Review of Vincci Helios Beach 4*

The hotel is average. The only good thing is the clean beach, but the beach bar is just a kibitka with three tables. Everything else is not great. Check-in is quick, but the rooms in the main building, sorry, no-step in the wretched bungalow, where Wi-Fi is chargeable and even hangers in the closet. I had to beat my nerves, proving that at very early booking specially stipulated main building Standart room! For the came of the French rooms there is, and for us "Sori"! Obviously here Russians consider as complete idiots not owning any foreign languages not able to read the name of the number! The attitude to the Russians is just disgusting! In the bar, to drink simple water, you will stay long, you just do not see, but smile to the Germans, Italians, Frenchmen. They talk to them, they laugh. With us, with acidic rojami communicate… Food is average, hungry no, but served! Waiters and cooks go with such evil faces that it seems with the words: "When do you push?! " just nailed… In the rooms cleaned sometimes, the bed will make, but the linen will not change, if you do not ask. With towels in general trouble: Dirty will pick up, but for clean still get tiredof running, just forget to bring as toilet paper, shampoos, gels. Beach towels are very dirty, they are 10 years old, no less. The beds at the pool are all cracked, the mattresses are thin and sold. You can certainly not pay attention, like "subtleties", but we pay for 4 * and want for their money to have the appropriate services. Unfortunately, we have enough rudeness at home!
