An excellent hotel with a very high professional staff, an almost excellent quality of food, a very pleasant setting, the animation is great … The small flaw, there are many customers 😁

The room is perfect, functional and very clean. The buffet is varied but of average quality. Fruits of poor quality.
In addition, no sanitary measures are taken. The gel dispensers are almost all empty. 1 elevator out of two is in working order and impatient customers go by five and six sometimes. The staff is not qualified and there is only one porter.
The hotel is too full and there is not enough room for sunbeds and guests are on top of each other while the lawn is unoccupied. At the beach it's a mess. It feels like a deckchair depot and customers are left to their own devices. The service is not worthy of a five star. Sorry.

This summer the hotel is catastrophic we spent 5 nights the room was cleaned only once after asking at the reception, it is the total disappointment on all levels except the staff, they were very friendly.

I highly recommend the hotel. Ndhafa w very welcoming staff and has to listen. From a pro point of view as an architect I have a few remarks in relation to the lighting in the hallway of the suite in front of the dressing room we see practically nothing at night we had to use a torch to see the clothes. A spot is required above each convenient c closet. Otherwise for the bar just near the pool the floor used the tile is not non-slip c which is dangerous in my opinion and may rain late cause problems especially as elderly people and children frequent this space to rest … for cleaning the room they forgot to clean the room 2 days. These are just remarks to improve the service otherwise we will return nchalah the atmosphere of the hotel in general is beautiful.

Just returned and already missing this hotel. Do not even contemplate booking anywhere else. The hotel has plenty to offer with staff that bend over backwards to ensure you enjoy your stay they really make it special. Fantastic Thalasso incorporated within the massive hotel design. Plenty of animation activities throughout the whole day with large pools that are a welcome cooler from the beautiful dry heat. Food hall is great with lots of choice with snacks available when this is closed from the snack bar. The lads on the pool bar and the poolside waiters really give a 5star service and I loved the attention!

Very clean Hotel but the food and drinks aren’t great, the gymnasium is poor, the shops and animations events are poor. The animator Luca is the best but the Hotel need more animators like Him. The all inclusive pack doesn’t include all drinks, neither snooker, neither jacuzzi… the restaurant is closed…

I was on iberostar royal mansour and it was the best vacation and the best hotel I ever seen. So many activities. And a friendly animtion team they was so kind. Every day a new show. An amazing mini club for kids. I will back.

Madia is a beautiful Tunisian seaside town and the I has everything you could want. Ideal vacation destination, but great venue for a conference too. Beach is very clean. Plenty of cheaper accommodations nearby if you are on a budget.

Very nice hotel with great amenities and clean rooms. The food was delicious and it was really for everyone. The location right on the beach is beautiful, with wind it can be easily endured by the pool. And if lying in the sun too boring there are always offers like Aqua Fitness or even archery. Really recommended for a few nice vacation days!

Top hotel with no significant weaknesses. All the hotel parts and the room were always very clean and well maintained. We thought the food was outstanding. Repeating the dishes is quite normal when it comes to the enormous choice. Personally, I enjoyed the food every day.
The direct hotel environment was currently a construction site, but the hotel can't do anything about it.
We found the proximity to the old town (Medina), which is really worth seeing and not yet overcrowded for tourism.
We found the 5 stars quite justified.

In my opinion, the best hotel in Tunisia. Everywhere is very clean, rooms are cleaned daily, delicious and varied meals, very nice and helpful service. I recommend with all my heart.

Large rooms, groomed grounds, tasty food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Russian attitude is so-so. In May it is cold, the ears are frozen periodically. The tour operator cheated on the weather in Tunis, said it is warmer than in Greece! The sea is cold and dirty, in pools water too cold, even in a fable under a roof. Bassen with sea water and Jacuzzi for an additional fee.

A somewhat aging but very clean, tidy plant.
The price/performance ratio is quite ok, but the hotel is by no means a 5 star facility. The food is good, but also does not have a 5 star level. Absolute Plus is the staff. That's really awesome.
Very friendly, courteous and attentive. The staff are a real asset for the hotel.
One thing, however, is very unpleasant.
If you take to the streets in front of the hotel, the dirty reality immediately catches up with you. Completely dirty streets, one building ruin next to the other and many plots of land with derelict buildings.
Unfortunately, this will make it very difficult for me personally to decide to stay in Tunisia again.

I spent a week at the Iberostar hotel in Mahdia at the end of April 2018. Great hotel! clean and well maintained. The staff is great! always in small care. Thank you to our great waiter at the hotel restaurant and the pool. The animators are extra too! an unforgettable stay. I hope to come back.

The sea is magnificent. Beach is far to small. The buoys shoal. After strolling through the streets of the found products, pharmacies, ATMs. The sellers do not speak English, only French. Rich took a two-day excursion to the South to the Sahara and day trips to the North in Tunisia, enjoyed it. Tour guide named MADI well done. Do not sit in hotels, edte on the tour. Good food clean restaurant. Animation team very funny. Reception smiling all time and ready for help. Hard work from the manager. I am very satisfied with the best service's in this hotel. I really advise everyone to visit this piece of paradise and I am sure that thy will never regret this.

