It’s very frustrating, very bad experience. First of all there was maintenance for 6 hours per day we stayed for 5 days there and it was a mistake, so we had to change the room, even though the sound ONLY became less. Second of all the room cleaning was INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE! THIS IS THE MAIN REASON WHY I HATE THIS EXPERIENCE, they came in my parents room without permission when they were asleep! can u believe that? they cleaned the room soooo bad they didn’t even change the bedsheets nor the towels in our room she just made the room LOOK clean. I swear to god I’m not even exaggerating. Third of all the jacuzzi, don’t keep your hopes up because it’s not hot, I really mean it it’s NOT hot, in fact it’s SOOO COLD YOU WILL ONLY STAY 7 mins max, so I tried it the day after and there was maintenance on that too. Fourth of all, the Wi-Fi speed. The room Wi-Fi is sooo bad I did an internet test, the download speed is 0.23 MB’s per second! its really slow and I use my phone all the time, so it’s a pretty big deal for me. Fifth of all, when we were checking out they did not help us carry the bags they just looked at us straight in the face and didn’t say a word. Give your self a favor and just cancel your booking to this hotel or just skip it.
