Just returned from another FANTASTIC holiday at Papillon Ayscha! The entire team are absolutely fantastic, they made us feel so welcome and we can’t wait to return! The food is wonderful, the facilities amazing but the staff make it! We WILL be back soon!

We had a family vacation between 3-8 August that we were looking forward to for a long period. Our expectations were high as we traveled with kids of various ages from 1to 17 and Papillon Ayscha team fulfilled all expectations. Excellent service, very good and delicious food with different tastes in each meal. It is the exact meaning of all included. High level of night shows and parties. Entertainment team, all the hotel crew are very friendly. Excellent choice to have family vacations to enjoy and rest.

Turkey as Turkey. With towels, food, sunbeds, pools and drinks there are no problems. The staff of 50/50 is very much a service of the "Soviet Union" (I can not say nationality) and here they just can pour wrong or just ignore. We were changed to bed every day, but the bar forgot to replenish with beer. A bottle of champagne is 20 degrees, if you want in a bottle. If you do not want, you will pour for free any number of glasses. If you need medical attention, then count only on yourself. In any serious case, the staff simply evaporates.

One of the best resort I have been in. Prices were reasonable, rooms are clean and large. Staff are very very friendly The Buffett was amazing amazing. Every time I think about it, I want to go back. Thank you for having a positive expeiance in my life.

Excellent stay for me, very polite and well educated staff, great room, luxurious bed and very nice bathroom, the food and beverages in the hotel restaurant were of a high standard.

Super facility, friendly and stand-up service staff and the facility so large that the crowds are distributed super and that even though it is fully booked.
The only downside is the not-so-balanced relationship between nationalities.
I would have liked "more" German-speaking children for my girls.
But there are childcare staff who speak fluently german. Russian, however, prevails.
But it's all very quiet here and there were no problems.
The children had to be able to say thank you in Turkish and English.
But I think it's great, because I definitely don't want to go on holiday in a German enclave. This would contradict my/our idea of a cosmopolitan upbringing!
So conclusion: Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel with good services but they need to pay attention for the level of cleaning at the main restaurant. The staff they had for the activities around the pool are amazing and they are very nice and friendly. The front desk staff mainly the reception need to get more training on the communication skills and how to show respect through smiling for their guests.

Everything is fantastic and the animation team just made it so much fun! Lovely people and sad to be leaving.

Nice hotel. Decent cuisine, but little seafood that for a 5 star hotel located in the Mediterranean is not very good. Room care is decent, clean and change towels every day.
But the hotel can not pat clothes-there are no ironing facilities and rooms for ironing. Clothes need to be handed to the ironing and return it the next day, and it is very uncomfortable if you want to go somewhere. But they have such a concept-not to provide ironing equipment, supposedly people vacationing in this hotel don't themselves to iron clothes. In fact — this is another niche of earning money on us with you. I'm not greedy, of course, but that's how the "concept" of pulling money is not beautiful.

This hotel resort is ABSOLUTELY wonderful, the staff are all friendly and super accommodating, the hotel is beautiful, new and stunning interiors. The food and drinks are also excellent. The beach and pool areas are so gorgeous. I had wonderful room with a sea view and a balcony and was so relaxed and fully taken care of during my time there. I cannot wait to go back. The spa was also excellent, had a great experience with the mamam and massage. The pool area is spectacular. Everything is neat and tidy and clean and modern. Highly recommend this resort, avoid the Cornelia "Deluxe" next door, it is not deluxe at all, rather stay at Papillon Ayscha, you will not regret it.

We have arranged a business organization for our 280 ministry personnel for 4 days. It was awesome. Thank you the managers Mr. Sedat and Mr. Adnan and all staff. It was clean. Food was very delicious. Service was good. I appreciate it totally.

Nice hotel. Big and cozy at the same time! Works all year round! A great place to relax and hold conferences. Friendly staff. Nice spa, well maintained grounds, near the sea, and a variety of cuisine. "Pyaterochka" is strong!

No one to help when arrived. I had to unload the luggage. Very few staff rude reception (most probably she was from Russia) lady. I will never come back. For the money I paid I was cheated.

One of the best family hotels we have been to! Everything is at the highest level. New year's celebrated a lot of fun. Most liked that the management anticipates the wishes of the guests, for example, January 1 breakfast smoothly flowed into lunch without interruption, and on the Christmas night were children's animators and nannies, who were up to 2 o'clock in the morning with children. The Kitchen is at the height. The Staff is great and friendly. The Rooms are cozy and very clean. Insulation not bad. We recommend it as a wonderful family hotel at any time of year.

Well. Beautiful RUHIGE family room in the villas. Good food. Friendly staff. Old hotel, but well renovated. Many Turkish guests, German and English in the minority. Few Russians in the offseason. Other 5 * houses are partly DEUTLICH better, such as ALDIANA, Voyage Belek or Magic Life. There, the rooms, the buffet and the sports program are larger. But they are also significantly more expensive. Overall, a good price performance ratio.

Even pasta only spaghetti with red sauce and not live, so all inclusive with quality limitation. — Alacarte are allowed for who stay above 7 nights and for one time only during the stay and they are obliged to eat in the very bad variety main restaurant. — all free drinks are bad even soft drinks (Pepsi gas free) — no energy drinks even — Facility is okay. — Reception people are bored and not very friendly. — Restaurant waiters are good. A great hotel, everything is perfect, we came here just so we won't stay at the lobby in a lobby of another hotel but we stayed here because the inviting environment and the coziness, the food is great and the housekeeping is perfect, people are polite and welcoming and the staff is great.

Cleaning ‏ Service is very good, the private beach is not that beautiful and, the water sports are a bit expensive and they have beautiful swimming pools, water games are nice and the food is excellent and the staff is very welcoming and nice, the hotel taxi service is very expensive, they force you to get a car with a drivers for a 100$ even if you want to go to the Touristic zone in Belek 3 miles away, but in general the place is beautiful and nice and I recommend it very highly.

We were there in July 2011, a luxury vacation, all the power to recommend. A great attitude. A beautiful, warm and clean sea and beach. The animators perfect, food excellent. The hotel beautiful. We stayed in the hotel Papillon Aisha 5* in the period 25, 08, 2010-7, 09, 2010 in room 533. Our hotel guide Eugene phone+905339281763. Before the departure (6, 09, 2010) we stole money from the rooms of the safe, the total sum of about 200 $, as we suspect it was done or maid or servant mini-bar.
No way no we do not helped, no no radical measures and actions not taken. Most importantly, we went 7, 09 morning at 9.30, all they were warned 6, 09 when we informed about the missing money. But when we went down to the reception we were told that the administrator not yet — he will come at 10.00, and the information and the loss of our money no no and no!
