We had to change the room thrice in three nights! The A. C. Was a problem throughout as well as the bathroom in one of the rooms…

Excellent Hotel. Very good attention. And very well located. (At 300 mts. Of the tram) and 700 of the Grand Bazaar.

Good location regarding mosques and grand Bazaar, surrounded by shops manufacturers of clothes etc. Great descent down street to reach and exit street cut FTE to the hotel in the afternoon. There is no reasonable restaurant or cafeteria at 500 meters. You don't speak Spanish, bad English. In charge of the lntratable dining room. The night before starting full pay of extras and 2230 PM came to get me out of the room screaming.
By a supposed error in dining bill when requiring the vouchers signed day by day did not appear and apologies but I was 1/2 hour in Loby guarded by the waitress. If you don't speak Turkish look for another Hotel! To avoid.

Horrible! I was given a pitiful room. I had to fight a change with indifferent and unfriendly employees. Dirty Place, in a neighborhood that has neither cafes nor restaurants open at night. A poor breakfast. The best, the WF.

Elegant boutique Hotel type clean with a excelete attention… varied meals abundant and exquisite.

The hotel is very close to the Grand Bazaar and within walking distance (5 minutes walk) from the pedestrian area of the old town. Lively and very safe neighbourhood. Great restaurant with high quality of food. Breakfast It was a very nice hotel. Recommended for the visit of the old town and for the quality offered. Great choice.

The hotel is small but offers good service, many amenities, excellent buffet breakfast and dinner warning you did not want hot, turned out good. The neighborhood is not nice because it is surrounded by wholesale business selling clothes but it is very close to the tram and the Metro which is very convenient.

Very good hotel. It is close to the historic centre: 5min from the Grand Bazaar, 20 from Ste Sophie and Blue Mosque on foot, 5min from the tram that leads. It is located in a not less touristy area than the Hyper Centre, which allows to find low cost products.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Wifi, TV, shower, mini-bar, double glazing, …
The staff are welcoming, friendly and speak English for the most part.
Breakfast buffet with a lot of choice: there is enough to make a local breakfast with cold meze, hot potatoes and/or scrambled eggs, or sweet products like jam, Nutella, hot drink, fruit juice…

Terrible Wi-Fi, food is not that great, near landmarks.

Near Capali carsi, easy access by taxy, train or city buses. Clean, spacious luxurious rooms. The staff is superb. The breakfast is expectedly good.

Very good hotel, clean and friendly I recommend.

Very good hotel. The super helpful, the room is comfortable, clean and ventilated. The breakfast I like, varied, to taste. So far all very well.

The best thing is the room, is not great but at least friendly, very poor breakfast, they have free Wi-Fi, the area is phenomenal, near the important thing. They also have Spanish tve.
