Very nice accomodation and foods.

One of the best spa hotel I am very pleased.

We stayed in this hotel for a week. We had planned to stay two, but moved to a different DoubleTree. This hotel is clean, with a very friendly staff about 30-40% of whom speak English. The food was excellent. The included breakfast is great, and dinner was also delicious, but quite expensive compared to other places close by. Our room was small. You can't sit at the desk and have someone else walk between the desk and the bed. We had trouble with our air conditioning the first day and then they fixed it. However, after a couple more days it stopped working again. They were able to resolve it finally, but if the AC wasn't running the room got really smelly, and if you take the key out of the light switch it turns off the ventilation. We started leaving the key in, but if anyone came in the room while we were gone, they would take the key. We had trouble getting the right toiletries and other supplies replenished from housekeeping. The pool/spa area is very nice. Finally, don't choose it for the location unless it's close to what you need. It is a good hour from the tourist area of Istanbul, and it took us over an hour and a half to get here from the airport and we had to take a taxi to the metro station every time we wanted to go anywhere.

Good hotel for business visit. Service not up to the mark. One needs to remind house keeping on standard refills.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms looked very nice. Some things could be a bit cleaner though as there was a streak in the toilet from a number 2 left by someone in the room before us and the phone in the toilet had a very dusty cord.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 days. Rooms are clean and Breakfast also very nice. Booked through corporate agent. When I requested to checkout one day in advance, hotel staff agreed but not refunded the money even though I informed one day in advance. I didn't expect this kind of behavior with corporate customers.

Very Good Hotel, Nice Food, I stayed there 4 times, 3 weeks per stay.

Definitely not Hilton quality rooms but great staff and food service.

Very nice hotel, clean room and friendly stuff. Just the service in the restaurant is not the best. But I would still recommend this hotel.

Remotely located from Istanbul City centre — more than +45 minutes away or 130 Turkish lira taxi fare — not recommended if you plan to visit central Istanbul. Located in an industrial type area with not recommended unless you in this area for specific work.
