Very nice resort right on the beach with lovely pool and beach area with good sunbeds. Friendly staff, daily cleaning, close to everything in Lamai and lovely garden setting. Good breakfast too. Would love to stay again and can highly recommend. Ps. A warm thank you to the cleaning and maintenance staff, the restaurant and pool area staff and reception on working hard all day long.

I didn't stay there but tried to visit a friend in his room, wasn't even allowed to go and knock on his door! His answer when I told him I wanted to talk to my friend was: "I don't think so! " Had to wait outside with my wife and daughter when staff went and knocked on his door and told my friend that "Someone will be at reception"! Yep, didn't make sense to him either. I left after 10 minutes waiting!

Not bad for the price. It is right on the beach with a pool and bar/restaurant. Near local nightlife and restaurants. About 25 minutes from Chaweng, taxis are reasonable to get there.

We have been here before and enjoyed it. However on this trip there are some problems. Internet is not working. Shower has very little hot water. And electricity went out and they do not have a generator. Also it has become a little dated and worn out.

Interesting beach. There are rental water bikes, there is a special mesh-protection from jellyfish and other evil spirits, the sand is pleasant, not fine. Rescuers are constantly on duty. There are bars on and around the beach.

Lived in room 408, the building overlooks the road, so at times it was noisy. Otherwise a good hotel, the room is clean, hot water constantly, there is shampoo and shower gel. True there are animals, lizards, ants, but did not bother much. The Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is great. Breakfasts norms, every day there was bacon, potatoes, porridge, mushli, 5 kinds of dishes from eggs, bread different, including cereal, tea, coffee, juices different, from fruits were watermelons, pineapples, mongooses, papaya. The most wonderful is the first line, the coolest sea on Koh Samui during this period was right in front of our hotel. Good depth for swimming, the netting fenced off the bathing area, so that jellyfish do not get. The sandy beach of Lamai is the best in summer, the water is clean, not clear of course as on the islands, but there is no any mudandand and debris like on wild beaches. At the reception Thais are very responsive, helped us constantly.

Friendly staff. I have been going there since they first opened. Basic but clean rooms. Great location in the middle of Lamai and on the beach. Quiet at night.

It's a nice hotel. The advantage of it is that breakfasts are always held on the outdoor terrace and at this time you can admire the sea. The rooms are clean. Cleaning every day. The pool is right on the shore, it's just good and suitable for relaxing with the kids.

Excellent authentic style stay on the beach. Rooms are spacious and located in a beautiful well looked after gardens. Fantastic pool and breakfast with the view. Hosts care for environment and you will feel the softness of the bed sheets.

A very quiet and a laid back resort… good for people looking for peace and beach… location is also great.

I was lucky enough to meet one of the owners at a local bar and he suggested I go out and take a look at the resort. Once seeing the place I decided to upgrade from the room I booked on AirBnB. Nice beach and pool area. Nice sized rooms as well.

We are staying at this hotel at the moment. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is polite, there is a night guard in the territory (not everywhere by the way is) the rooms are cozy, (we in the Deluxe settled) infinity pool, sunbeds are always enough. Sunset in the sea is great! About breakfasts all speak differently of course, but you will not stay hungry, I at all do not understand, when say to eat nothing at all, it is possible to think those who breakfasts are not satisfied at home a menu of 10 dishes have for breakfast! Good breakfast… The hotel itself is located within walking distance of shops and cafes… In general, you can live and very comfortable!

Was 2 weeks since room and facility (garden) genuinely maintained the Früschstücksraum and around the pool could use an update (color and minor repair) staff sory came to me as they did not have the right pleasure I had since the something the Thai smile was missing Helpful but as I said. The location of the hotel is very good.

This hotel is amazing. The breakfast is delicious and the pool is right on the beach. Airconditioner is very affective and staff are friendly.

Lovely poolside area by beach. Nice rooms. This isn't a 5* hotel but it's a nice, clean, good location & I would happily return. Only downside is the restaurant closes quite early so you can't order a glass on wine in the evening & sit by the beach. However, there's no issue with buying your own elsewhere to have either in your room or on beach. I'd say this resort is very good value for money.

Beachhotel with a lot of plus/and some minus. The good side starts with the location. It's directly @ the beach, will be hard to find better. The personal is very friendly and helpful, the garden is always in best shape and it's pleasure to here the sound of birds. But, its not a budget place. Its also a typical Thai hotel. With heat and humidity. I have seen mold on panels, terrace and bathroom. The cleaning was on first look thoroughly but instead of cleaning the wc, dirt was just hidden by open the cover plate. Also the way to the room was a bit dirty. However I liked my stay there and the beauty is unique. You can rent motorcycle there, check in is 24 hours, it's guest friendly, got 2 litre bottled water daily.

I always felt comfortable at this hotel. Very friendly staff. Excellent cuisine. But should be slowly renovated.

Great Hotel. For its 3 *.
The reception is always working and always ready to help you. Most of the staff speak English. The breakfast buffet is very tasty. Cleaning in the room every day. The grounds are very clean and green.

The best place ever. Perfect location on Lamai, clean and good beach, nice and welcome staff, nice green hotel territory, comfortable room. Try to select room on the second or third floor to enjoy cosy balconies.

Great hotel right on the beach of Lamai. Practically the middle of the beach, very convenient location. All facilities within walking distance (restaurants, cafes, shops). Great place for a family holiday.

Good location in the heart of Lamai beach. All in step-by-step availability (bars, shops, restaurants, etc. ). When this fairly quiet. There are rooms in buildings (3 floors) and bungalows (more expensive). It is better to take a room in a building on 2-3 floors. The first is dank.

Nice clean rooms. Close to downtown strip. Great pool and patio.
