The hotel is wonderful with a beautiful, green territory. The beach is sandy, which is rare for Kemer. The animation is fun, I didn't have to be bored! The SPA is the best that you can imagine, with the most incendiary Gosha (the owner of the SPA), the girls are mostly from Bali and do Thai massage. We took a course for the entire vacation. We really liked it! You will not regret it, come and enjoy your vacation! And do not forget about the massage with foam massage and peeling in the hammam.

I must say it is a very beautiful and well-maintained hotel grounds. The rooms are very nicely decorated, the food is good and the drinks are good too. There are little things that bother us. I recommend this hotel-the apartments are great, food is delicious. Staff is also great especially entertainers. They are kind, sweet, welcoming and always smiling. This is the place where you always want to come back.

This hotel is cool! The first is beautiful nature: high mountains and pine trees. The food varied, even a day later, the two were sushi, crayfish, crabs, grilled meatin different variations, grilled salmon steaks. Water slides for adults are class. The only thing I can say about the children's pool with a town of slides — cold, real, even for an adult water and strong pressure of water erasing from above. I didn't let my daughter go there alone (4 years to her). And she couldn't go in there herself. And the rest is great! The sea with a smooth sandy sunset pleased. There are a lot of sunbeds on the beach, but to get better to come before 9-9:30 p. M. Rest were satisfied! The stay period in this hotel is from 27.08.2018 to 5.09.2018.

Delicious hotel! The beauty of nature around is amazing! The sea is gentle, clean, the sea is sandy. The air is soaked with a pine smell. The view of the mountains is gorgeous. The area is huge, buried in greenery. The pool is very picturesque. The buffet is full of treats and yummy, every day is different. There are slides. There's plenty of fun for kids. The staff are helpful, friendly, helpful. We were satisfied completely! I didn't want to leave to tears!

Rooms clean, no foreign smells (generally in all public places smells nice lyate), in our room six-seater one-room (live two adults, two children 10 years) all working, clean every day, towels change by necessary (if they were used), soundproofing is good, nothing to sleep at night does not interfere. A wonderful place with a magnificent view! But the level of service leaves much to be desired. The night bartender at the bar lounge is rude, refuses to make cocktails and says he doesn't care about anything and everyone. There is also a prosperity of double standards, when one girl in a closed tunic is not allowed into the restaurant, and half an hour let the guy in swimming trunks and without a T-shirt. One of the life guards at the water park selects circles for skating. In general, you still learn hospitality and learn. The only people who do their job well are the animators and waiters. We have just returned home from our holiday to Crystal Flora Beach, having spent 9 days there in June 2018. We stayed in a garden view room and, although small, was adequate for the two of us. The grounds are beautiful and tended to by staff regularly, with lots of lovely floral displays. We he room was cleaned to a high standard and the staff put lovely floral displays in the room a few times, which was a lovely touch and a nice surprise to come back to.

Large, landscaped, green and well-groomed area near the hotel. A gorgeous beach, children's area of the beach daily cleared of stones, on the beach for adults a large pebble, the entrance is sloping. The diet has a wide variety of seafood, meat, vegetables — for all tastes. The playground works wonderfully, for adults not obsessive animation. Many families relax with children, rest in pairs, all have their own "rest trajectories. " Check into two-storey bungalows within two hours. The rooms are clean, the service is on the level. Big Green area. 40 minutes drive from Antalya by bus. Lots of varied food and drinks. Sandy and Pebble beaches. Internet coverage is weak. A cot was provided in the room. There is no ready baby food, but there is a blender and microwave in the dining room. From morning to evening a lot of entertainment. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Animators always smile and hold events at a high level.

The hotel is nice, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms are great, food: 4 out of 5 is good, staff is polite and attentive… Children are good, there are slides decent, animation, Kids Club… Overall I am satisfied, we liked it.

This hotel is a mess. It is very very dirty. The service is awful. Trust me I have been there last august and I couldn't stay more than 3 hours. When I wanted to leave the hotel they took 300 euro for the 3 hours I stayed there! NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL!

A very nice facility between mountains and sea. The Turkish hospitality was very impressed again! All the staff are super friendly, every wish was read by our eyes.

Loved the hotel, advise to go in season, until the sun goes over the mountain not so fast. In the end of August, after 3 The sun already went over a mountain, therefore it became colder and darker. The food is good, the beach is clean, well cleaned. 2 volleyball platforms.

Resort is nice but customer service horrible biggest problem is communication all staff just speak turkish no english at all.

At the reception I was threatened by the hotel manager "Cemil" Bey with the police because there were problems with my reservation. Instead of being kindly helpful, I was threatened! This is an incredible incident. It has grieved my entire holiday. I definitely can't recommend this hotel.

It's not a hotel of 5 stars. Maybe in Egypt yes but not in Turkey. Service is ok (4), food is the same day by day (3), cleaning — ok (4), entertaining wasn't found at all (3), about 70% is russian disgusting tourists. wonderful beach and the Sea (5+), amazing mountains (5+).

