Great hotel in otoman style. Very helpful staff! A little bit noisy, but very good transpotation with metro station 10 meters from hotel. Some facilities need renovation, but for this money… Wonderful Golden horn view.

Rooms are spacious and have beautiful design. Special thanks to the reception staff who communicated with me after I had left my headphones!

Were Spontaneous in Istanbul and have been looking for a night in a Hotel ended up in this Hotel. A mega Cool Hotel with a Historical story I found to 4 o'clock in the night not sleeping because I represented because, in the view of my room window so Fascinated (Bosphorus bridge, the blue lights of the 4 mosque is just so Beautiful! Unfortunately, I was on Business in Istanbul, but Visiting with my wife neckste year back to this Hotel and for 1 week, and the Romantic evenings, enjoy… Only shortcoming I found… The Breakfast is served in the attic, on view at Istanbul's simply Fantastic but the Breakfast I found mega "Boring, " I only drank tea and me because of the Beautiful Sunny views have thoroughly enjoyed… thanks goes to the reception Young mega friendly and courteous, we were more than Happy!

A nice hotel in the city centre. Service at the level. Near the subway. Not far off the tram. The views are great. In general, I advise everyone who came to see Istanbul.

Great hotel, especially the Ottoman style, suits Istanbul. The location is perfect, metro nearby, centrally few minutes to Taksim shopping street and Eminönü. The staff very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast, great choice. It's worth a visit. Thanks the staff especially at the front desk and the page.

Ahmed in reception is very helpful and very kind. Another guy, Devran, helped me to the tram station and was extremely helpful.

The stay was terrible. There are construction in the building right behind and you can barely get some sleep after 9 as construction will begin and the noise is terrible.

Daru Sultan Hotel is beautiful traditional hotel, close to Taxim square and meny restaurants. The rooms are lovely. Cleaning very good, breakfast is above average in variety and flavor. The staff is great: Deuan and Ahmet always there and very helpful. The view and the location is super. Price as appropriate … I would recommend it to anyone …

For someone who has been to a few hotels in my life I think its fair to say this hotel isnt worth the price, it was clean and the decor is nice. But it was ultimately underwelming. The wooden chair was cracked. And ripped in places. There was a sticker on the wall high up that someone had placed and wasnt noticed by the cleaners. Tv only had 3 working channels, Breakfast was avarage. View was nice. My advice is dont stay here unless you get the room at a heavy discount. It was just a very avarage experience.

The hotel is clean but service isn't good The breakfast buffet is very poor, no variety of food like what Always you find in Turkey. It needs maintenance specially the bath rooms, staff are kind I was in 1st floor the noise is too much I don't recommend it and will not stay in it again.

Banyo hamam havasinda ve buzlu camla kapatarak hem gizlilik saglanmis hem de oda da ferahlik yaratilmis. Ayna icindeki TV cok ilginc olmus ve yer kazanma acisindan cok basarili. Teras bar/restaurant muhtesem Halic manzarasi ile bilhassa geceleri cok romantik ve fotograf kareleri gibi goruntu vermekte. Biz oglumuz icin izgara kofte ve kendimize sicak/soguk mezelerden ordovr tabagi soyledik. Hepsi cok lezzetliydi. Ertesi sabah cok erken cikmak zorunda kaldigimiz icin kahvalti edemedik ama inaniyorum ki kahvalti da en az aksam yemegi kadar guzeldir.

Excellent location, right next to the metro. Close to all kinds of restaurants and shops. Professional staff, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Roofta yer alan Galatalı restaurant'ı seviyorum. Galatalı restaurant is nice and successful for its fish menus and has a wonderful golden horn and old Istanbul view.

Decor is nice but ac sucked as in super hot after even an hr and u can hear ur partner going to the bathroom coz its just a glass panel.

Good location rooms & bathrooms are small.

It's one of the best pleases, the staff so helpful and the room looks fantastic, but the only thing is the room size, but overall it's grate choice. In addition using taxi is expensive so try to use Uber or Carem.

Bathroom no privacy at all, no lock, transparent wall No iron facilities although it's mentioned in the hotel facilities View of galata tower is a joke Electric kettle not available till I asked twice No drinking water till I asked twice I was not able to enter my room (check in) till at 5 pm, I asked why the manager said that the room was occupied by girls who refused to open the room doors! Don't expect to meet staff with good English language, very little! Furniture is out dated U need to hold the shower faucet with your hand its not fixed to the wall (in my room 203) I booked deluxe room, they gave me superior room No tissue papers During our stay a drill noises were ongoing (advice to the hotel, summer is not the right time for reconstructing your building) What I have really noticed that they don't care about their customers whether they are satisfied or not. The internet Wi-Fi is open and not secured We keep begging for very basic stuff.

We stayed in August 2017 in this Hotel for 4 Nights. Good: — Room — Service / Reception — View We had a really good room with an amazing view to the sea. The room have a acceptable size. The reception is really Arab and Middle Eastern friendly and always available to help. Every service employee speaks good English. Price was okay for us. Not good: — Breakfast The breakfast was really disappointing to my wife and me. The bread is very bad (it was fresh, but not tasty) and also the other food was not presented in way it should in a 5 Star Hotel. The kitchen employees actually do not offer or show what else can be ordered. All in all it was a good hotel with little weak points.

This is a great place to stay. Wonderful atmosphere and great staff. It is located in the center of everything with access to the Metro, so there is no excuse to stay in your room all day. I was very impressed with the history that was displayed throughout the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was that the amenities were very few. No microwaves, ironing boards and the like are in the rooms themselves, however overall it is a great little boutique hotel and would stay here again.

Unfortunately, we were greeted very rudely. At first we were told that the payment was not received, even though we had a payment confirmation and we also made it. It was shamelessly said that we would like to leave the hotel and that many other hotels can be found in the surrounding area. After a long discussion, however, it was found that the payment was received, but after so high-level comments from the hotel staff, we were no longer familiar with the hotel and only wanted to get away from what we did the next day. Moreover, the rooms were not hygienic and the food was not appetizing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Numbers from eastern pomposity. Nice view from the restaurant upstairs to the Golden Horn Cove.

The WORST hotel I ever stayed in my entire life. Their managment is so rude and disrespectful to the point that not only they do not know the basic hospitality ethics, they treat to call police on you if you don't accept what they say. I stayed for 11 days in this hotel that has been advertised 5 start which to me looks like 3.5 star. Everything is damaged and not working. Water was constantly licking in shower and they only said if u want we send technician and didn't even offer to change the room. This hotel is cheap for a reason compare to other hotels. I asked the night before I was checking out for the final bill but they waited until the last minute that I'm about to leave the hotel abd catch the taxi to airport to bring up a huge nonsense bill to me. They claimed because I didn't let housekeeping clean the room for two days the sheets were too dirty and since I spilled a juice on it, I have to pay for all the cost of the pillows and sheets. This was soooooo f'# up I will never go back there and suggest no one ever go there. At the end I had no choice rather than pay since I didn't want to lose my flight. Over all the only good thing about the hotel is the design of the rooms and the breakfast service. Their breakfast was awesome. The housekeeping weren't so good at cleaning the rooms. The managment has big issues and so rude. We went to spa but they asked for money and u had to pay and when we were there the sauna wasn't working but they made me pay for that too.
