The best fit hotel for big families, the location is great near to most of malls and recommended restaurants. But, I don’t like the lights at rooms it is too weak! And I didn’t try their breakfast so I can’t judge.

Don't waste your money at this place, definitely horrible. Even though the people are friendly and helpful, the place is lacking many features. Lighting of the flats is a disaster, if you are there for business purposes internet connection is awful. Another incident that we have faced was founding out the staff accessing our flat without our consent and taking the only source of lighting, the floor lamp. The place certainly is not worth it, and doesn't deserve the value for money… If you're not desperate, don't bother to stay. Find the better places around the vicinity.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been too. I saw pictures of this place and expected the best. When I got here it was the opposite. The service is terrible and they what you to pay for every little thing. The rooms themselves are nice to sit in, but other than that this hotel doesn’t have much. They don’t clean your room that well and the breakfast isn’t that good. You’re better off at a brand hotel like a Marriott. I do not recommend this place.

The hotel room was nice. Unfortunately I reserved a suite type thru Airbnb but it didn't have no kitchen supplies. There were coffee n tea bags but no appliances to boil water in or coffeemaker. Also it is a place on a hill n in the middle so u have to climb up or roll down depending on the direction u r going. I love to walk n hike so it didn't bother me mych except when was time to take the baggage in n out.

Hotel is very nice. All staff are friendly. Housekeepers are eperts and well organized. Staff are very helpful.

When I first booket it thought it was great and the premises was nice and quiet but the location was very bad and the service was not all that I booked 5 days and soon I got place anther places let without getting my money just want to get the hill out.

So nice place, and every workersare so kind/gentle, and rooms are so clean.

Its very bad service and very bad ppl and very bad place and far from everything and very bad rooms not like pictures and I hate it I stay 10 night like am in jail.

Clean establishment. Good welcome. Staff smiling and listening. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel, clean and very nice location in Istanbul, we had nice time with all family for several times, they have professional hotels management and really feel as family and helpful people.

Very nice hotel in the center of Istanbul, all sightseeing places are in a walking distance.
Hotel has absolutely everything that you can need, super clean and fresh. Great deal for that money!

Great cost-benefit. Convenient location on the European Istanbul side. Rooms are stylish and completely furnished. Stayed at a 2-room suite with kitchen and living room. Beautiful city views. Very attentive personnel and the breakfast is a true Turkish delight. These people understand the evolution of hospitality. No need to overpay for perks that you merely need. On my list of smart choices and recommendations. (I need more of that food, NOW).

Nice clean and noiseless place plus good price.

Such a lovely place. It was a wonderful experience for me to stay there. Perfect Staff, their behavior and atitude were gr8. Thank you very much to everyone for keeping up a good work.

Transportation is difficult. All you need to take a taxi. Our room was given to us when entering the card supply. Alışverden and roam from room we wanted to enter us but didn't open the door card is given to us. Except that our bags waiting in the hotel's Lounge three times we had to. Steven Campbell doesn't know how to talk to customers Khan. The water in the room for free. Ordanda they wanted money.

Located near the subway, bridge of Bosporus to go in side Asian, comfortable and warm… among others.
