There was a cute weather in July there, not so hot as it is in Egypt at this month. Very comfortable, fantastic and romantic place to have a rest. First time here and we are having an absolutely fantastic time with our 6 month old daughter. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. Also worth upgrading to a sea view room, definitely worth it. Great selection of food and drink.

A really enjoyable stay at this luxury hotel at a good price. Rooms were clean and comfortable; and the entire complex sparkling. Buffet dinner and breakfast (included in our price) were absolutely excellent and plentiful; waiting staff were attentive but not invasive. Inclusive Evening entertainment was fun with enthusiastic performances. Inclusive Daytime entertainment was also good despite there sometimes being a lack of guests (midweek) with fun games and friendly staff. The only negative was an issue at check-in, The they didn't have our two children showing on the booking. It took nearly an hour to sort out. It *Might* have been an issue with booking. Com, but very frustrating especially when we were then in the indoor swimming pool for 15 minutes then had to leave (18:00 closing time)!

Marhaba Palace is a very nice hotel with many attractions and friendly Team are always happy to here. Rooms are very well maintained and clean and decorated in a modern style, Restaurant with various food and drinks are pressed even fresh juices offered at Breakfast once everything in, I recommend only.

Went with my family and really enjoyed it, would really recommend going here. Free drinks through out the day and the food is different to what I have tried before.

Just got back yesterday.
Location brilliant. All staff friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Whole hotel clean poolside and toilets constantly cleaned. Excellent range of foods always something even for the fussiest eater.
The Animation team are the best we’ve ever had kept everyone entertained all day there show’s are brilliant more than the usual shows you normally get.

The restaurants are awful. Repetitive food served cold. The service is almost as bad. Avoid.

We’ve just came back from the most amazing week! It was mine and my other half’s first holiday together and we was not disappointed! The hotel was gorgeous, very clean. The rooms were very spacious and had lots of storage! The cleaners couldn’t do enough for us while we were there, changing different designs in the rooms with towels and sheets and making it very memorable! The waiter staff we had were next to non! He couldn’t do enough for us and I wish to could remember his name to recommend him higher in this post! Bar staff were very quick and professional and again couldn’t do enough for you, asking about your day, or what you’ve been up to and making you feel at home! Overall the hotel was spotless, they made us feel very safe and at home and we will be returning to complete things we didn’t have chance to do in our short week!

When we arrived we were given a complimentary drink and was made to feel welcome the hotel was clean the rooms were cleaned daily the staff were polite and were always happy to help. The food was good, and also you were given a set table for the duration of your stay, the only problem was no air conditioning in the rooms, the animation team were fantastic loved their shows didn't want to come home which is a 1st for me.

Good stay at the hotel, welcoming staff, especially the receptionist Madame Rafika. We ate very well, the chefs are excellent, the waiters are always helping, the service room is optimal and the pool staff are very professional.

The rest was just on top) thank you very much to the staff for the good service and entertainment.

Had a great holiday day, good variety of food, very welcoming, they love the English, felt safe, great weather, good tan, perfect.

Small, but comfortable. It's close. But, changing clothes on the beach and the baseins do not. The shower is only near the basain. Until 10 a. M. Everything is closed, even water can be taken only after 9 in the lobi. The water cooler is in the beach bar, but it's usually empty in the morning. At the entrance to the sea a lot of small debris, then the water is clean. The pools are great, the grounds are well-groomed, the staff are friendly. Careful: the cleaning staff in the room climbs through my pockets, I stole $20 from the pocket of the pants, said about it at the reception. They said they'd check the information and answer it. There was no answer or apology. The food in the restaurant is normal, but not varied, at 3 degrees. Alcohol is bad, except that wine can be drunk. Cocktails so-so. Animators at the height, well done. In the currency exchange, cheat and constantly do not give up the floor of the dinar. Applications for non-performing sockets, the fact that the air conditioner works like a fan (not air-conditioned) reacted quickly. But when the shambolic was over, I had to look for the cleaning lady myself, and tighten her in the room that would have made him. I've been here since I was 26.04.2018 to 07.05.2018. The hotel is very cool, a big palace. The area is large with its own beach, 2 pools on the street, 1 indoor heated. The staff are smiling and caring. The food is very tasty, 3 kg put on weight. Now only there.

