi, you can feel his passion to his work. Big thank you to chief — Really nice food with plenty of choices and bar open 24h :) nice walk through beautiful garden will take you to nice beach with nice Sunset bar. Hotel with beautiful views. Perfect place to relax and recharge your battery. Plenty outdoor activities and indoor for raining days too. I really recommend photo service in this hotel. Such a great job and good price for invaluable souvenir. Deserved 5*!

I've been coming to this hotel for 20 years now and have seen it under at least 3 different managements (and a few different names). All in all, except for two outstanding features mentioned below, this is a fairly good hotel, similar to most in this region. What is outstandingly awesome is the territory. The pine trees, and the entire garden is simply inspiring. As a travel& hospitality professional, I've seen dozens (if not hundreds) of hotels around the world, and this garden tops them all. What is outstandingly terrifying is how poorly the hotel treats its neighboring cats. The hotel states that the cats are fed, treated and protected, however, there's at least five cats with skin conditions (see pictures), one poor guy who has severe mouth problems and can't eat at all for this process (cheweing) being excruciating for him. Not to mention that the food and water bowls in the cat house have been empty almost all the time (except for the times when we begged the reception desk to do what they are assuring the guests they are doing anyway — providing food and water). Sadly, after half a dozen complaints to management nothing had been done for the cats' health during two weeks of my stay. The food appeared only once (and I've been checking on the status multiple times a day). I will probably write to PETA next and see if they are confident they want to give their approval to such negligent animal care.

Just returned from a family stay at paloma… we we were in for a pleasant supprise… champagne and beers on arrival. Porter service and told we had 24 hour room service which we used numerous times. The hotel is simply beautiful and deserves 5 stars… pool marvellous bars very nice as was the resturante but all I could eat all week was pizza n chips as im veggie and the veggie choice isnt good. The beach bar is great but got our lunch order wrong every day but we still enjoyed sitting beachside looking at the sea and mountains. Our duplex villa was stunning im very impressed with these. Id recommend this hotel to anyone. The resort is ok theres a few shops but very expensive and rip off merchants. £11 for nappies! And its all in euros or dollars not lira which is weird seen as turkey uses lira. But all in all a great 5 star hotel that id recomend.

"Wonderful quiet hotel. " But it's unbearable to sleep now. Security at night does not calm anyone. Until 5 a. M. Drunken foreigners shout loudly near the bar) ) so apparently communicate. None of the staff care. To our remark to a Coral employee, there was an answer "say a specific room number. " It turns out that we ourselves have to watch these smours, of which there are only 10 people. And this bunch overshadows the rest of everyone else. The most offensive no one is in a hurry to help calm them down. And still in the restaurant on the street trouble with cats who jump on the table and eat the food of holidaymakers. After the rain around the stink their ficalium. The hotel staff do nothing either.

Very nice place, fantastic staff like Arzu and Ufuk in restaurant, and Ismet in reception service. Place to remember for long time and I recommend to everyone to come and see that place…)

Cons, room plan is a lot of nonsense in the entrance after the small room and in the middle of the room is a concrete colon, where you will hit your head at night, the balcony is very small single, mini bar for double room only 1 box of beer and room 0, 3ml, closet empty Other No booze, no nuts, no chocolates, etc. The ventilation is very old and the door of the balcony is old, the door does not work properly when closed. Towels can be much better than old. Breakfast sausage, sausage, cheese etc. In the main restaurant is low quality. Varieties of food it's the same and it's very limited in the afternoon and the same medicine. The food is in a frying pan, including cold appetizers, and the fat smells disgusting. It's meat, chicken, fish fries, and it's dry. If the same products are barbecue, they don't go to the trash, and they don't get that fat. The choices in desserts are usually the same, the berries (may be because the season is not) unpleasant. The cookie given in the bar does not make this much of a stingy job (the same as the chickpea size green lentils, pistachios, nuts, almonds do not search at all). Not even potato chips. The MS WC in the main lobby is closed for a permanent renovation. Coffee, other than the main bar (similar to coffee), there is no other place to drink, the 3-1 occasional package tastes on the other side. All the beach towels given for the face must be discarded and replaced with new. They give you towels in one place and it's 16 o'clock.

Great facilities. Welcoming and helpful staff. Great atmosphere. Leave on Friday but intend to enjoy every minute of our stay in this resort.

Extraordinary place. Fully enjoyable with comfort and quite diverse activities available throughout whole day. The waiters are very pleasant! The sole name says that this resort is all about nature and hamrony! PS. They have a mini garden with plants, flowers and herbs.

Paloma is the best hotel in Turkey, the first time here, probably not often want to say by hotel that you want to really come back. Surprisingly, the May weekend can be spent close to home, fun, not pounding away.
Thanks to the animators Sev (darts) and Mustafa (volleyball) they make every day a little more fun and more diverse. Don't get bored!

In my opinion this hotel is fantastic. I was dubious about coming to Turkey, but after visiting here my mind is at rest. The staff are so friendly and brilliant. I have three children and they all enjoyed it.

Great hotel, quiet, clean, spacious. I've been twice, and I'll be back with pleasure. Comfort, kindness of the staff, beautiful table, with very varied and fine foods, pleasure of the eyes, everything is there, deserves these 5 stars, to advise briskly without hesitation, I think even go back this year for my holiday.

Very relaxing staff and entertainers great especially Mehmet Oduncu made us welcome nice friendly team of entertainers shows were great and good music.