Were in the hotel from 22.09. To 3.10.2017.
The rooms are tiny, the doors are made of thin plywood with slits, narrow dirty stairs, audibility is huge, the cleaning is poor, the staff sweeping without stestnenija knocks into the room and offers to leave an estimate of its cleaning work. Leave the euro then put the flowers on the bed. Cleaning is done slowly.
I stole 60 dollars. The boy-janitor was constantly in the house and knew when we were not at home.

Unfriendly handling of customers! The hotel and staff is arrogant and unfriendly. It does not matter to them whether they are satisfied as customers from Germany. Despite our request for help/info, we were not helped by problems. The management of the Hotel (Cemil Bey) is not able to deal with criticism and in case of criticism it shows that you can go to another hotel and even travel back in case of dissatisfaction!

Last year we have been in same place. Extremly we are happy this year too. Foods are perfect, location is great. There is great reason we are here:It s around 6pm sun is going behind of mountain.

A very nice hotel with a beautiful facility. However, there is almost no German or English spoken, but only Russian. Also the extremely long wait for food is totally annoying. There are plenty of beds, but they are occupied by 7 in the morning. In addition, the animation is insanely noisy until at night at 12. Unsuitable for peace seekers.

I was already 2 × Crystal flora Beach Resort and it always has me well I was three down for the first time with my family because we had a good room that was divided into two bedrooms. At my 2 ten stay I was with my mother in a room with a double bed was all ok except we ants did. The drinks I freihen are ok and which are good according to my mother with alcohol say kan the alcohol. The food was very tasty and sometimes there an extra buffet on certain days also in front of the restaurant. Pools are ok, unfortunately the water was quite cold in our time. Spa and fitness area is good in my opinion. We had in the first and second stay us a Pavilion at the vip Pier booked we did almost every day because there was an it which has always brought one there was a mini fridge and it was convenient "beds". The staff was always friendly German kentisse are not always perfect, but I can communicate in English at the age of 14. On the whole, it is a good family hotel with very small carp.

Sea is incredibly beautiful. Pebbles and large rocks along the shore is not an issue, since the hotel management has made pathways into the sea with sandbags. Service is a little sluggish and food is not the best. Yet, housekeeping manager Mrs. Figen is a great helper. Seek out for her help if you happen to have problems. Interior design of the rooms and the landscape architecture is cozy and floral. All in all they help you forgetting your urban issues.

I did 9 days alone holiday at this hotel (2012). Everything in the all the money €1372 was then but somehow too bad me. Every day the same tune plays there.
Animation: Was okay, but who had also not in the mood.
Sun: bangs pretty doll. It is advisable to rest in the shade.
Music: duration of sound by the DJ.
Excursions: Left and right from the hotel are smaller shops, which are all pretty much sell the same (case, textiles, jewelry, etc. ). On Quadsafarie I felt like once, but that was not too great.
Russians: I not felt the Russians as interfering in the hotel.
Food: Every day pretty much the same. Was but always kept clean.
Environment: at dinner and in the evening it was too dark. You could easily have broken to the feet.
All inclusive: Day and night, one is always enough. Turkish burgers there even at 4: 00, after the disco. The beer is a bottom drawer. When finally rethink the types and import decent beer and no Plürre.
Spa: Let me massage for 10 massages á 1 hour. The package cost me €500. Actually, it was too expensive for Turkish conditions. I felt somewhat screwed.

Had a rest in this beautiful hotel, 3 years in a row, B11, 12, 13 years! All superčudesno and accommodation (although you only inhabit after 2:00 pm, York, at exactly 12)! At the reception, we believe the staff shows complete indifference to the visitors (maybe our money not such (United States dollars) and maybe because we are from Russia, or need to learn Turkish language is shorter — know that next to the reception are representatives of our companies — they should solve all arising situations! Hüftgold-guarantee! There are plenty of seaside, as well as in the various pools! The animation is also very pleasant and funny. Won't get bored here! The evening program is varied and very well done! There are tasty snacks and cocktails at the pool bar! There is a market right outside the hotel, defintiv worth a walk and if you want to afford something then it means! :) It is super in the hotel.

Do not come to your hotel before 2 p. M. Because you until that time in the room is not settled! And exactly at 12.00 vyprovodât room and do not want to listen to. The impression that the reception staff to the Russian guests were treated as people 2 varieties are rude.
In the hotel we arrived at about 8 a. M. When you begin your hoiday you will see that you chose really nice hotel. A lot of a la carte restaurant, a few polls, on the coast line, long beach, big variety of foods and drinks, shortly I can say that you will find what you need for a holiday.

This hotel is very suitable for a holiday with children. Lots of facilities for children. And mountain and sea view is unbelievable. You will see what I mean if you go there. Children buffet is quite enough for babies and childs till 6 years old.

With its big and green area, clear sea and nice location, it is the best choise in antalya. You will never forget if you try this hotel. Thanks a lot for this holiday crystal flora.
