I love this hotel, it’s my 3rd visit. Cleanliness is second to non. Food lovely staff friendly. I would love the entertainment to be better. They need better music and performers dancing etc. I will definitely return.

Fantastic hotel best I’ve ever been in. The food and also you can try in the a la carte menu’s of different countries is fantastic. The pools are spotless and the inviting water is a must when you need to cool down. There is 4 pools including a baby pool but the other three are a great deal of fun. The staff are all friendly and amazing and a shout out to the cleaners as they make the rooms exceptional and leave little displays of towels on the bed.

Myself and my partner have just got back, we had the best holiday ever! Met so many lovely people. The hotel is clean, the food was delicious, the spa was amazing!, the day entertainment was good fun, I would say more for adults though. We also did a few excursions, I would definitely recommend the jeep safari! We can’t wait to return next year :)

Fabulous modern hotel. Food has been great, pizza’s in the Black restaurant and at the beach bar (order at the bar) are awesome. Staff are lovely. I’d recommend having a full Turkish spa with added massage. It’s excellent. The poolside entertainment is fun but it’s mainly for adults. I felt sorry for my son and other kids who was keen to take part but he was told it’s adults only. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean. Yesterday we went on a Jeep Safari booked with the guys just down from the hotel. I’d highly highly recommend this too. Not the bus Safari but the Jeep one. The guys were so much fun and it was 30 Euros well spent. Swimming stops and lunch at the fabulous river. The beach is small stones. I’d recommend beach shoes but sliders etc are fine too. The sea is beautiful. Lots of water sports to keep you occupied. There is a massive Grand Bazaar at the other side of the main road which isn’t too far to walk but it’s enormous and has the usual kind of shops. I’ve never been to Turkey before but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. So 10/10 for making my first trip memorable ❤️🇹🇷❤️

I will not recomand this hotel because it’s not as per video and posts…the restaurant food it’s same every day less meat and not good, very poor food and the beach it’s absolutely disappointed stone everywhere not playground for kids not entertaining for kids also when you get all inclusive actually it’s not …. Lots of extra €€€ you ask for ice cream on the beach and you have to pay extra also the alcohol at the daily bar all jack Daniel’s and good alcohol it’s all extra …all staff waiting to give them tips and there not many activities for family …the spa it’s very expensive including photos, the make one photo cost 7€ per photo and lots of extras the only good is the staff is helpful and the rooms are clean including swimming pool. You will find the same when you get here this is true review no fake.

Well what can I say … unfortunately our holiday here was cut short but the time we did have we loved every minute. The food was good, always something for everyone. The bar staff were brilliant especially Deniz and Yousef we were looked after very well. Not so keen on the turkish bath at 100€ per couple and they find out something wrong to get you back to pay for more massages when you can pay 20€ down the road. Felt pestered by the hairdresser and they allowed cleopatra ink in to try and get custom to then waste hours to charge extortionate prices for said tattoo. Overall we had a fabulous time and would definitely go back and ignore those above. All the workers work very hard. We had only 1 real complaint and that was we didn't have a swan arranged on the bed only fans 🤣🤣 so really nothing to complain about. Thank you all for a fab stay.

We went to the steak night last night and it is extra but still worth the money We started with Onion soup, cottage pie and the the steak. To finish with ice cream There is a veggie as well and I enjoyed my veggie meal was excellent On the whole it was brilliant and the service was excellent.

I have just returned home after 10 amazing nights at this hotel.
service was second to non, every single member of staff from reception staff to cleaners were pleasant and helpful.
Bar staff were amazing, serving drinks constantly and remembering what you liked to drink and your name.
Food was great with a snack bar and restaurant open for lunch. Plenty to choose from in the restaurant in the evening.
restaurants within walking distance from the hotel if you fancy a night out also.
Transport provided to take guest to and from the beach area… easy walk down but very steap hill to climb back up.
Huge Bazzar (market) just a 10 min walk away for any shopping you wish to do.
Animation team were fabulous. A special thanks to no nama, liza and Noa for all the entertainment both during the day and in the evening. Everything from darts, dancing, yoga, water gym, surf games, dance shows, fire shows, bingo, music quiz well organised and you ensured no on was ever bored.
fabulous 10 days here will definitely return but next time for longer.

