Fine hotel with big nice rooms, nice staff, and very central for downtown main square and Ataturk promenade, but a bit too much ziggarette smoke everywhere.

Most of the facilities are requiring improvements. My room was missing the minibar, moreover one of the towels was dirty (I found a bunch of hair in it) and we were missing slippers. There are more examples of these, but no need to count all of them. The soundproof is very bad. You can easily hear everything spoken in the other room. In the bathrooms you can even have conversations with other rooms. The materials used are definitely not a 4-star hotel quality, ie the toilet papers, towels, shampoo etc. About the cleanness I would only give 2 out of 5. The bathroom tap and the shower (auggh) were dirty. The room mirror had a big grassy spot on it. My general impression was that the room was not clean. In general it is a very well located and nicely furnished hotel however they need a real management improvement in order to avoid all these little issues that accumulate in the end and creat discomfort.
