Awesome place… great food… awesome views.

The room was nice, but the guy who checked us in, well, he was very ignorant and arrogant. He should not work with people, might would be better for him to do some job, where he does not have to interact with people. I felt so bad treated.

All is very well.

The hotel is quite modern, and well located. I stayed there during the day as a gust of Turkish Airlines. The breakfast is fine, but not really great as it should be for a five star hotel. The room was big and spacious, with two television sets, one in the main bedroom, and the other one in the living room. The bathroom was also big enough, and the bed was comfortable. However, I think the cleaning was not done properly as there were stains on the bed sheets and also some pieces of garbage were remaining in the room, just behind the door. It is also not very far from the airport, and Metro cash and carry is nearby.

Good for one night stay provided by Turkish airlines during overnight flight delay. Wouldn't stay here though for leisure purpose.

Food great. Rooms comfy. Just cannot understand why no proper shower head. Only hand held shower. Strange since there is also no bath tub.

A nice hotel. Rooms are nice and tidy with aesthetic decor. Its located close to airport but a bit far from down town. Check in staff is good and helpfull.

Stayed at this hotel from Turkish Airlines, due to the change at 17 H. The hotel is nice, clean, cozy, we also had breakfast included. The room was clean and comfortable.

Not quite new but clean hotel. Great breakfast.

Delayed turkish airline's connecting flight so I spend the night in this hotel. For this very short stay everything was good including the breakfast.

I only stayed here for 1 night. Comfortable rooms, good amenities. Breakfast was nice.

Spent only one night. The hotel is great! Not so good for tourism but better for conferences. Clean room, friendly stuff, tasty food.

Good for food, water, cozy room, economic price. It's not in main down town or luxury hotel area. Only one thing, Air conditioning is a little strong. Before you go to bed, take a shower with hot water opening the door to the room and turn down set temp.

Just a quick overnight but staff really helpful and the rooms are beautiful and well equipped. A very pleasant stay.

It is a good hotel Very clean and comfy But keep in mind booking from a site won't let you get a free breakfast and you will pay 70 TL.

Nice 5 star hotel, new, clean, in new quiet area and near mall of Istanbul, there was small issue happened and I really appreciate and would like to thank Mr. Ahmad (Manager) and the wonderful way he sort it out. I do recommend this hotel.

Hi I stayed in this hotel on September 1st and left behind my wedding ring in the room, I was triying to contact the hotel by email and facebook and didnt receive any response.

Amazing! Stunning! The spa facility is 1 of t best of seen and open to the public. Rooms are gorgeous and staff very helpful. My kids stay free so that's a bonus!

It was a great hotel. The food they served for dinner was amazing. The free breakfast they had had an amazing spread. The hotel had machines that constantly pumped some type of fragrant smoke into the lobby, which was very nice.

Every thing was good. Only a Cofe Machine is always a Problem in allmost every Hotel in Turkey.
