Very dirty very bad. Dirty carpet and unfriendly staff I don’t recommend it at all. Very old 48 years old.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Friendly staff. Avoid staying on the 5th floor on party nights because the rooftop bar is quite noisy.

Good location, good staff. Prices considered expensive for what you get. It's an old hotel, bad soundproofing doors. Couldn't sleep at time I arrived, my room was near staff office and I was hearing voices all times. They changed the room for me but still can hear the sounds in corridor very closely. Breakfast is good.

Very nice good and clean hotel. Located close to the shopping street very upscale shops in the area and restaurants. View of the Bosphorus. Just great. I would recommend it to anyone.

Small rooms. I had a view on the parking lot. Slight sewer odor. Nice welcome. Staff planning. Great breakfast. Nice room. Extra Attention Espresso!

All good in general. A but: the room had an intense smell of tobacco although you could not smoke.

Noisy, out of the disco nearby. The service is not very… There's no water to drink!

Unjustifiably expensive. Near the disco noise all night. The Internet must be paid for. There is no water in the hotel. For all it is necessary to pay separately. The concierge spent up to the room (not helping to carry luggage) and stood then waiting to be tipped, although there was no for that at all. Didn't like it.

Rooms are great. Breakfast is fine and I didnt try dinner. Service is generally good and the location is good.

A nice 4 star hotel in the Asian part of Istanbul. A number of rooms overlooking the Sea of Marmara. Nearby is a park and an embankment.

Nice hotel in the Asian part of Istanbul. Hotel medium level without bragging. Reasonable price. The rooms with an antique décor, without being small do not walk in space, and the bathroom smelled of humidity. The Wi-Fi was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Good location with good offer of places to dine in the surroundings and above all, next to the promenade of the coast, very nice and very busy and entertaining at dusk.

Excellent family hotel. Courteous staff who remember you on second visit. Walking distance from high street with best cafes dining shopping and brands. Few meters from amazing sea promenade and park.

Fab hotel, excellent rooms and service.

The rooms are good. The restoration is passable. To sleep, and that's the goal when you go to the hotel, good luck because every night there are big displacements that run a good part of the night on the avenue. In short I strongly advise against.

Location is good to be in Istanbul Asia, close to shopping strip, restaurants etc… the hotel needs lots of maintenance, and English speakers staff. Room service was good. Breakfast was amazing, variety of Turkish bread and traditional Turkish breakfast items. It was too far from Istanbul Europe! but the area is nice to spend a day or two.

I do like this hotel but it is old. It requires maintenance. Breakfast buffet was great it has variety of Turkish cheese and olives. Lots of other stuff to eat. That being said, it was a busy place. The price for this hotel reasonable. Location is great! Service is mediocre. This hotel has a great roof top restaurant.

A good hotel, nice location by the water, and a fantastic roof bar that has a extraordinary view.

Friendly and very cosy, comfortable… very nice teataurants near the area, easy access to the sea or bagdad street.

I stayed here for more than 3 days Their beds are not clean, there are some spots, their breakfast is always the same nothing new with little dishes and you might find glasses in their milk so you have to be careful. And the most important thing is that their housekeepers have stolen my money that I left in the apartment when I just went down stairs to the breakfast, I left my money as it's safe place but they came to they stole it! And When I told the manager he made jokes of my problem and said: " I can not believe you and it's your problem we're not responsible of that" I do not advice you to stay there any way عمال النظافة سرقوا فلوسي من الغرفة يوم نزلت افطر ويوم علمت المدير قام يستهتر ويضحك ويقول مشكلتك وانا مااقدر اسوي لك ومو مسؤوليتنا ومااصدقك

The room was large and reception was extremely nice. Would stay here again. Breakfast was included with lots of food choices.

Mostly catered to locals, language skills as far as English is concerned, is very poor to nihil. They have a pillow service, which is never available. The standard pillows you get are high and hard. The standard dinner menu on the rooftop is below par. Mayonaise sauce over some iceberg lettuce, cold french fries, and the same gravy for chicken and beef?! The entire first floor smells like the sewer, they said it was just the room I had, because it was a busy weekend?! No complimentary water, nor water cooker in the room. I heard all of this is probably because there's a change in owner, too bad.

Ac took 3 or 4 days to be fixed is only downfall. Hard to get ready when your sweating. It finally worked my last day. Everything else is perfect.

The room was very good.
Expensive linked to the fact that it is facing the sea.
