It is the worst hotel ever. I left the room and tell the reception to clean it but they didn't. Bad smell is every where. Internet is so bad some rooms don't contain a Wi-Fi. Also the Air condition doesn't work in most of rooms. Every one who wants to book a room I advice to go to another hotel.

The hotel has a really disgusting athmospähre.
The rooms are also dirty. The hotel is 95% full of Arabs who can't behave!
The staff unfriendly.
Definitely not 4 stars. Maximum 1 star!
We stayed as a family in many hotels, but the hotel is very far from 4 stars!

It is very bad hotel, not clean at all, the phone and internet very weak and the staff not good at all there is no massage and the staff don't speak english… Any one from iraq please if they told you to stay here just refuse it… Ibrahim from kurdistan of iraq.

Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever been in to, the rooms are dirty, no room service on call, thefts happen at night, water not available always in bathrooms. If you want to hate Istanbul, stay in this nightmare hotel.

Very disappointing experience. Rooms are cold during winter (8 degrees! ), poor English of personal, failure to resolve issues, not tidy rooms, holes in sheets and walls, low quality breakfast. Does not always have shuttle service.

This hotel was provided to us by the airline "Turkish Airlines" when transplanted in Istanbul. The hotel is good, the food is tasty, the room is ordinary. The main drawback of this hotel-its location, the old town is difficult to get, under the window a big road, so the room is noisy. Close to the bus station, where we got to the old town.

Filthy hotel. In good faith would not have stopped there — brought Turkish Airlines.

It's ok but very far away from tourist attractions, 3 star services and room quality. Poor cleaning service and "used" furniture / carpets.

The hotel's Wifi does not reach my room. The bathroom isn't clean, and the cleaning crew does not seem to care. In the bathroom the shower head handle barely holds itself together. The location of this place is also very far from the tourist area, so assuming you're interested to come as a tourist, forget about it.

Good hotel : — good Wi-Fi, room very clean, good people and work hard but I don't. Like the position. Because it far away from center of city.

Rate 4. A nice hotel. I returned back to it because most of the time there is someone who can speak English. With its recreational facilities, I enjoyed the friendly environment and it's good service.

Hotel not recommended by his bad situation, noise, dirt, poor service, poor buffet and bad dealings with customers. They tried to force me to pay a consumption that we had not done.
