We have a rest in hotel from June, 5. The hotel has rooms for all tastes and budgets. We were greeted with a smile and promptly. The room is bright, clean. We have one child and we have no problems, but if you come with two then you have to choose a child to sleep with you or you will not be able to use the air conditioner as the bunk bed and air conditioning right above the baby bed. The toilets in the hotel area are 80% dirty, simply disgusting. The whole complex has a renovation backlog. No matter where you look, something is broken or dingy. The next day we changed the system for an additional fee.

The place is beautiful. Food is OK. The crew are friendly and polite. Room facilities are old but rooms get well cleaned. Good view and landscaping. Mostly Russian spoken people resident this hotel.

This is no 5 stars hotel. A solid 3 but not 5 in any way. Food is less than average. They recycle it from lunch to dinner to several days. Room is decent, room service — and it only includes quickly wiping the floor — is terrible. Staff is friendly but not professional. Some speak ok english the rest dont. The pool is smallish, the beach is great but its really not up to them.

Lovely place with good service and good cuisine. Only bad note, there is no free Wi-Fi.

For those who think to go here I advise to think very well!
came here 4.08.2017 for 10 days, with the calculation that the Hotel 5 * (ultra All Inclusive) for $1700 for two, well unlikely to disappoint.

Cleanliness leaves much to be desired! Constantly plates and glasses in a corridor which do not clean for some hours, and all day. Almost do not clean the snack bar near the promenade, and the number of cats and kittens that almost forgotten on the table is just amazing!
On the first day as we arrived it was raining and we had to ask the staff to wipe a hefty puddle as just no one noticed it. There was so much water and slippery that at us the woman fell with a plate of food and… Even after that for 20 minutes no one cleaned the food on the floor and did not wiping it.

The most adequate, that it is possible to eat from meat and fish dishes (more precisely one fish dish) it is chicken legs, a kebab, a turkey (very tasty, but so far was only once), mackerel and for breakfast sausages!

The hotel is on the first line, near the sea. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. There is a gym, and an indoor small pool, as well as a cozy patio and an American bar with books (The truth is all in English). Local eateries and outlets can be reached on foot from the hotel. Along the sea there is a picturesque path with lanterns, where you can slowly walk in the evenings. Overall, the hotel is 4, for a holiday without a complaint. Of the cons-paid Wi-Fi, and monotonous food, little towels for the beach, and big queues for food. The hotel does not cope if all the rooms are inhabited, but in the off-season there is very good! From the pros-the cleanest sea near, beautiful territory and interior, the cool embankment!

The hotel is very close to the sea, well just indecent close and it is a big plus. Especially with children. When you forgot something in the room or urgently need to go back. No problem.

This place is for the people who like a hotel to be full of disrespectful and indifference staff, fake 5 stars, weak and unsecured Wi-Fi connection, lazy housekeepers, dirty pool water and it goes on… Here is a good place to literally burn your money. I do not recommend to visit here. Although it's registered as a 5 starred hotel, it's actually 3 tops. Labada sucks. Monkey balls. But still, if you have a lot of money to waste, a lot of time to be ruined and strong nerves to survive this ridiculousness, you can come here.

Worst hotel I have ever been. Literally stuff was mean, people staying in this hotel was rude and pervert. (tons of young guys trying to get girls) Other than that they barely had someone who speaks english in reception. They even closed the phone saying they dont know english when I called them from my room. If you are planning to stay here than you are probably out of your mind and have lots of money to waste.

This has long been not Rixos and not even the Citadel. The worst thing is that it's there and Asdem beach two buildings. Hull are at a distance of 300 meters from each other and between them in other hotels. This year, succeeding owner, some hotel operators already sold as 4 star.
