Amazing hotel, friendly staff.

I spent 3 nights at this magnificent hotel prior to lockdown, great for golfers.

Everything is perfect. Rooms, service, stuff, food, pools, beach.
Overall we had an amazing experience here and would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Shocking bad service both from manager Alexandra for the new year’s eve, for her unfriendly and difficult relation with us as guests. Not one thing is done for the customer in this hotel, personal seems to make it easy for themselves, not for the guests. They didn’t allowed us to pack a sandwich for the drive home, wich we told is 14 hours! Just the most unfriendly and overrated hotel in Antalya!

Great golf course in excellent condition and lovely staff especially in the pro shop.

Super Holiday. Delight!
Stayed in a room on the 3rd floor (formally 2nd) — Sea VIEW. It turned out that the ground floor is the rooms with their exit to the 3rd Big POOL (along the Always hotel and two villas) but without the sea view. Very convenient-its own terrace, its staircase to the pool. The pool, where there is a shade already from hours 2-3, that is it is possible to swim after dinner and not to burn. Hardly seen people there. That is, a huge pool can only be at your disposal.
Unfortunately, the travel agent did not point out this difference, and the free UPGRADE due to the large load the hotel could not offer, the paid was very expensive. Well and given that there is no sea view… We're not upset. In principle, the lack of swimming pool and swimming in it was replaced by a children's club. Not in the Nabade:) Think well what is interesting to you.
Will definitely return here and already in this room with access to the pool-just to compare.
ANIMATION-quite qualitative, but I saw almost all Broadway shows in New York and Vegas, so I, of course, this level is not surprising. And that could be a couple of times! When the guy was literally juggling a girl of 10 years-breathtakingly flexible, this was done! I'm sorry I didn't get it. I thought every time that no more surprise, and they all the room surprised, stunts 5 impressive.
The guest service is interested in how the rest takes place and asks if it is necessary.

Very child-friendly hotel. Both the taste and the choice of food very good. Always and everywhere fresh fruit.
The only shortcoming: some unfriendly, local staff, but possibly related to the fact that we were there at Lent.

This is the fourth time that we are going to do a golf course in Belek and we are always delighted to return to our Hotel "the Palazzo", where it feels so good, warm welcome, good food, beautiful en-suite bedrooms, the charming staff, a real treat. The quality of this hotel is exceptional, has improved again this year, the French returned, and we will stay there again next year.

Location Professional animation team, cool shows. In the restaurant there is always a large selection of meat and seafood. Sweets are pure sin in general. Sandy beach, comfortable for entering the water. Beautiful and comfortable.

It's awesome but comes with 3 red flags, which I was not to pleased with. The food is great the grounds are awesome and the booze is fantastic. We stayed in turkey for 2 weeks at a different hotel and checked in for one night to experience the Kaya Palazzo as I've always fancied booking it. The first red flag was on arriving at the security gate where I was asked to hand over my passport to the security guard who would then bring it up to reception for me to collect later. This in my opinion was awful, it went against my instincts but as I'm relatively relaxed I went along with it, but for me this was not normal — we arrived early to get the most out of our single day at Palazzo and we had it in email that this was ok — but when I had to hand over my passport this was not ok and very stressful. It wasn't like, handing over a passport at the reception desk the security gate was a fair distance away from the reception. So in my opinion this was not good experience. The 2nd red flag was I was asked to take off my band from the other hotel (luckily my other hotel was relaxed and gave me a new one) but I've heard of hotels that charge for new bands. The third red flag was that I had to pay on arrival — this was fine but I didn't get a receipt of payment after I handed over my cash (despite asking for one). So in my head I was worried that they could easily have asked for payment again on check out and I would have been stuffed (luckily this didn't happen).

The hotel is like a heaven and it is an all inclusive hotel. It has all the facilities inside like pools, private beaches, restaurants, shops, saunas, gimnasium etc. At the main entrance there is a welcome booth and it has drinks and sweets to eat. It is a very nice welcome. At anytime for any visitor or guests serve tea or any other drink without limit. The staff is very friendly but their English is little poor. But helpful. There are number of restaurants like Japanese, italian, German etc. The main restaurant is very big and can accomodate more than 500 guests at once inside and outside. The restaurant has vast range of foods for every culture and very tasty. Fruits are available in the restaurants. Ice Cream parlour has range of tastes and can any any number of flavours. The pool bar has unlimited liquor and soft drinks including tea servings. Yes, it is absolutely free. The staff of the pool bar is very friendly like other staff of the hotel. There are musical events at the evening in front of pool bar. Private beach has been maintained well and always maintaining staff is available. The beach is very safe at any time. Rooms and whole hotel are very clean.

Funky Hotel. Great service and fantastically rich breakfasts lunches and dinners. Overall I bet 10 out of 10!

Huge hotel, olenty of food, nice rooms — little bit old fashioned. So much plenty of food, a typical impressive all inclusive hotel. Try the massage — expensive but worthy.

Fantastic Hotel all the staff very polite and helpful. Immaculately clean, the food is great quality with loads of choice. Different restaurants to eat in. Choice of swimming pools plenty of sun loungers and the water slides are great fun. The golf course offers a proper test of ability with some lovely looking holes. Would highly recommend this hotel for both a golf holiday and a family holiday.

