Beautiful, spacious, great kitchen and awesome staff.

Where to start! From the moment you arrive you are greeted with exceptional customer service and jaw dropping scenery. The rooms are spacious and such a homely place to be, with the added bonus of being situated on the beach! The food is incredible and great value for money, all of the staff are very welcoming and treat you like family. There are loads of facilities to use including a Gym, yoga hall, massages etc. Sarana is also in an amazing location with very easy access to taxis or bike rental for you to see what the rest of Koh Phangan has to offer. The vibe in this place is incredible they really make sure that everyone is well looked after and having the best time possible. Everyone there is so helpful and really goes the extra mile. The team at Sarana have really gone above and beyond during this hard time in the world. The way they have kept everyone’s moral up and in high spirits during COVID-19 while putting special measures in place to abide by the laws and requirements of the government is second to non and I really cant thank them enough! 100% would recommend to anyone and everyone to stay at this beautiful beach hotel!

Can I live here?
I came to Sarana Bungalows as a stop during my Intro Travel tour and immediately fell in love.
The beachside bungalows, amazing infinity pool, warm smiling staff ready to serve you a refreshing cocktail. Clean, comfy, spacious rooms with hammocks on the deck, did I mention the gym and yoga shala? OH! AND the food is phenomenal!
We took taxis to the famous Haad Rin beach to party and it only took 10minutes, so close enough to the action but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of Koh Phangan.
Comes complete with Dave and Rosie the dogs! ATM’s close by, 7/11 2 minutes walk away. What more do you need?

Sarana Bungalows is hands down the best place to stay on Koh Phagnan. The staff are lovely & couldn't be more helpful! The food is amazing & good value. The location is incredible, right on the beach. Rooms are nice & kept very clean as well :)
Other facilities such as the gym & pool are a nice bonus too! We must also give huge thanks to the Sarana team for how they dealt with the challenges that COVID-19 presented. They carried out daily health checks, marked out tape for social distancing, & even organised quiz nights over FaceTime for everyone to play from their own bungalows! They even gave us crucially helpful advice with Visa applications too! I cannot recommend this place enough.

Sarana bungalows is a home away from home. This is the second time I’ve stayed at Sarana and it definitely won’t be the last. Kellie the manager and her amazing team of staff go above and beyond to make sure you’ve got everything taken care of. Having a beach front massage is lush, I tried the aloe Vera after spending a bit too much time tanning in the pool. It’s so great having access to a yoga shala and a well equipped gym onsite to combat all the delicious cocktails from the bar. My fave is the strawberry daiquiri! While the food at the restaurant is delish and very veggie friendly, the 711 is just a few minutes walk up the drive and good for any late night munchies. Amazing location! Clean. Food was amazing. Very helpful staff. I encountered no problems. Christian was great very helpful. And even when we asked for places to go he offered his time to show us some beautiful beaches. Jasmine on reception was also very helpful and always greeted you with a smile. And as for the rest of the staff, yun, minsoe, bai, sanda they brightened up the morning always with a gorgeous "good morning" some of the hardest working staff ive ever encountered to ensure the stay was pleasurable and stress free as possible.
I was only suppose to stay for 4 nights and ended up doubling my time here as everything and everyone found a place in my heart.

Returning here for a second time as I love this place and the vibe here! Set on the beach with a stunning view from the pool. Lovely clean and spacious rooms with your own hammock! The food is great and the staff are super friendly. Definitely won't be my last visit to Sarana.

Stayed in a beachside bungalow, literally right on the beach. This place has got Infinity pool, delicious food in the restaurant and very friendly staff! Can’t recommend this place more! 5/5! Definitely will be coming back!

Beautiful scenery, plus fun and friendly staff.

The location is unreal! It’s right on the beachfront and has epic sunsets every night. The infinity pool is awesome and has heaps of sun beds to relax. Bungalows are really clean and good air con. Also thought the food was great and and a good price. Great cocktails too! Staff were super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again :)

Love love love Sarana, the staff were so kind, and the atmosphere made our first stop in Thailand a huge success. 10/10 would recommend.

I’m from the US and I have never seen a place as serene and gorgeous as Sarana Bungalows. The location is unreal, the facilities are so clean, the food is epic, as are the cocktails, the staff are so friendly and a special shout out to Christian who was amazing at recommending the most amazing places on the island, as well as the cheapest. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I could not have chosen a better place to stay, all the staff were super friendly and helpful, Christian in particular. The food is excellent and always so fresh! The bar is great too, a wide variety of cocktails at reasonable prices. Sarana Bungalows has perfect amenities, gymnasium, a fair sized pool and a private beach with a swing for the perfect instagram shot!

What an awesome premises in an amazing location. A picturesque view from the infinite pool was so needed after a full moon party. The facilities are super clean, spacious and with air con. The food was outstanding, as were the cocktails, and every member of staff I dealt you with was super friendly and extremely helpful when asked to recommend things to do on the island. Cannot wait to return when I'm back on my travels!

Since we arrived we received a wonderful treatment and our departure we left our luggage in reception and enjoy the pool all day if we wanted. Very clean rooms and great atmosphere!

This place is the best thing since sliced bread. Turned up here in the afternoon and was immediately blown away. Our Bungalow was a stones throw away from the beach. Ir was just beautiful. Some the things I loved: The staff are awesome, really helpful and funny.
The bar sold great food and cocktails.
The property was always clean.
The best thing of all were the Saranas pets, Dave the Dog & Bob the Cat. I did not want to leave the place to go back to the UK As Arnie would say, "I'll be back" Thank you for a great stay x.

Loved my stay here, I received excellent customer service from Kellie who went out her way to make sure everything was perfect. The sunset is spectacular.

I stayed here for a week and a half, the staff were all so welcoming and friendly! amazing food and cocktails for reasonable price. Sarana can organize anything for you from laundry to taxi to bike rental to boat tour. The pool on the beach was absolute bliss. Thank you all so much, will be recommending to everyone!

Staff is super friendly and the accommodations are really awesome.

It's a beautiful place to stay. They are currently making it even nicer. The pool is amazing and has a fantastic staff at the bar next to it.

Had a great stay in the beachfront bungalows. Room was massive and clean and tidy. Aircon worked a treat. The pool is great and staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious but a little dearer than elsewhere, that being said the prawn pad Thai was the best Ive had so far!

Absolutely stunning place. The bungalows are literally right on the beach. This place has everything you will ever need; infinity pool, beach and the sea, what more do you want?!? Plus the staff are lovely too. I would definitely recommend!

Wow what a place! We were lucky enough to get one of the new bungalows on the beach looking out to the sea and sunset. The staff are lovely and will do everything to help, I felt very relaxed and safe here. The infinity pool is a nice touch. I would highly recommend it to anybody looking for a chilled place to stay on the beach.

Good hostel, unfortunately a lot of mosquitoes, as the huts are not 100%ingly dense …

Amazing view, great people, and a pool when the salt water gets old. Beds are good and the rates aren't bad either… Great location maybe 10 minutes on motorbike to Thong Sala and close to a bunch of cool places to check out while your on the island. Overall great place to stay!
