Room was narrow. We were in there in July and it was hot. His A/C was not working. After complaining he was not able to fix it for 2 days. Then he managed alternate hotel room which was lower class but he took the same charge. The place is great. The location is outstanding and the owner is the best that you can get. The asking price for the apartment is a steal, the cleanness is spotless and its so well connected with restaurant across the street, coffee stores near by, shopping stores and so many other things including metro station near by. I am an owner of a tourist establishment my self and it takes one who knows in order to see a good one. Just go there, its safe, its clean, its easy to find your way around and you will not empty your bank account in order to have some fun in your stay there.! Thank you again.