When you reach at 6 a. M. To a hotel and get to your room in less than 5 minutes you have experienced a real ultra express check in. I have to thank this professionally attentive man, Tarik, that gave us a beautifully furnished suite instantly after filling up the forms. Not to mention that even our baby's cot was there before we entered. I cannot imagine anybody get displeased here as all the staff are watchfully eager to help you. From reception and housekeeping to restaurant staff and barmen, also guest relations and every other staff of this hotel are professional and level best. We celebrated our Persian New year here and the hotel surprised us by a VIP dinner with national music and dance for Iranian guests. Moreover, during our stay we enjoyed the performance of the active, good humored and at the same time tactful animation team. Specially I should thank beautiful Nino for her accompany during the pleasant days we srarted by exercising and finished by music and dance in Kaya Palazzo. I cannot complain about anything except the distance of hotel from shopping centers. Although, the nearby Land of Legends hotel is a mover and shaker in this regard. It is the last night of our stay in Kaya Palazzo and it will not be easy to wait for our next holiday to come back.

It's fine. I've been there a lot, but this is the best hotel in everything.

Everything is very beautiful all very well I liked how near the sea was a big garden with sea water and still on breakfast we found Camembert and Rakfor Spa opened with 8.00 — 20.00…

Great hotel, service with little care!

Location Super service) All rooms with direct or lateral sea view. There is a cool outdoor swimming pool with sea water On site. Heated in winter time! There Are only two of them in Belek!

Booked here in October 2016 and had an excellent week so booked again for October 2017 — very disappointed. Whilst the hotel still looks good and is very clean the food was not good, it was either cold or lukewarm; if you mentioned this to the management team they said to 'make sure that you stir the food before putting it on your plate' or ask the chef to reheat it for you. This is clearly an issue they are aware of but it is clearly up to the guest to resolve. Additionally with reference to the main restaurants there was a medical conference held at the hotel, always good for additional business for a hotel. The issue was that the conference delegates dined at the same time as the hotel guests, you then played the hunt for the vacant table, prior to the conference seating was very easy. It would have been better to seat them for dinner earlier and then push the opening hours for hotel guests back slightly. There also appeared to be some staffing issues and several of the waiters were not able to understand basic English — I appreciate that I am not in England but you would expect the team to know the difference between orange and Apple juice — not a big thing quite amusing when you get 1 pressed Apple juice 1 pure Apple juice but still no orange. One of customer relations team mentioned that the younger staff had gone back to university, not sure of the relevance as I stayed at the same time the previous year.

It is a very beautiful place. Good for resting and golfing. I liked it!

Three Bonne Hotel. Impeccable Service.

Good location and friendly staff.

This is a very excellent or rather excellent place to stay. Everything is more than worthy! Hotel for those who like to relax in the well-groomed beauty, comfort, cosiness and with great service! Who likes to eat will find here all… Who with children, that is slides, pools with white sand, children's club… Even there is an adult area + 16 with a swimming pool and white sand. Just a paradise! Rest still 2days, and the wife asks when to eat here, and children say let's live here) the sea view from the top floor of the hotel does not convey how beautiful! Generally very high level!

Best Hotel!
Like last year, we spent a wonderful holiday again.
It starts with the sensational guest care at check-in and thus runs through the entire holiday. I would especially like to commend the Rollerblad drivers who served us at the pool.
We will definitely come back.

One of the best hotel I have ever visited. Everything great, tasty meals, the best entertainment group. Lots of activites and etc. There is one thing that people likewise me which wants night activities SHOULD KNOW THAT AFTER 12 PM you cant see any activities because of families.

Even if it is a high class hotel, there are lots of hygiene problems. E. G. The toilets used in common (near pool, SPA and main building) were pretty dirty; glasses, tea mug and cutleries were spotted and unclean. My sons (7 and 2 years olds) infected from pools and they got sick due to coxsackie virus. I hope to say good things about this impressive otel but all I will say if you have a child do not enter even from the door.

An amazing place fantastic staff superb food. Cannot fault it. The best all inclusive we have ever had. Much better than many of the neighbouring countries that offer all inclusive but try to save as soon as you arrive. The generosity of the staff is extraordinary. Guest Relations were particularly helpful. We will certainly be back very soon as this is one of our best ever holiday experiences.

Hotel is among best ones I was in turkie coast, Its quiet and has good bars and venues. When comes to the staff than its deffrent story. Check in whent excelent, rroom wasent prepaired as it should some laydes came to fix the beds, after they done they asked for money!?!? Some days they left 2 towels some day even we where 4, some day we where short in shampoos or els. Then one day we missed some 10 liras wich is2.5 euros, they took it. After I complain to reception they brought back. So its not about 10 liras but the princip and the feeling that U are not safe! Services in the bar it depends in who u meet some where excelent then some they knew to ruin your night by ignoreing U. My final experience was last day I head some guuest, they told us U can use only the loby not the bar, if u need to order a waiter will come to You. And she did came took our order than came back again, said no "beers only cola" it was one guuest who orderd a beer so for one beer they ruin everything. Too sad that I had to write this but thtas what I experienced. Nice place some bad people.

The hotel is super! The food, service, the staff are friendly and helpful, except for Maria at the front desk. And Marina (guest relay) helped a lot. Sorry cats raw ( ( ( (

Top hotel, outstanding service!

Staff are helpful and room cleaner are quick at cleaning and they take only 30 minutes there are also a lot of outdoor activities and the have two waterpark one for baby and the other for families and friends.

Great hotel. Everything is just right, everyone who spends his vacation here will certainly be very happy.
And no one can impress on the political climate here either
I can recommend the hotel to anyone.
