Wonderful location, friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Would recommend.

The only reason this hotel gets a star at all is because its location is amazing. The room smelt of wet and mold and the windows cannot open so you cant even try air it out. Bed is old and horrible, towel was so old it already started going thin and was fraying at the ends. Words cant explain what the room looked and smelt like. The bathroom was terrible. The cieling above the breakfast area broken. You get what you pay for here though as its very cheap.

Nice hotel for young people and couples without children. A little old, but everything works, functions and quite tolerfully. Not 5 stars, of course, but OK. Cleaning every day or on request. Good breakfast. The beach is also very noisy. And very friendly staff, ready to come to the rescue and be helpful any minute from the hostess to the gardener. Good food on the beach (lunch à la carte). The sign is almost invisible from the central road. Its way out to the beach.

Good service, no escalater staff help to take the luggage, convinience place to market beach etc.

Hotel with poor value for money. Rooms that smell of humidity, little room to circulate, no closet, no safety box, a small bathroom with a sink the size of a hand wash, and all that for a price too high compared to the standard price on this type of establishment (the hotel s ocated just next door for example). I think a renovation would be helpful.

Loved it. Manager and staff were great. Best 3 star hotel. Only 3 stars cos no pool and not on the beach. Otherwise brilliant stay.

I can only rate the restaurant: excellent food, friendly staff, nice location and strong cocktails! Definitely worth a visit.

I would recommend it to the hotel and it was very nice.

Value for money. Large family rooms. Good kitchenette facility. Prime location. Many restaurants and bars around. Beach is at a walking distance. Minimalistic interiors add to a great flavour. Simple cement finishes in dining area, and beds made out of concrete with cement finish were an absolute thrill to see n use. Lake of locks in bathroom were a bit inconvenient. Shower area had no locks or a door. In another bathroom shower curtains were missing thus we were not able to keep the floor dry. In summary a great place good value money just needs a small maintenance tuning.

Really liked this place. Great location, nice owner, and our room for 4 people was very good. However, the price was high for the room and did not include any breakfast. Purchasing breakfast was overpriced (190 TB). For $120, include breakfast, or charge guests a reasonable price. Also, the airport shuttle service is NOT included but available for additional fee.

Comfortable. Neat and clean. Very conveniently located. hospitable owner and staff.

Enough for sleeping. The pool and the beach are not that good. We slept in this hotel and during the day went to the Ark Bar for it's pool.

Right in the heart of Samui near all the shops and close to the beach, in fact walk out the back and you're straight there. It's cheap, clean and sufficient. Huge bed, fridge, aircorn, bathroom and staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged transport for us to the other side of the island too.

It's a place built with love and you can sense it there, you'll feel at home. Aesthetically amazing room, very nice location and very friendly and supportive staff. Bathroom doesn't have a tub and also the hotel facility doesn't have a lift. Overall a fantastic place to stay in the price that they charge.

Backpackers lodge with private room and toilet. Run down and poorly maintained. The air cond sound could be waking u up middle of the night in certain rooms. Have to ask for room change.

Excellent value for money. Spacious, complete, fresh, it is a very nice and well maintained room. Impeccable restoration in a setting to make you forget the outside heat. Only 4 km from the airport. Very user-friendly patterns.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. The first time I had a superior room which was part of the original building. Large room with a big double bed and other furniture. Nice and spacious. This time I stayed in a standard room which is part of the newer building. This room was much smaller and way more cramped. Still had a TV and double bed but I honestly think the superior rooms are worth the extra money. The breakfast was a let down for sure and I'd recommend choosing an option without breakfast included and going elsewhere. The staff are fine but not Thai. The major selling point is the location and proximity to the beach. Happy hour drink prices are very reasonable. The hotel is representative of how much it costs to stay there.

Great place to stay. Clean and cozy. Nearby to the prime places. Not far from the beach. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place.

The room we originally were in had ants crawling all over the bed and in the sheets. The only staff member on at night was rude, upset we were trying to get our money back or move rooms, and eventually non responsive (English was good when they wanted to talk originally). The other staff the next day were lovely, but we checked out immediately.

Price is cheap. But quality is bad. 1. Air-con is not powerful, and noisy. 2. TV channel only can be adjusted by No. 3. Wifi can't be connected during night. 4. Staff at the reception is not very nice. 5. Mosquitos in my room. 6. No bus to Lipa Noi Pie。only taxi service but it charges more 100 BTH. I really don't suggest you choose it.

Is been very nice to stay here, the price is reasonable, the hotel is new, very clean, within 5 minute walking distance you can reach Muay thai stadium, chaweng beach, 24 hrs convenience shop, and the boss is super helpful, the breakfast is nice.

Very nice hotel, located in the very center of Chaweng, but still very quiet. The stuff is very friendly and the price is reasonable!
