The experience is very bad at the Hotel El Mouradi because it is celebrating a wedding in the hotel and we can rest and less sleep, the cleanliness is another very negative point, it is smoked in all the spaces although it is forbidden, the attention at the reception is dire by the Deso Rden, the pool is dirty and most of your hammocks are in very bad shape, the air conditioner does not work, there is an alarm that jumps by itself every 30 minutes causing a terrible noise, the buffet offers very little variety of food with quality of 4 stars. Very disappointed with the hotel.

Old room, there is only the view of the pool not too bad. Wi-Fi, swimming pool, and drinks on demand and paying! A roof for a hotel that says 4 * We spend one night and we leave elsewhere.

The place is cool and all. Rooms are clean, organized and nice but the food is bad, I didn't like that there are limited choices and its the same menu every day.

Bad air conditioner. Bad facilities. Bad personal service. Bad attitude. Bad bad and bad.

Decent hotel in a great location that is Tozeur. The staff is attentive and smiling. Bar animates every night either for children or with live music. Nice pool outside and another large covered and heated. Spa (paying) good quality and massage service is available and professional.

C a disaster this hotel, indoor pool does not work in November! After claim nothing is changed. No food, bath towels rooms with unpleasant odor, room lacking heating,

Very dirty. Very Dirty! That Sucks. 4 *-how come? Everything is old, ancient furniture, everything is going to crumble. TV Tube! Old ancient, older than me. The Toilet is dirty at arrival. The Floor is dirty. Passing through for 1 night and then scary and disgusting… All the drinks and even the water in the restaurant are paid. CHO-oh-oh? I don't understand the concept? Who Is it For?

The best, the swimming pool at dusk. Food and rooms, regular.

Terrible Hotel came us were allocated to the room where not cleaned and someone was already lying down in the other came rooms dirty everywhere the hair does not work air con and does not open the door to the balcony OK for one night.

Not really famous! They must make efforts for this rate and also for deserved 4 stars, plumbing to review, quality of TV and TV channel, quality of shampoo and shower gel. The food is really catastrophic plus the water is paying off. The place is beautiful especially in the winter but the hotel leaves to be desired.

There Are huge brown beetles in the bathroom. There are many other people'S hair on the bed. Good that there were only one night.

Large hotel ideally suited for conferences or large similar interest groups.
