➜ Were the first time in Tunisia and have not looked back. Accommodation, service and food were great. Also the leisure was perfectly and also in terms of price acceptable. Us could really super relax and would go definitely again in this hotel. The staff spoke german and was always polite and helpful. You can report anything negative about the medical care. We were treated great and were also ruck no time back to health.

We were on the road and thus 15 people with a group of children. Thus we have seen several rooms. Defects such as broken air conditioners were almost in each. In general many traces of use on the Badamaturen, towels, etc. The bathrooms were rather disgusting. Defects have been fixed only after several days or had to be repaired several times (dripping air conditioning). As far as the rooms were kept clean. The outer layer is fine and is also beautifully designed. Some employees were very nice, others have set the service out of spite, as they had received too little tip. In the restaurant, we were ignored a few days simply and we got no more glasses! The food was very oily and dull. The vegetable was overcooked and tasted burnt sometimes. Not suitable for vegetarians. That was after two weeks eating out completely frustrating. The excursions were expensive and have promised much and little.
