Furniture are old, beds are not comfortable, breakfadt is good, location isnt really good, 15 minutes away walking to şiŞli metro station.

This hotel is suitable for business the most, and not for vacation and honeymoon at all, it's very clean and nice but the staff and services are not so welcoming,

Fantastic. The food served in your Buffett is spectacular. The room with a luxury of details. Welcome Fruit plate. Very good security. 5 well-deserved stars.

Comfortable and quiet although the soundproofing is not very good. Staff very friendly but not everyone speaks English, especially in the restaurant. Sauna, Hammam, swimming pool, gym (some devices do not work) are included in the price. Wi-Fi (also included) good quality in every part of the hotel where I was. Good air conditioning. Buffet breakfast with deli meats and local cheeses. The restaurant's dishes are well-prepared, visually appealing and tasty. The map is accompanied by a real photo album of the dishes offered. There is also a buffet including Starter + main course + dessert.

For such a large hotel, the atmosphere was surprisingly intimate. Room was perfect, staff courteous and helpful, convenient free shuttle to local mall — one of the world's largest. Superb breakfast buffet. Evening meal so so.

Stayed here for a week as I had surgery and the service is a total mess. The Aircon didn't work properly, the reception staff were just a nightmare to deal with and the only reason I am giving them a 1 star is because I actually enjoyed my trip to Turkey but this hotel and the environment is just terrible. I often felt that I should of stayed closer to Istanbul because this hotel was just not worth the money spent.

Excellent 5 star hotel. Great service and cozy rooms. Breakfast was good with lots of options to choose from. The view from my room was beautiful.

Low quality hotel at all if you want to give star to this hotel it will be 3 maximum One more thing for every thing you do give receipt one by one! Don't forget! They charge me 500 $ more when I came back and after my check out!

Aracımla geldiğimde etkinliği düzenleyen grup için cüzi miktarda otopark ücretsiz olduğunu katılımcılara 15 TL otopark ücreti olduğunu söyleyince şaşırdım. Bu husus diğer eşdeğer hotel de var hatta daha pahalı ama etkinliğe gelenlere ücretsiz olacağını düşünmüştüm. Açık büfe kahvaltı servisinde her çeşit kahvaltı ürünü mevcut zeytin peynir birkaç çeşidi ile tatlılar var pasta çeşitleri bol servis elemanları ihtiyaca hemen cevap veriyorlar.

It leaves a lot to be desired this "5 Star" hotel. For me it's a 3-star match. Breakfast with little variety as well as the restaurants. The staff does not help much with requests. I will not go back to this hotel.

The hotel is good but there's a common problem that there are few people who can speak English. The safes in the rooms are not easy to use like most of other hotels in other countries.

Not really the best of rooms but it's above average. Staff are friendly but the lack of knowledge of English is a big problem. Wi-Fi is available as is storage of baggage after check out. Breakfast is also pretty good although they have the same thing everyday. Security is good. Wife stopped her earing in the bathtub and the maintenance person was quick to come and help retrieve it.

I had to come here due to the delay of my flight. Just when I was able to go to sleep from the jet lag I get a call in 6.30am saying that my ride to the airport is here I need to come down. Then I told them my ride is supposed to be here at 12pm and confirmed upon check-in. Call me again at 10.30am and I had to tell them the same thing. Call me again at 11.30am saying the ride is waiting for me I have to come immediately. As I come down they ask me to wait for other passengers. This is soooo inconvenient!

I would call this hotel four to five star's hotel although it is a clean and a well maintained hotel, if you equipped to the five star's hotel then it's a good place to stay in, the thing that doesn't work weth a five star's hotel is the kind of most of the customers staying in hotel looks to be from the public.

Far from tourists places and metro stations. Dirty carpet, old furniture. Noisy rooms. My room was in the eighth floor and I couldn't sleep because cars noise. Located in bad area. Not recommended for tourists!

Nice looking hotel but v had the following issues. Thermostat had problems Phones stopped working and despite being told that a tech is coming to fix it no one came. Etc.

Very nice hotel. Everyone speaks English and I also heard front desk speaking German and Spanish. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. They must have 20 varieties of cheese. You can choose the typical north American breakfast or you can go with a more traditional breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Make sure to take the guided tour that can be arranged by front desk.

It's a nice place, attention was good. Rooms have all you need it.

A clean and regular hotel with polite and responsible staff. Transfer to Taksim Square and Jewel Shopping Center every 1 hour. An extremely delicious but expensive food in the hotel restaurant. The disadvantages are the impossibility of entering alcoholic beverages outside the hotel and expensive food and drink inside the hotel.

Very clean and organized place. Excellent breakfast. Sparkling pool (a little bit cold). The standard room is not big enough for more than 2 adults but it is very comfortable. The TV set is very basic and the LCD is small compared to the modren standards. I found the location to be good to my taste since I dont prefer high traffic midtown areas.

We were there about 3weeks ago and it was great. Everything was perfect. You will get what you expect. They gave us our room earlyer than we expected and it was very helpful for us because we were so tired after traveling. Break fast was perfect and healthy. Thanks for making delightful experience.

The place is faraway from everything you need to get Taxi to move, the closest metro next to it is cevahir merkaz (Sisli) and need 10 mints to walk, if raining forget that, The bed is very bad, unconfortable Cooperation from workers there also very bad I tired to get espresso from the bar its is very bad also Prices too high related to its services Pool is not that good Breakfast is not 5 stars hotel it is less than 3 stars Dont go there.

I only stayed for a night because of a layover but the staff was super nice the hotel itself was lovely and clean. If I found myself in Istanbul again I would definitely choose this hotel.

It's the kind of hotel that must have had some glorious days in the past. Huge rooms, large beds and bathrooms, glorious common spaces; it has it all. The breakfast was also very rich. If that's your thing then certainly go for it. If not, you'll find yourself in a hotel that hasn't had a refurbishment for a long time and is far away from anything fun Istanbul has to offer.

Nice service, parking, fast Internet, good breakfast variety.
