. Bed sheets get changed every morning
. They talk to you and are polite.
. They do amazing breakfast
they always are helpful staff and the best thing about this hotel is they get packed. I recommend if you go to a hotel this one is amazing

Excellent location. Very close to the Blue Mosque/Hagia Sophia/Topkapi Palace. Friendly and accommodating staff. Smaller than expected rooms though, and two separate buildings. The "newer" one had missing light bulbs, broken showerheads, misaligned shower doors, broken floor tiles, and minimal space.

Old rooms. We were there with 4 persons the room was small and noisy. Very expensive for such a location. My recommendation is to stay in a hotel on the asian side of Istanbul and use public transportatio for sightseeing on European side.

First of all, we picked this place based on rewiews on Google and Booking and our review is based on our experience. Their design is good but economy rooms have small windows when you open them it brings you smoke not fresh air and the sun never reach the room. Very bad choice for people with allergies. For us it was trriable experience Be careful not to accept any room in floor/level (-1) since the floor hallway is full of smoke AND the room windows are to the ground of the street and definitely not safe to leave them open. Their breakfast is like most average hotel in the area but if did not get up early you are missing the breakfast. None smoker and families with kids, this place is not for you.

Warm welcoming, helping staff, clean room and quite place, what I didn't like is my bathroom had some problems.

Except the location is no good. Breakfast so-so, cleaning for three.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Next to everything, very good position.

Very convene situated. Rooms are small, uncomfortable, aircons were not individual and central heating systems, which was very uncomfortable for us as a family in this suite for our last two day stay. Bathroom drain occasionally blocked. Complained at reception but nothing was done about it. We were however welcomed walmly at the hotel but would definately read the reviews carefully before booking.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. The room is clean, there is a kettle, tea and coffee. The staff is polite and attentive. Close to many cafes with delicious food.

A great hotel in the center of Sultanahmet, absolutely central: Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Bosphorus just a 3 minute walk away.
Staff very helpful, very accommodating and nice. If problems arise, they will be fixed immediately!
Always happy, but please note: only bookings of solo travellers, families or married couples are accepted, no couples (wild marriage), as it is very familiar!

Nice hotel.
It is in a very good location, very close to Sultanahmet square.
Near the tram stop, you can easily get to any place. Or just walk around the neighborhood.  
Very polite and friendly staff. Solves any problem and is always ready to help in any question.  
The rooms are not new, but quite normal.  
Breakfasts-You can always find what you like.

Absolutely loved it! The staff here are very kind and generous! Always someone here to help you! Customer service is fantastic! Hotel is in a fantastic area and it's close to everything! If anyone is looking for a very professional, clean and safe place to stay then I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is large but the towels and sheets are really very old breakfast is very limited and repeated this hotel deservs at most 3 stars.

Yes the location of the hotel is considered acceptable because of some places around it, and compared to the price is relatively expensive, the rooms here are fairly small, the breakfast in this hotel is very poor and the options are few and limited … I will post photos later.

The hotel is located right near the main road and surrounded by restaurants and mini grocery shops. The people in the hotel are very helpful ans friendly. Always went out of their was to help us. Loving it here.

The service was awful, 4 people in 37 meter.! With two times the clean service has opened the door on us while we were sleeping.! And there were some fixing in the building, drilling sounds.! Hummers. Small restaurant in the top, with very very very small choices for breakfast! If you were single, not attempted to stay at hotel. You may like it! That's what we were doing here, just staying for sleep, and some amount of time to get rest. And this was exhausting for us cuz of the kids.

It's a small hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are small. No views what so ever. It's very close to Faith area an in the center of the old city. The breakfast is good. Like most hotels in this area you only use it for rest and nothing more.

We loved it, very comfortable, very well located, spectacular breakfast and exceptional care. I highly recommend it. We would love to return soon.

Centrally located… close to Sultanahmet tram station and grand bazar… very nice rooms. Rest all available within walking distance for middle aged couples.
