Extremely nice place. Everything is perfect. Nice and clean rooms. Nice restaurant. Excellent breakfast and fresh. Extremely kind and gorgeous staff especially receptionist Mr. Fikrat. I hope to come again.

Nice hotel, nice room, however the staff were very rude to us, unfortunately upon arriving the creditcard machine was not connected and so I was told to pay another time, the following day I came back to the hotel when a member of staff opened the door and very rudely said “sir, pay now” there was zero customer service or etiquette, again the machine did not work and I was told that there was a problem with my card and he wanted payment now, we then had to walk 1km to the cash machine to withdraw cash from the creditcard that he said did not work… clearly does, to walk 1 km back and then have the same man still tell me there was a problem with my card.
Furthermore internet is very bad in the room therefore I was not able to work and send emails and the TV was not tuned in to any channels.
Spend your money by a more well known hotel such as crowns plaza or double tree Hilton.
