It remains acceptable to a certain degree but what remains confusing and horrifying is the nonchalance of the said director… No doubt that each brand has its privileged customers who denotes the facade of the sign, this hotel highlights rude customers who have no respect for the other residents of the hotel, no authority over their children who run from everywhere at late hours, we can understand that each customer has his own conception of let off steam and holidays but it remains the authority of the management who will have to manage these unforeseen events … We all pay for a given service, gain solid customers who have the intelligence to respect themselves and others without being wacky …
