2 stars is too much for this place. The pool maybe it doesnt look dirty but the smell of urine its so strong, there wasn't a spot around the pool to sunbath without beeing hit of a strong urine smell. The balcony, the room, the bathroom smell also of urine. Maybe there was a pipe nearby, maybe the sewers. I saw the ladies cleaning daily with probably pure bleach but the smell was still there. Few of the guys working there speak very good english and are always very helpful, and then some dont know what customer service means. The building from outside looks nice, but is in the middle of nowhere, doesnt have a spot on the beach, no restaurants really near by. I will never come back here, and I dont recomend it.