Had a wonderful stay at Laguna beach Alya staff we can exceptionally helpful. Cleanliness was of a high standard. There isn't much around outside the hotel however the same Ents staff were great. The highlight of my holiday was the Spa on our 1st. Day we had a Turkish bath and massage. I return the next day to book in for a massage I suffer from fibromyalgia and had stiffened up due to the length of time sitting on flight and coach the massage the previous day had elevated most of the aches and pain. I was given a choice if I preferred a man or s woman and I wasn't bothered. So I was allocated Ruhi who was an absolute god send I ended up booking a course of massages with him he did mixture of technics and kept me mobile and relatively pain free for my holiday.
His knowledge how to massage someone with a chronic condition was excellent I can't praise the spa enough.

It was my first time to Turkey so I hadn’t gone with much of an expectation to reduce the chance of disappointment, anyhow firstly I will begin with the hotel it was reasonable not great had everything and the service in general was ok. The part what let me down the most and this wasn’t only me with this opinion it was 90% of the people who stayed at the same hotel who I spoke to, The food was repetitive and the long queues to wait for wet chicken or turkey had really put me off so I ate out most days which that was really the best part of this trip.

I stayed here 7 night's. The hotel is clean the staff at the restaurant work very hard and are very helpful. The food is good and there is lots of variety. Rooms are specious and are kept very clean. The waiters and waitresses are very good. the night and day entertainment is good and the main person who hosts the shows is good However my only bad experience came from the animation team. They are all very pushy sales people and will keep pestering you to buy from them even after you say no. There is one person in particular who calls himself ET who approached us many times and after we refusing to buy tickets to go to their late night club, rather than respect our reason for not going continued to pressurise us to buy tickets to go the nightclub.

We have just returned from a two week holiday at the Laguna Beach Hotel, The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms, dining room, pool area and public area's are outstanding. The Spa needs a special mention, it's great value and excellent. The bar staff are great, very friendly as are the dining room staff. The only down side for us, was the music around the pool. Too loud and for 18 year old's. The animation team never had a whistle out of their mouths, a bit annoying. We found the smaller pool at the lower end of the hotel was quieter. All in all a very nice place to be for a holiday.

Staff were the best thing about the hotel. English was not there first, second or in lots of cases third, but always tried to be helpful. Hotel was always being cleaned by an army of staff. Lovely 3 pools and a couple of small waterslides. Beach was only a couple of hundred metres away bot down a very steep hill. The hotel does put on a shuttle driven by another friendly staff member. Downside : — ala carte Turkish meal had only lamb as the meat, 2 of my party didn't eat lamb, so waste of time for them, shame no menu was available beforehand. Room was large with a large balcony (no Seaview as we asked for, but a huge wetroom made up for it. Food while plentiful and tasty it was only warm on one day the rest of the time the 'hot' food was very lukewarm. We did get alot of food from the snack bar which did not have the choice it was of a higher quality Overall we enjoyed it and yes we would stay there again.

Recommendable hotel stay Reception Staff are very friendly, The only issue that we observed was that the english competences of some staff members appeared somewhat limited. Minor issue but always Google helps. buffet food has variety selection one should have appetite for food. The menu has a wide range of choices and allows you to pick and choose among some of the best of the vast range of dishes in the cuisines. Free pouring of drinks alcohol and non alcoholic drinks. Service is good. Drinks and beds service on the beach on the house. Entertainment for kids and adults (singing dance classes evening shows musical nights all wonderfully arranged by activities team. Tours and excursion don't get committed with hotel just walk outside hotels would have better and cheaper deals. Hotel Spa is a joke strongly recommend not to get committed towards their talks nothing is similar as you can find in Europe countries. Value for money is down side. Instead walk out from hotel and find good value for money deals with longer period services. Price is not the concern here but the value for money is not guaranteed. Once you book you will not able to cancel appointment in here reception are unable to help. Try an use only free time in spa check for timings. Lovely time In Laguna 5stars.

