This was our first time in Turkey maybe also the last. This was the worst all inclusive hotel that I have ever been in my life. We arrived at 2 am at the hotel, the receptionist was rude and had a poor english, we wanted to a room which has a sea view and a double bed, but we realised there is not any room with this facilities. When we arrived at the room we were shocked, it does not look like as you see on the pictures. Very small room for two person, it feels like a micehole, our stuffs was on the floor, Old furnitures, dirty bathroom, small fridge without drinkable water. At least the air conditioner worked well, but it needs a cleaning. The next shock was the food. I will be honest, the food was disgusting. Even the fruits and vegetables were tastless and not fresh. The choice was limited and bad. The same food every single day, chicken with bones in a tomato sauce or creamy sauce. For breakfast only disgusting cold cuts, a kind of sausage and cheese. I did not dare to taste many food. The flies were flying on the vegetables and meats. This summer holiday was very expensive for us because we had to eat outside of the hotel because we felt sick because of the food. The hotel staff were very unfriendly and rude. They just take your empty plate and say nothing. The drinks were undrinkable, I mean cola, fanta, sprite were tasteless because they made it from syrup. The desserts were also tasteless.

It is pretty good for a 4* hotel in the area, considering the price/services factor. I enjoyed the friendly staff attitude, as well as the pool and free food and drinks they offer in their “all inclusive” program. Of course, there are some things to improve, but only if they want to become one of those “fancy, ‘spensive, ‘fensive” hotels, that offer too less for the title they usually get ;) Hey guys, çok teşekkür ederim! Food is discusing it is not that Turkey tradition food that you think of, it is rice pasta badly cooked with flies flying over it, they only put the food oncr and if you are not fast it will finish.

Had a fantastic week staying here. Hotel is basic but the staff are friendly, food is tasty, it's in an excellent location and there are just so many amazing things to do in Alanya. Great holiday choice for friends, couples and families. 100% recommended.

Convenient. The sea is close. Beach with stones under water. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is delicious. Fruit vegetables are meat sweets.

Too few sunbeds and café tables at the pool area. If you want to have a drink in the evening you most most likely sit on a sunbed and diffecult to get a sunbed in the daytime.

The room was very… 05.18 to 22.05.18. We can't say Anything bad. Some positive emotions. The Food is delicious and varied. The sea is three minutes away. A Special thank you to the staff at the Hotel restaurant! All the guys are professionals of their business! Very friendly and decent! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed in this hotel from August 13 to 22, 2017, the hotel was very nice. The rooms are small with fresh renovation but still can be seen as refreshingly but clean. Clean and tidy. There are three options for the view from the balcony of the room-to the beach and the sea, the pool, the balconies of the neighboring hotel. We got the third option-the balconies of another hotel, but we did not become bother with resettlement-stayed in this room.
Food in the hotel is not bad. Especially pleased with the lunch and dinner. Lots of vegetables, fruits. From meat: chicken, beef or pork (I have not tried, by sight could not determine what exactly). Sometimes fish. Locally produced drinks. We drank beer, sometimes wine. The hotel is close to the MIGROS supermarket. From the hotel to the center you can easily walk.
No animation in the hotel! No! Once the hotel staff arranged something like a disco, the other day for the time of dinner invited a musician who played the guitar and sang. All. In the evening people gather by the pool, drink, listen to music. Mostly couples and families.
The beach is 300 metres from the hotel. Umbrellas and loungers are shabby and paid-for 9 days for an umbrella and two sun loungers we gave $40. Many do not pay for loungers, lie on towels. Yes, the beach towels do not give out. Drinks at the beach bar are free when you buy a sunbed. The beach is sandy, but there are huge stones at the sea. Then again the sand.

Lovely hotel, gorgeous food! Very friendly service, friendly staff! Next to the reception always with a smile, guests are greeted by Elena and invites you to visit the Hamam and massage, professionals is very good. And in General, stay in this hotel will leave good summer memories, just like a fairy tale! Rested from 12 to 23 July 2017. All the advice!

All super. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean and looked after. We all really enjoyed it. Special thanks to Firat, Esen and Ayhan chief for the hospitality and always in a good mood!

Good hotel but with poor food and small pool.

Wery nice and pleasant place… Nice people work there… Beautiful beach and see very close to hotel… I was 3 times there with my daughter who was only 4 years old first time…

Hello, I got a very good Hair dresser at Ada Hotel. She is so god you have to go to her salon.

Weird people working there! Don't start any conversation with them, they go to far with their bad Turkish jokes.

A good hotel for relaxing, very cozy. Staff selected, always clean and everything to eat. The beach is a two minute walk away, there's a pure, order, equipped with cots and beach umbrellas are chargeable.

Bad food, strange personal, wine impossible to drink etc etc. Don´t go there.

It is a good hotel and a very good beach near to it, with good convenient facilities, clean and cosy.
