Ventilation is not working properly. Elevator, garage and corridors smell bad. Shower design is terrible. AC is set to 24.5C, you can NOT change as desired. The location is good though.

For the location I give this hotel 5 stars! It’s next to three great malls and also there is Levent metro stations 2 minuets walk away!

The hotel is very clean and nice very good location heart istanbul, I dont understand why people give low rates 10 to 10 guys.

The hotel was booked for our business trip, so no idea about costs. The room was pretty nice and clean. TV was worthless for non-Turkish speaking persons. Only MTV and VH1 and several channels didn't work from time till time due to weird device that took care of channels. Breakfast is not that good. There's a lot of choice in Turkish stuff, but not very international food. Coffee was worthless (! ), orange juice was cheap and lousy stuff. Usually they ran out of scrambled eggs and it took too long to replace. For espresso or anything you had to pay additionally. The bar and restaurant for dinner are not part of the hotel and bills can't be put on your room. For something so connected to the hotel, this is a major let-down. Our event was in the hotel in the basement. Put people in a warm room together and it starts to smell bad. No air refreshing at all. Equipment was also pretty old. Refreshments (some food) were pretty nice though and coffee was much better than during breakfast. Overall I didn't like the hotel that much, although it is definitely doable.

The hotel has good rooms. The breakfast is not really great, especially the coffee. The restaurant is not part of the hotel and is also overpriced.

First of all the staff are helpful and kind, the rooms are clean and well equipped; there is a safe, iron, ironing table and boiler. They provide complimentary bottled waters, tea, herbs and coffee. There is a free Wi-Fi service. Also there is a room service and a small cantin in the lobby.

Bad: Hotel beds are too soft cause back pain, no bath in rooms, just shower, worst laundry service, cloth came back more dirty and with bad smell. Good: Great Hotel location, helpful staff, nice breakfast. Got just 2 stars and not 1 because the staff was nice. I arrived for business and couldn't even sleep well because the bed was too soft, not recommended.

Good hotel. Really close to the metro station to get to the old town. Restaurant at hotel does cracking good steak dinners, cooked to perfection.

It would be unfair to give this hotel one star because in general hotel is pretty good value for the money. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. However, for those who use Internet (that would mean 95+ percent of the customers), do not recommend to stay in this hotel. Very unreliable internet. They keep promising that the Internet is fine but the real life results are different. When I show them the speed tests that are often below 1 Mb per second, they shrug their shoulders and restart the modem, a common trick for 90s, but a big shame for a four star downtown hotel in Istanbul. —\000—\000—\000—\000—\000— Update, initially I had to give in this hotel three stars because of the above, however, I requested to speak to a manager who did come out from set down and went over the situation with him. He proved himself to be very professional and helpful. They are actually creating a special username and password for me for the important job that I have depending on Internet. What I really appreciate it is there willingness to admit the problem and take a concrete action to fix it.

Due a very disrespectful and dangerous occurrence, unfortunately I can state that the Hotel staff is not trustworthy and reliable. Beware of your belongings. Use the room safe. I kindly advise you to choose another hotel in the Levent area.

Good place Great prices Perfect location but bot far of old town Limited service hotel we asked for dental kit they said you have to pay for it.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. The internet is available and available free of charge. The room size is excellent and the cleanliness is excellent. The business complexes are very close. He recommended that parents and friends live in it.

Great hotel! The room is clean and quiet. The shower is nice. However, there is no hair conditioner in the room. The airport shuttle, HavaBus, stops just in front of the hotel! A metro station is close by. Very good location.

Good hotel for a couple of days stay and business trips — clean with beautiful views. But breakfast could be better. Day after day, month after month breakfast is the same.

Great service, location, staff and price! But sometimes noisy!

Great hotel in a very central location in a high end neighborhood. There is a huge shopping mall next door. Metro, restaurants bars coffee shops is in a walking distance. 5-10 minutes bus ride the sea wall by the Bosporus. Highly recommended. The price is pretty reasonable.

I arrived today evening to stay for two nights on behalf of a business meeting, my colleagues from Media Ltd booked the hotel. I was overwhelmed from the friendly and helpfull receptionist, who organized a "non smokers room" for me immediately. Great service, well done. I finished the evening with an awesome excellent mexican burger and cool cold Efes in their Butcha Steakhouse. Again excellent service and the "spicy" mustard was a good companion for the nachos. But be a bit careful, they are really spicy! … And what I heard right now, the mustard is homemade @ Butcha!

Cheap prices and great location next to 3 shopping malls and the Metro. Also rooms are clean and well designed I love the hotel stayed there 3 times.

Hotel was excellent and in a good location. Highly recommended if you are staying in Istanbul.

Rooms are spacious. Staff has very bad attitude. They offer two liquid soap in the bathroom, both of them were empty. The safe is not working, and the breakfast is very poor and limited.

Been here several timea for business. Affordable, well located, great service. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Nice gym and an acceptable breakfast.

I was there for three nights. Nice and quiet place. I really liked the breakfast.

Staff was professional, but the housekeeping could have been a bit better. Would definitely stay here again. Close to shopping, food, and public transportation (bus and subway).
