Expensive prices and lack of amenities for prices paid and local competition. There are many better options in the surrounding area. Local tourist sites are farther than they seem yet the customer service is excellent. The views of the bosphorous are not the best but none the less great. Customer service is superb and one of the best I have experienced. Go for this hotel for a family oriented hotel otherwise look for the bigger chain hotels a bit farther from the city center.

Service is amazing. Hotel is really clean! Room is a very good size for a double room. Bathroom is really clean and bath/shower is great. Location is great — walking distance to most attractions. The only reason I have voted 4 instead of 5 is because the breakfast option isn't great and low amount.

The reception staff was very friendly. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of hot and cold food choices for breakfast. The price was reasonable. I would chose this hotel again:-)

We stayed at this hotel for 6-7 days and enjoyed our experience! Loved the well-maintained room, staff and breakfast buffet. We got a room facing Marmara sea, which provided a beautiful view. The hotel is very close to the main Sultanahmet attractions & public transit, so very convenient that way. We found the staff to be courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, just a few footsteps from the Blue Mosque, restaurants, bars, tram stations, etc. The room was very comfortable, quiet and warm. The staff is excellent. The cleaning ladies always greeted me with a smile and the front desk team was fantastic. Special thanks to Sibel who was incredible, even helped me plan my trip. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Our family of three are staying in this unique boutique hotel and it has been an outstanding experience since check-in yesterday. Very caring staff, beautifully and clean rooms (and our one has a mesmerizing sea view), a very well secured breakfast all make the place very exceptional. We certainly will come back to the place and will recommend to our friends. It's location is ideal to see eberthing in Sultanhamey area.

I've dropped the stars to a 3 for one particular reason. We ordered a sea view room however that is not what we got when we were there. It was explained that the pump had broken down in the room and they would see if we could be moved by day 3 — we had come for 7 days. The person I spoke to was Aziz (who was very hospitable). Nothing else was communicated after this so we stayed in the room and missed out on the seaview room. People at the hotel are very hospitable, will help if you need help and it's a nice little hotel. Would I book there again, probably not, purely based on the location which at times felt isolated.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to! The staff are extremely kind, and the food is amazing. The rooms are very new and clean. It's also a short walk away from the Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Arasta Bazaar. I highly recommend booking a room in this hotel.

The hotel is located in a narrow alley on an incline which is very difficult to access with a car, however, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and made available parking space for us. The rooms are well maintained and very clean. We had a sea view room that didn't have much of a sea view, so that was a little disappointing. The breakfast buffet is good, but nothing special. The place is new and a very short and scenic walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and the Grand Bazaar. I highly recommend this place.

Great friendly staff Saleh, Enal, Murad and Yasin. Breakfast is great. Very close to the old town. Very clean. Everything you need is available. Great for families.

5* Hotel with 5* service! The hotel manager and his staff are both very friendly and polite. They offered us tea and biscuits on our arrival. They also explained to us about the city, and where we could see all the best landmarks in Istanbul! The rooms are beautiful too with jacuzzi inside Both my partner and I felt very comfortable and safe inside the hotel. I would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel highlights are unlimited. Cleanliness, very friendly staffs, great location for sightseeings, near to many good restaurants and bars and kinda private hotel with a very limited rooms. Rooms has very clean and nice bathrooms with Jacuzzi bathtubs. I have to repeat that its staffs were like my real friends and they were very helpful.

The hotel was impeccable! The staff are great people (literally everyone of them). We stayed at the hotel for a reasonably good price and I will say that this has been one of the best hotels in our holidays! The Turkish hamam was also included which was a great relief and I hope that in the future I will return and stay at this magnificent hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Very good location, near the Sofia Cathedral and other tourist attractions. Room was great, very friendly staff, sauna/Turkey bath is great. Different from the other nearby hotels, or terrace restaurant for breakfast not much appreciated here. Finally, Galata something a bit more stylish.
