It is not really a resort and basic spa facility. So don't let the name misguide you. They only have only one option in name of spa — Thai Massage and for that too they call external masseuse. They have a private beach which is not very awesome in morning or afternoon. We did not check it out in evening. The staff in general is very friendly and nice. Breakfast is good with mix of ala' ca and buffet options. Swimming pool is nice though the jacuzzi pools are non-functional (or so we were told by staff at the bar near pool). The Wi-Fi was terrible in out room. It was good in the room given to us on first night of our stay but then our room was changed for rest of the stay. We had to step out everytime we wanted to use Wi-Fi. Overall I did not find this place value for money. If given an option, I would choose to stay in resort on western beaches or at Chaweng. Or any other resort in Lamai.

This place is good value for the money. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff are friendly, the pool is pretty good (there is a bar there), and the food is good. The sand on the beach is nice but don’t stay here if you want to swim in the ocean. The beach is rocky and covered in seaweed. You need to walk or drive to Lamai Beach.

Staff — Very very friendly and helpful (kinda like clubmed) Location — Perfect for peaceful and relaxing stay Breakfast — Delicious Fried Rice and Fried Flat Noodles. Environment — Beautiful view and the concept is towards local taste unlike the modern designs in Chaweng. Room Condition — I stayed in Jacuzzi suite so the view from bathroom to balcony is stunning! Only two things I like find them lack is the mattress and air-cond. The mattress is too bouncy and hard, the air-cond was dripping water at 20-22c so you might want to blast to 18c. Facilities — Pool, open-air Jacuzzi next to pool, Spa, Mani/Pedicure and Gym available. Miscellaneous Sevices — Transportation. Staff allowed us to shower at the Gym bathroom although we already checked-out but our flight was 5pm. Didnt want to disclose too much photos of the resort, why not you guys pay a visit and explore yourself?

Nice hotel, beautiful grounds, breakfast with fresh juices, order à la carte + buffet. The pool without overflow is a minus. And a huge minus for hearing in the bungalows! began to cut the grass at 7 am mower, and neighbors rage in the night and early in the morning then-everything is audible too much, the sounds of the road in the terrible night I take 2 stars, and Sorry ( (

Very good service. Good spacious rooms, clean and comfortable, they do the toilet every day. There is laundry service, you can rent scooter and you can use the gym. It also has a spa with very high prices. Breakfast with lots of variety and very good. They carry out different activities during the week such as cooking classes, films, special dinners among others. You can ask for cards to play card but you only get a mallet. It is on the shores of the beach where you can sleep on sun loungers, swim in the sea or kayak. There is room service, the wine is pretty good.

This was really great, quiet and the staff is just great. So much love at work. Always in a good mood though they don't earn much. They were always happy and friendly.

Location Corresponds to 4 *. Rooms are bungalows. Friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant. There is a beach. The pool is adult and children's. Playground for children. Shops are 7-8 minutes away. In 15 min. There is a large supermarket.

We go to Thailand almost every year and try to stay at new hotels every time. The Royal Beach Hotel was absolutely incredible. The staff is friendly they speak English and they have amazing food in the most cost-effective luxury hotel that we found in Thailand with absolutely credible to use the rooms are sheared they offer suites with hot tubs on balcony.

Very very nice. We stayed here for just under 2 weeks and felt very comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. Beautiful facility happy again. PS: But the beach is rocky and not meant to swim.

It was fabulous to stay with friendly staff great environment lovely landscaping give more stars if I had options.

Wow, amazing place! They made us feel so special and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their beach is beautiful, even during the rainy season, and they have free kayaks to paddle to close by Hin Ta Hin Yai Rocks. Breakfast is lovely and room service is affordable and yummy. We're going back as soon as possible!
