Very lovely and beautiful hotel and staff. We had the best halal trip experience as a family. The room was spacious, we had a family room with forest view. The big trees are absolutely beautiful. Very nicely decorated room with white, grey and a bit of blue themes. It made the rooms feel bigger and clean. The staff did everything to make us comfortable. Once my baby cried a lot during dinner and one of the staff came and offered to wrap my food and take it upstairs to my room, so I could eat there in peace and comfort my baby! Also when you are in the lobby they check on you and ask if you need anything and offer coffe/tea and cake. The food was absolutely delicious and had lots of varieties. There were lots activities for the children and that was the most important for us as parents. We came befor their season started, so it meant the beach area wasn’t open yet due to the weather and as well as the pools outside. But we knew this going there and didn’t mind. We used the pools inside. All in all we were very happy with the hotel and I feel like they did so much and deserve to call themselves a 5 star hotel. We have recommended this place to family and friends. The only downside is that the staff aren’t that good at English but many of them try their best. Oh and also that there isn’t much outside the hotel area like e. G a mall or city center. U will have to rent a car and drive about 30 minutes to Alanya for example.

OK but was expecting a lot better. — Staff do not speak English, only one person in reception could speak english. When he wasn't around I had to wait till he was back. — Fresh juice is charged at an extra rate, the juices they had at the hotel was terrible diluted with too much water — Asked for a tour of the hotel which was not available so didn't get to see all the facilities — Food was average.

+ Lots of facilities available in the hotel e. G. Hair dresser, spa, shops, masjid, fancy lifts etc. + Some of the food was quite nice. + Staff serve you tea and drinks throughout the day. + Shower in the room is nice. + The views from the sea front rooms are lovely. — The rooms have air conditioning but all of them are set to work only in the summer seasons. We asked to get someone to reset it but wasn't allowed and had to sleep with the window open to keep cool at night; room was still warm and got bitten by mosquitoes almost every night. — Not all staff are friendly and helpful; some don't smile at all and will just sit playing on their phones making little effort to address your questions or concerns. — While some of the food was nice, during quiet periods, you could tell that they made much less of an effort in the kitchen. The quality of food for each dish was mostly average and they offered only a few dishes each day that had non-processed meats in it. Most of the meat on offer was processed, not something I expected for a 4/5 star hotel. — Even though the showers are nice the floor is not inclined properly to allow draining of the water while the shower is on.

Otel odaları çok güzel. Yemekleri ve içeceleri gayet hoş. İç tasarım iyi, havzuları ve ortamı ise gayet hoş ve sakin.

Das junge und moderne Hotel verfügt über Schwimmbäder innen wie Außen. Draußen sind es mehrere Swimmingpools unter anderem auch eines für Kinder und eines mit Rutschen. Das Hotel bietet einen eigenen Strandabschnitt an. Wassersportaktivitäten können hinzugefügt werden. Vom Flughafen zum Hotel sind es mit den Auto ca. 1, 5 Stunden. Die Betten sind angenehm. Auf Extrawünsche wird eingegangen. Es gibt mehrere Cafés m und Speisen den ganzen Tag. Insgesamt empfehlenswertes Familienhotel.

Lack of children's activities, Evening entertainment and much more. The Worst for me were the reception, unfortunately no willingness to help.

Front Desk staff is simply incompetent. Indoor swimming pool is cold, for the children, and especially small children not suitable. Food is enough but, because of the lack of creativity and taste. In The Evening Programs.

The Hotel I will not book personally, and I would not recommend. The Hotel deserves only because of the unprofessional and unfriendly handling of the reception staff with the customers is not a 5 star! There are hardly any staff in the Restaurant serving the customers.

Super Islamic Hotel. Again and again.

Super Hotel but has many shortcomings that make the holiday break. Super food little variety in the main. Good meat from the Grill, there was in a week stay not a single Time. Only chicken in all variations, are also very dry. 5-star Hotel in the price class deserves a better kitchen. Who thinks to can make delicious grilled dishes on a charcoal barbecue to eat here, definitely, as I was out of place. There is only chicken/meatballs from the electric grill. The selection and the quality of the dessert is not 5-star worthy. Other Hotels can be better in any case. The rooms are nice decorated and luxurious. However, the technicians were able to find even after 3 days of no solution for the smell from the sewer of the shower. We have just 24 hours the light in the bathroom, so the smell is sucked by the fan. Who evenings a lot of animations in the warm and beautiful late summer here is looking for is out of place. Here, there is virtually no program. Also, complaints about food and animation program have not led to any improvement. Those who are expecting the arrival of someone at the door, receives a friendly and the suitcases and the car, can vary depending on the mood of the porters. The Hotel does not deserve a Better leadership, so that it is rapidly going broke. You can else make a cheaper and better vacation.

I'm just here and enjoying the stay. Rooms r very clean food ist delicious. The hotel was build up in middle of a former Picknick area, a lot of trees are around the building and the pools.

I really enjoyed by my stay (one week in July) in Wome Deluxe Hotel. This Hotel is so huge and just amazing. The whole Wome Deluxe team is taking care of customers. Food is very good (traditionnal turkish food), rooms are comfortable and beautiful and services are perfect. They just maybe need more staff. I specially appreciated the ladies complex where we can swim in the sea or the swimming pool without wearing a "haşema" and so, to tan under the sun of Alanya. Finally, I thank warmly Wome Deluxe Hotel for their welcome and hospitality.
