I'm check in at night on 10th August and my room is include an extra bed. Because the housekeeping is already back on 6pm so the RECEPTION is the one setup my extra bed. He didnt even put any cover for my quilt & pillow. He even doesnt know how to put the cover and ask me to do it myself. And how rude is he when handling our luggage that already inside the room. When setup the extra bed, he move our luggage on our bed which we'll be sleeping on that night! He just left them like that when settle, but we asked him to put it back down because they're heavy but he just throw them on the floor. We watch it with our own eyes how he's doing his work. Rude!

Perfect hotel… Loved my stay… Two stations away from sultanahmet where all the attractions are. And for the other places the metro access is really easy. If you want to stay in a rather quite neighborhood after visiting the the dense touristic spots of Istanbul… This is the place… The hotel is clean and the breakfast is simple and complete…

Very comfortable beds! Lovely breakfast. Lunch was a bit weird as they weren't open but when we asked for lunch they just did something up for us. Not sure what that was about. Overall an excellent overnight stay.

Awesome team of staff whom are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable, Wi-Fi is fast and stable. My stay was short but wonderful.

Nice comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Couldn't work out their system for lunches. The restaurant looked closed but if you ask for food you get what they give you.

Was forced to stay at this hotel due to missed flight connection by Turkish Airlines. The hotel is pretty new but the location is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Pretty basic dinner too. Breakfast spreads are much better.

Quite a nice place for the night, overall, and not far from the city center. Staff is polite and helpful. Rooms are without strange smells. There is everything you need in the room, but it is not that high quality, as I thought it would be. They provide food, but it's not that delicious — suits only to fill your stomach-it's better to eat outside.

Very nice hotel! We missed our flight through delay and had to stay at Istanbul. This hotel was the perfect residence! It is a very luxurious hotel.

A small clean hotel. There is nothing to do in the hotel. Nearby there are shopping malls and cafes where you can have a snack.

A great hotel just a five minute walk away from the train station with incredibly friendly, multilingual staff. This isn't in a typical tourist neighborhood, so the hotel seems to cater to locals and large tour groups. It isn't your typical hotel as it doesn't provide room service or individual amenities (they go for large dispensers instead) but does provide free breakfast.

There are no hygiene items that are usually found everywhere. Elementary toothbrush. Bad breakfast.

The place is overall good. But the view from the hotel room window to the parking lot for cars after accidents. And the rooms are nice, but some uncomfortable.

Nice hotel, with a view of nondescript, and turned out from the Hilton network, which surprised.
Food Buffet, Turkish menu, the city did not go yet, while staying in the rooms. The shuttle service is about 25 minutes from the airport at 6.30 minutes. Can cork morning, so long.
Overall the hotel is nice, clean rooms, third bed armchair-clamshell.

Was for me one of the bad hotels I've ever been to…
have reserved for 1 week are gone again on the second day. Breakfast what they offer can't even be described as breakfast. Service was not good at all.

It's a nice Hampton. Free breakfast. Non smoking rooms. Some with balconies.

Nicely located near the bus, train and metro station, wonderfull staff helpful and friendly, clean and cosy rooms.

We stayed here from for 2 nights and it was a very pleasant experience! The whole staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms very very comfortable and spacious and we even received an upgrade to a suite so we could have 2 rooms close to each other. The breakfast was also very delicious. The location is quite central and very close to malls. Getting here from the airport with a taxi wasn't expensive at all. Overall a very recommendable hotel. It's a Motel with basic services and amenities. Rooms are clean. Noisey if you open the window as it's located between auto workshops Close to public transportation Breakfast is below average with very limited options.

Staff were really helping and kind. The rooms were clean and fine. The only problem we had was noises; noises from the trains in the near marmaray station, and also there were some repairings nearby.

A nice and quiet hotel with great transport connections. Marmaray is literally a 4 minute walk away. A nice breakfast is also included in your room price.

Very nice and clean room + friendly staff, but one of the worst breakfasts I had in my life with cold food, bad coffee and absolutely nothing for desert. Also ordered a soup and a burger + drink for lunch, was served burger and soup at the same time + drink much later. When I tasted the burger I wished I had opted out for any fast food chain in a mall nearby.

I like the simple modern style of the hotel. good breakfast. the room was clean. near the metro station. reasonable cost. Lovely staff. I like the view one's you wake up.

Great hotel very comfortable and served by Marmaray. Camire beautiful and bright. The cleanliness, especially from the point of view of the sweet.

Pretty decent place to stay in Istanbul. Its a 4-5 min walk to a nearby Marmara (under sea metro line) from where the old city is a few stations away. If you are a hilton honors member this property is one of the cheapest redemption options. Do not try to locate this hotel near the T1 tram line Zaitunburnu station. Zaitunburnu is quite a large neighborhood. So the nearby public transport option is under sea metro and not the tram line.

This place has one of the best services. The best service from all my experience from other hilton hotels. The people there are so positive, supportive, respectful, and AMAZING at english.