Wonderful holiday resort with Truly amazing people that work there. So kind, welcoming and very accommodating. Me, my family and especially my 2 boys were so very happy there. Special thanx to the Entertainment manager, Mehmant Ali the wonderful photographer, chef and all staff you guys were fab!

+ Beautiful hotel complex and very well maintained + friendly staff, good English and some can speak broken German + evening entertainment for young and old in the indoor area + the cats here disturb me and most guests by no means, they don't beg either really And look all healthy and cared for + the rooms are nice sized and offer enough storage space-unfortunately only a pool table and a table tennis, which are therefore always occupied-in early season (April) unfortunately only a buffet restaurant open, thus always similar food — Small repairs to hotel complex but not necessarily disturbing-unfortunately the pools are only open until 6pm-almost never beach towels there, so many guests have used the small towels from the fitness area.

Nice hotel with beautiful garden. Not all restaurants are open during the pre-season, and smaller restoration works at the complex. For this, the top price/performance ratio is compensated.

The hotel is painted in grey color. On the coast is the grey (-). But very green, exotic plants everywhere (+). The hotel is run by home (and they probably have hotel) cats. They're everywhere. (? ) The staff is nice (+). In the evenings in the hall plays "live" music, a grand piano. Cute girl Natasha for connoisseurs of the classic genre performs familiar and not very works. On my request to perform Enio Morricone the next evening brought notes and brilliantly sigrala. I'm very grateful to her. (+) food is good. Heard that many of the products they grow themselves. (+) A lot of Germans, Englishmen. And they don't go to bad hotels.

Nice hotel staff were amazing but only one Pool open outside and got closed at 4pm was told to use indoor pool instead. The food was great always found something to eat but for my first time here I found it a bit tyered and needed some updating. The beach and bars were not open but they were trying to get them ready for April so loads maintenance people around with paint brushes the one thing that was really disappointing is that we were not told about the cats there every were sitting on your bed in the dinning room every were and when you got allergy and you end up taking tables as a result I don't think I will be coming back to this hotel. I would not class this as 5* due to the cat problem. The restaurant which you can book to eat in there were only two open on different days one was Chinese which you had to pay €15 EACH to eat in there the other was free and it was lush and the staff look after you so well but I did notice no one tipping which I thinks wrong for what you got amazing.

Not for noise sensitive people. The air conditioning is so noisy that you can't sleep with the window open. The facility in itself is quite okay, the staff friendly, the place Belbidi without the boardwalk.

Were in mid-February. I agree with other reviewers that the kitchen is up to par. Very tasty and varied. But the rooms on the grade-an old bedspread, stripped walls, hurt furniture. It's upset. In the season here would not fly, very high price tag, I do not understand what. On the territory of sawing trees, everywhere lying branches. Some kind of disrespect for holidaymakers. And so, of course, if you need to disconnect from the hustle, it's here. Weather 15-18, rain was only one day out of five. It's cold in the sea.

Good afternoon! We are now in the hotel, arrived before the new year. The hotel is wonderful, lovely grounds, nice family room, lovely food and drinks in all the bars and restaurants, friendly and smiling staff. But unfortunately all this beautiful picture spoils cleaning in the room, it is absent completely, bed linen have not changed at all! Shampoo and shower gel put once in 8 days of stay, towels were changed once. I have not seen such a ugliness never, in Turkey rest already not even the tenth time) ) it seems to me, if the hotel itself is posing, as a litmus test institution, well, gentlemen managers, it is necessary to correspond to it completely. Very nice area and very clean hotel. Not the latest, but clad with fine materials. Large room with hall and very nice bathroom. And above all: extremely friendly staff! And always a huge buffet! With the tastiest food ever. Lovingly prepared. (Paradise of land comes to my mind)

A wonderful hotel where cats live. The hotel's relation to cats deserves recognition. Cats have a veterinarian's care and are fed. Additionally nice service and good food. Hotel located in a nice park. Large and modern rooms. Thank you very much for a great stay.

Great hotel, very nice vegetation all around, friendly and helpful staff. Good buffets for pleasure. Only Big black dot, the beds of too hard extras that are actually sofas…

Already for the third year, the rest in the hotel, which I think is a pretty strong argument for quality approval. I will start with a meeting. Greeted with a cocktail, helping with luggage and direct meal. Nice little thing, I guess. The food was better than last year, but this year there were no complaints. Staff at the restaurant is excellent. I want to express special thanks to the waiter named Il′kâr for the friendliness and diligence. The bar is also great. The bartenders are professionals in my opinion. Although I'm not a big expert on the drinks, but I don't like it. Rooms were clean and well groomed, mini bar was full of drinks, bed changed every 2 days. The animation was not obtrusive, so sometimes they are not even visible. But it's because the format is not entertaining, and family. While this format is supported by. But despite all this, I wish to express my gratitude to the animators: Anil, Tufan and Shen. Will sum the results. The hotel is really good for young families. Family-run, comfortable hotel with all the necessary and pleasant services.

We have our summer holiday spent in Paloma Renaissance Hotel between 1-10 July 2010. I can say that everything was excellent. From the first minute until the end of your stay, perfect quality of service make you feel special. No lines in front of open buffets still bars. Hotel has capacity of around 900 people, but you never feel it. Green all around and located on a flat surface. Suitable for children. We met several couples who has spent their holiday here since 10-15 years. And now for us also. Thank you to all things from Bellboy Hotel Manager for your smiley faces and your usage.
