Great location… cosy (read small) rooms… but then most of us are out all day … efficient service and a great breakfast spread… would love to be here again.

The room were cozy and beautiful. Very neat and heating fans. Service was ver good. Breakfast buffets very nicely decorated with delicacies. Food was delicious and coffee was served regularly. Central to Taksim street with lots of shops. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The worst ecperience ever! 1 — They dont clean the room well 2 — The staff working in the reception / Front desk are quite rude which makes you hate the hotel even more 3 — They don't Provide enough amenities 4 — The Variety of food provided during breakfast time is inadequate. 1 star for location only.

This simple cute hotel is my favorite from its category, the guy called furkan in reception is treating the guest just like their father :) ) he takes care of everyone, he remembers the room numbers of guests, he speaks many languages and simply he is sooo perfect. Other staff are also kind with smily faces, hotel is clean and has good location.

First and last time I’ll be in this hotel. Unless I know things for real have changed. Faced a ton of issues. I had been given to me and my family wrong room for half of the vacation. Not to mention the bad service. Problem in the shower and sink…

The hotel is not what it shows to be. First of all. It's not clean. I mean the carpet. The furniture. Is so old and dirty. The rooms are so small for two persons. They dont have enough big room. Nothing complementary in the room except one bottle of water. Their restaurant though offers quite diversive foods for breakfast. And again. It's not clean. And their waiters are grumpy.

The only benefit of this hotel is for its close location to Esteghlal jadasi, otherwise it is terrible because of services, the way they behave to guests, very small rooms, most of the rooms has door in between, …

Fantastic! Excelente! Paradise in earth! Being here find time to enjoy the spa in these special hotel! Hamam, the Turkish bath, is something that you must experience! The hotel manager, Mr. Ozer is a gentleman and he has a great workers team! And the hotel is in the heart from Istanbul. Istanbul is a facinating ancient / modern city that will overwhelm you with all its history and joy! A must destination!

Clean room. Excellent location. Check-in was very smooth as silk. Staff are very hospitable unlike other places in Turkey. Must recommend for a stay in city center.

Exceptional value for money, staff accommodating, location excellent in heart of city. Breakfast extensive n live omelet chef. Tour desk. Amenities in room very thoughtful and appropriate for last minute travelers.

I didn't put 5 star because even if the whole is good and ke service also. Fees inatendu is added lor the consumption of their product is that asser decevant. But good will is not that detailed because you would have a small dej has volanter. A sonat and a hamame free also. Thank you for your understanding.

Pros: Friendly staff, GREAT breakfast, GREAT pool, Good shower pressure. Many elevators. Close to attractions and metro, many money exchanges and shops/restaurants. Cons: Couldn't get 2 room cards after 5 tries. We had to share one card. AC not the best and didn't work the last night we stayed. Sweated in our sheets. Many rules for the pool, but attendant didn't enforce them and children at the pool were awful; running, eating IN the pool, screaming. Carpet in room was quite dirty and stained, don't take off your shoes. Bathroom was so dim, lights too low, like it was a dance club? Construction in room next to us, quite loud in the late morning. Hallway walls banged up badly. Honor bar in room had several open bottles and snacks open, we complained and were not charged, be sure to check while the bellman is in the room. Wifi in the room was weak and slow, but much better in the lobby area. Did not try the sauna, nor room service.

Worst experience ever Staff was rude heavy construction till 7 pm and loud noise at night If you want a calm and cosy place just run away We complained several time and staff just told us you could leave if you want Irresponsible manager and front desk.

It cannot be a 4 star hotel. Really bad service. Donot accept rooms at the 10th floor as the generators are located at the roof and it will not let you sleep. Donot get rooms with one big bed because the rooms are tiny small, the rooms with 2 separate beds are relatively bigger but still tiny. Food is not good and there breakfast buffet consists of very limited varity and choices. No view. Although the hotel website says free Wi-Fi, there is no Wi-Fi signal at the room. You have to sit at the corridor to get a signal of there slow internet. never again.

The rooms are a little smaller than expected and the room I slept in had spring beds but the temperate and ambiance of the room made it very cozy. There is hot running water at all times. Food is particularly brilliant. Breakfast is a feast…