I spent wonderful 14 days of holiday over Christmas and New Year's Eve at the Iberostar-Royal-el-Mansour-Thalasso in Mahdia. The hotel offers all the unobtrusively feasible security measures without me feeling cramped or controlled. I felt like I was in the "Abraham's lap. "
Very clean and spacious rooms with balcony and sea view.
The service is very outstanding at all levels. Reception, room service/Reinigungsperonal and also the restaurant staff are simply top, always very friendly.
There is Themenbufetts in the restaurant.
Consciously perceived by me: Italy, Tunisia, vegan, vegetarian, sea animals, Japanese and also pork. Coffee was good for me to enjoy. The coffee machine was very flexible.
Large salad/raw food offer with various dressings.
For the kids, the daily fresh fries with delicious mayo are also a special.
The absolute highlight was also for me the daily changing very tasty range of offers.
The kitchen staff have a very creative vein for buffet — decorations.

Very nice hotel in a smaller place in Tunisia.
Rooms: My room was very well equipped, clean and brightly furnished. No flaws.
Location: Several pools in the hotel area, beach 50 m away with sunbeds and parasols. To the center Mahdias 30 min walk on the Promenade or 3 min by taxi for 1 euro.
Food: Very large selection morning and evening, fresh fruit and vegetables, local fish. The food is not very spicy, but there are plenty of pastes and oils at the buffet. For me the food was a highlight again every day.
Service/Staff: always very friendly and helpful, sometimes from the desire for tipping, but usually of course. After a few days you feel like a part of the family. Lots of entertainment and a cool disco in the basement!
Other: I noticed the slow Wi-Fi reception in the public area of the hotel.
Conclusion: Clear recommendation!

Great hotel. The rooms are big, cozy, and there's a big bed, a couch, a coffee table, a desk, a lamp. Tv. Bathroom is separate. You have to move quickly with a sea view. The view is just gorgeous. There are three pools. There are two restaurants in the hotel area, one al-map, and the bar works all day. There's pancakes, pizza, doughnuts, fruits, ice cream, water gas. The restaurant has everything: 7 species of meat, different soups, salads, pastries, fruit. You're not going to stay hungry. There are also seafood, royal shrimp, squid. Fresh Sookie in the morning. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is beautiful, new. The hotel is the same as the story of Gulliver. The big lamps, the tables, the utensils are very nice. The animation is super. They all dance beautifully, they teach dancing, the team is very cheerful. There's a playroom, there we were. It's very beautiful, many rooms, the kids draw, they play, they have air conditioning.

Hotel is a recommend for a perfect stay, the rooms are comfortable and the meals are very different. The staff friendliness without reproach and the animation team and mainly Pinou, traditions are respected, must be difficult to not appreciate such a facility. Recommend without hesitation, the best ever, this is our third stay at this hotel and we plan to come back.

The hotel in General corresponds to its rating. Spacious nice rooms with decent furniture. Excellent maid. Food not very varied, but all quality. The animation leaves much to be desired. Vacationing with two children 3.5 and 1.8 years, enjoyed it.

Tunisia for the first time, were driving in to this having been in very many countries. Do not expect anything special, but the reality has exceeded all expectations! It's just a piece of paradise on Earth! An oasis of peace, comfort, friendliness, beautiful sea, beach, cleanliness and cosiness! The entire hotel staff to tourists was very comfortable. The Director and all the management continually reviews the order and instantly solve the problems. The cleanliness of the room, with a nice sandy beach, but I have not seen anywhere else. Excellent food, everyone can find their own food to taste the largest tables in the restaurant. Freshly squeezed juice every morning! I particularly liked the banana. It was very nice to have dinner once a week in the restaurant a-la-map. A very positive effect on overall impression. Both cherishes staff to its territory-if we had planted five new palms, soon it will be just a Palm-tree paradise. Dream hotel again.

No 5 stars worth. When all Inc no drinks in the room except water. Beach bar only for HP guests. Also for all including guests only against payment. Lukewarm food and 90% seafood. They do not know German cuisine. Although 50% true German guests. Most Beach old secluded rest without extra mat. Room cleaning surface. Little shopping in the close. Very abgelgen. Rooms with sea view have only until 10: 00 Sun on the 3 m² balcony. Rooms on the street, they find no sleep since the night strong car and moped noise prevails.

We were fortunate to spend a week in this wonderful hotel. The hotel offers much really. A wide selection of buffet food giant up to the best recovery on the finest sand beach. The service was also very good. Even on the beach, it was with drinks of all kinds of versogt. What very well liked is that were in this hotel no deck cast. No matter when you went to the beach, there are always beds available, which were taught by the beach we're even. Because of the bad situation in Libya, there were not many tourists in the area, so you didn't really have the courage to run along the beach, because many locals waiting there on the road. That's what enzig negatives occurred to me. Otherwise, I can only recommend the hotel. It was great, forcing also, there was a small shop at the hotel, you could buy everything through souvenirs up to creams. The rooms were very nice and modernly equipped.

Hotel was still under construction when we were there. Still was all you needed was available. Disco was still under construction nearly completed pool bar. You could with waiters who serve poolside or on a constructed pool bar ordering drinks. Very friendly staff, animation so far only in the morning and at noon water gymnastics, DART, petanque, table tennis, various games (, stretching, dancing), because the theater is not finished yet. Within a week, the construction work at the hotel have made great progress, it should be finished in a month. Rooms were large closet, Safebox, minibar, fruit basket, great bed, flat-screen TVs, nice balcony, very nice bathroom, clean cleaning perfectly (you should book with sea views).
