A nice cosy property with nice rooms, great location and very caring staff. Staying here for almost a full week and enjoying every moment of it.

Excellent stay, good room and meals. Very good location!

I traveled from US to Istanbul and stayed at Mercure Taskim for 9 nights, and 10 days during May 2018. Right from the beginning, the staff were very friendly and helpful. For instance, I had some problem with a car rental company and the staff (Anil and Batu) made the phone calls for me and spoke in Turkish with the car rental people. They do their best to make you feel safe at home. Guzde and other hotel receptionist were fast in checking me in and out of the hotel. They even allowed me to have my baggage at the hotel for an hour after my checkout time which was very nice of them. The hotel itself is 8 minutes walk away from Taksim square and you could take both Bus and Taxi shuttle for 2.75 TRY. My room was spacious for a single person and was maintained well during my stay. I will give Mercure Taksim a 5/5 star.

The Hotel I can recommend with the best knowledge. We have had 4 Days stay here. The Rooms are very clean. The Staff was always attentive and helpful, really very polite.

Hotel mercure was a very good hotel since it was located close to the taksim square. The rooms at the hotel were really spacious as compared to other hotels. The service was really quick. I wanted my air conditioner repaired as it was not working and the staff attended to it in just a couple of minutes and got it running. The food is excellent and the best thing is that if you want something different from the buffet menu you can tell them and they will make it for you. The overall experience was just great!

A good 4star hotel. One of best 4stars that I've stayed at in Istanbul. Rooms and everything are clean, staff are friendly and can speak English. Very good breakfast. And also it has good access to Taksim square and dolmabahce. I enjoyed it.

Nice place to stay, clean and tidy. Reception are great (ask for Gozde) she speaks English very well if you need help, nice person and helpful. Breakfast is good. Highly secure and luxurious and have safety boxes at the reception and inside rooms.

Price performance ratio and hygiene are not necessarily 4-5 stars! Staff and breakfast buffet were very nice!

Very good and clean. The staff very freindly. Near to taksim about 5 min walking and 5 min to kabataş port and dolmabahce palace. Good breakfast and roof is open and view is nice…

Just that the location is 10 mins walk to taksim square, where the metro is located. Other the rooms, service and breakfast is top class.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel in a family room… it's quite clean and in order… staffs are friendly and helpful… great breakfast… best location in the city… it was a real nice experience and I will definitely try it again!

Nice hotel but the besfor view not recommended, becaus its particularly view and there are some buildings facing the besfor view.

Nice hotel. Very reasonably priced. Friendly Staff. Good Wifi. Decent rooms. Great breakfast. Only thing that I did not like was that there was no ironing board in the room. Only paid laundry and that too not available on Sunday.

Good location, walking distance to Taksim, the main shop's area. Hotel is well maintained, nice clean room & bathroom. Good breakfast.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights for our honeymoon and had a pleasant memorable stay. The staff were very helpful and kind. The guest relation and front desk staff all have sufficient knowledge about Istanbul and how to get around it. Reception staff booked all our trips and ferry rides during our 5 day stay. Also, the hotel is quite new and our room was clean and quiet. It is located about 7 mins walk from Taksim Square and about the same time from Dolmabahce Palace and Kabatash Ferry terminal. I would definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it.

Loved the hotel, only moved us here because of flight delays, so we were free.

The front officers were extremely pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Furthermore, they have taken immediate action for any requests I had.

Preferred hotel in Istanbul i've stayed in this hotel two times as I am a loyal accorhotels client. The location is very good, not far walking distance from both bosphorus stream and taksim square. The room is compact but neat. They also surprised me with a birthday cake ;) free Wi-Fi and great food, amazing breakfast. My choice… the bad thing is that the water is supplied only at check-in and is chargeable after, like it would be a luxury…

PERFECT and SUPER for its location, cleanness, breakfast, room, facilities, Wi-Fi, services, quick check-in and check-out and the most important one for its professional and friendly staffs in all sections, especially Ms. Deniz as Guest Service Manager.

It's very nice hotel really good and safe, the location of the hotel is fantastic near by taksim square and near by kappas metro station near bosphor, hotel is clean very will, new just opened in September 2014, maximum Wi-Fi speeds, reception are very cooperative and smile especially Mr. Burak thanks a lot for him, he speaks English very well and give us recommend for our tour, the house keeping 24 hrs working just hang clean paper at door even afternoon, room size and bathroom are big, safe box, you can bring anything inside hotel. Breakfast is delicious especially honeycomb.