Location Varied food: strawberries (seasonal), fruit, ice cream is always served. A lot of meat dishes. You're not going to stay hungry. The chef personally goes to the restaurant, with all greeted. The staff of the restaurant and hotel is very helpful. Friends, do not miss the tip-and the staff is nice, and they will be grateful and for you to try hard! Loved the animation of the hotel-the guys are very active! Games: Darts, volleyball, boccia, archery, and more. Etc. Morning exercises (something similar to yoga, stretching) — very effective on the rest) ) ), do not give to dial kilograms, advise) ) ). Maria helped our friends in a difficult situation, drove her car to doctors, pharmacies, helped with translation. I can't imagine how much we could do without it. Once again Maria thank you very much for everything, and the management of the hotel to mention such a priceless worker! I would definitely stay there again. ❤

Good value for money. Hotel clean and under renovation.
Some imperfections but if you report them the management will do everything possible to correct the shot.
Overall friendly staff and at your service.
For the quiet choose the rooms on the garden side and rather high floor.

Now at the hotel. April 2018.2 star Horror. Were allocated above the dining room, on the ground floor, (paid with a sea view) in which there is continuous renovation. Rumble and dust. The pool bar is not working, the dining room by the sea is closed (not the season). Training on repair, spa No, sauna is not present, all supposedly in the process of repair, advised to walk for services to other hotels. A lot of chipboard in the decoration of the hotel and around artificial flowers. I do not recommend it, it is not worth the money.

There is no safe In the room. The Mini bar is empty. Meals in the season lunch in the extra restaurant. Not on the beach. Bars in the lobby and on the beach. 1 Restaurant ala Carte. The Pools are 2 open plus a toddler one of them with sea water. The Hotel has a Moorish café. Animation and Miniclub are available from 4 to 12 years old. The Hotel is a former quadruple.

Nice and Clean. Due to upgrade… the last years have been terribly noisy, but finally the will have 5 star and stop breaking and building different parts of the hotel.

Who knows what you expect but order and cleanliness leave a lot to be desired.

The hotel is ideal for children and families. Luxurious in its architecture, impeccable personal service very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I do like this hotel very much. Great staff, good beds, nice food. Location is excellent, between the golf club and marina with shops & restaurants short walk away. Clean rooms. We are always friendly with the staff and also tip in the beginning, thus we get the best possible service… But I must admit that Marhaba Palace staff excels in attentiveness, especially in the restaurant! The taxi from the gate to Sousse Medina cost 10 dinars (2018). To golf course 5 dinars. Cheap shopping in "Big Market" on the way to Marina, right hand side when walking from Marhaba Palace. Also, pharmacy prices ridiculously low!

Very nice hotel, good location. Very good meal. Excellent value for money.

Hotel was partly under renovation, so gym and spa was closed. Still it was good value of the money. Buffet breakfast and dinner was really varied. There is something for everybody and the food was delicious. Pool area was nice and beautiful. Staff was really friendly, helpful and smiling. Rooms were nice, beds was comfortable. Special thanks to the lovely cleaner. I can recommend. Quality-price ratio was right.

Great value. Excellent all inclusive deal. The true asset of this hotel is its staff. From the chambernaids, restaurants and reception… Truly helpful and friendly. Nejib at reception is truly exceptional!

The place itself is relatively beautiful, here you can see more people in the evening, just too warm during the day.
Food tastes very good, however I have never seen anything like this, Algerian people behaved like the last, you could compare it with a pig coop where you only have a trough filled with food, very sad actually… but you create all of these to fade out, It is very nice, the staff is very accommodating and friendly, the hotel manager is very friendly and helps around the clock, while Büfee and cleaning up as well.
The room cleaning service is also very friendly, you can not complain.
Pool is in a pretty good condition, there is always something to be offered such as water games, beach games, bar and Co.
If you go into the place, you should always hide your hotel, otherwise you will be the victim of the tourist hunter, and you get from chicken to goat everything turned on;-) You should be able to say ' no ' and just keep running.
Since we have met 2 Germans in the hotel we are very happy with the holiday, have had a lot of fun.