Loved loved loved it We are still there We especially enjoyed the balcony which was large enough to accommodate a table, two chairs and a lounge chair. The view from there was perfect. The food at all meals was exceptional super plus. I love every meal of the day and the cake's en sweats are magnificent every meal. I wil came back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pros: spacious rooms, good animation and speaking girl on Reception. Cons: Small territory, Absolute lack of trees, bad road to the sea, dirty beach, constant presence in the hall of inadequate guide Ergun from the travel agency Meeting Point, which aggressively strikes people and even Children. The senior manager of the hotel is absolutely helpless and cannot control the Situation.

Very nice hotel. The food is varied. There is only one thing! He's German. There are almost no Russians, and we are not very happy there.

Very nice Hotel with friendly Staffmembers. We had alot of fun with the Animation-Team, they are superb! It was a pleasure to visit this place. I would come back :)

Stayed here for 2 weeks. 21/09/17 to 05/10/17. Take Euro, as everything is priced in it. If you are German and Russian, Dutch you are fine. You will be looked after, waited on, spoken to and treated with the utter respect. If your English you do not exist. English is spoken. They do understand, but prefer to ignore you. They don't explain anything, tell you about the facilities etc, you have to find everything out yourself, by asking other holiday makers. They are not helpful at all. The food caters to Germans etc, its horrible, cold and what is not eaten on the day, is made in to something unusual the next day. There is no English Tea bags or milk, take your own tea bags and powdered milk. Don't drink the diluted fruit juices out of the machines in the restaurant, its made with ordinary water not bottle. You will get a bad stomach and diarrhoea. The frizzy orange and cola is ok. You have been warned. If your English, go to the Pool bar, it has burgers, Chips and Pizza etc. Its not great, but better than the main restaurant. There is a Bar and Food served at the beach, but if the weather is a bit iffy, then you can only get drinks. The Ottoman and Italian a la carte is not opened until there is more than 4 people and is a set menu. The beach is a mix of sand and pea gravel and is very hard on your feet, the sea at times is very strong, with a ridge of gravel that you have to overcome to enter and leave the sea as your feet sink up to your ankles.

Currently part of a 7 night stay, as booked by Thomson Holidays (acting as Co op travel). Food is sub par at best, normally cold. Staff are only friendly once you start saying things in Turkish. The beach we were promised as a sand beach so that our 5 year old can build sandcastles by the sea for the first time. That will have to wait another year or too as the beach is a stone (more like) rubble beach. The "aqua park" is two slides, for children aged 10 and above, so no lucky for my 5yo Kids club appears non existent, the indoor areas are dark / closed off majority of the time. Evening entertainment starts at around 2130/2145 depending on the night. If you have young children, this is not the place to go.

This is a lovely hotel! A lovely room with a huge balcony! The hotel is only one year, but visitors are incredibly much!

Good place to stay, hotel, minimalist style, nothing more) ) the rooms are large with all amenities. The area is not large, I liked to go to the sea on foot but comfortable shoes, for all others there is a Shuttle, it descends to the sea of vacationers. The beach is in the Bay, cozy, you can walk in and outdoors by the beach. Very nice staff! I want to go back!

TODAY we settled in, went straight for dinner, the food is not surprised, a little meat, a selection of cheeses is also scarce. The Russian language is ambiguous! We come from Estonia and speak Russian, we were taken to some room with access directly onto the roadway. And, in addition, under the balcony is a ventilation shaft, noise terribly. The room was dirty, floor sticky puddles, sheets, seen, used, in the shower, on the countertop, all wet again and smudges from previous guests. Tulle on the Windows with holes, burned with cigarettes. Asked to change with surcharge, I refused. Noticed that the speakers all settled into this terrible wing. Germans live in a different building, with a beautiful view of the lagoon. There is a clear separation. The beach is very steep, many are. The territory is small, no greenery, the animation in English. Language. I hope in two weeks to find the pros. While very issue.

The rooms are new and good. The service is terrible. Small territory. Little greenery. Bad access to the sea.
