Hotel located on the beach good attention of the staff. Quiet hotel with swimming pool on the beach itself and with very nice gardens, the rooms are cabin type.

Spent 4 amazing nights with family at pool villa We were lucky enough to stay here and we’re glad we did! The staff were welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was lovely in front of ocean views. Beds are comfortable. Room, hall, outdoors are all spotless. The Central shopping mall is not far-about a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay & would gladly return here. … We’d strong recommend to anyone to choose Montien House!

It feels general. The sand is very fine, the beach is long, a bit like the North Sea Silver Beach. The distant mangroves and an island block the sunrise. It feels better to watch the sunrise at the hotel on the hill.

Hotel is ordinary. It should be emphasized that the bathroom flowers sprinkle water is very uncomfortable, everywhere blocked, water sprinkled everywhere is.

Great location, decent breakfast, had a large modern room in tower block, but a few maintenance issues with taps. Overall good value accommodation for beachfront on Chaweng beach.

Excellent value, great location and good service. The restaurant is excellent with good variety including (seemingly authentic) Thai. The bungalows are semi-detached and sound proofing isn't good, so hope for respectfull neighbours.

The hotel is very good, the rooms have lived, nothing is really very clean the hotel is noisy. The staff is friendly this is the only good thing.

The room we had was right next to the lobby but it did not bother us at all. Water pressure through the in line heater can be better. Breakfast was decent with enough options to fill the tummy.

Very good hotel, which deserves a refreshing but is very well placed on Chaweng, close to everything, the proximity to the airport can annoy some, except that I recommend.

Cottage Room adjoined by 2 with an extremely fine separation door if you have noisy neighbors it is quickly unbearable! Chaweng is very touristy at the time the staff is not very smiling! Still good but only for the beach edge location and city center! Namely: The hotel is located under the landing corridor and take-off from the airport! If you want a quieter place choose Lamai Beach is quieter and very nice.

Beautiful Thai bungalow resort. Right by the sea. Nice breakfast buffet. Spacious bungalow with AC.

We stayed 5 nights and loved every minute of it. The staff were so lovely and the beach, pool and restaurant fantastic. I have never posted a review before on where ever we have stayed, but I had to acknowledge this beautiful place.

If you have a room at the front the view is good but music will go until 11 pm and dogs bark from 6 am. Rooms are quieter back off the beach. Breakfast buffet is fine if you don't mind dogs being in the restaurant and smoking allowed. Normal for most Thai islands. The hotel dog bit a 4 year old European girl when I was there so if you're a parent like me keep an eye on your kids. Overall this place is great value for money. Recommend.

Great restaurant, great service. Located in the middle of the chaweng Beach. A little bit more expensive then other restaurants in chaweng, however it is still cheap and worth the difference.

Great location. We were in room 501 and it walks strait out on the beach. The facilities could use a little maintenance and paint. Airplanes fly low over this beach.

We just love Montien House.
We have stayed here all 15 times we have visited Koh Samui during the last 14 years. Lovely and serviceminded staff, clean and cosy rooms, delicious food, nice swimming pool with beach view from pool sunbeds (you can choose sunny or shady ones) and good location.
It is simply the best place to stay in on Chaweng Beach.
We recommend Montien House with all our hearts.

Wonderful location, friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant/bar area very close to pool and beach. Clean and spacious rooms set in delightful and very well maintained grounds. Close to main busy shopping, bars and entertainments but not so close it interfers with quiet atmosphere of hotel.

This is the third time I have stayed at this resort. Always a nice quiet place but in the middle of everything. Breakfast is good, staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean. Will. Be back again.

Reasonably priced. I recommend booking in person if possible, it will save you the tax. Can be noisy at night because of the main street. The crew is very friendly and helpful. Overall its good for an avergage stay.

Very nice beach restaurant very fresh seafood.

Environmental garden feel, fresh and natural, but the facilities More Chen long, the sheet is broken, the sheets, the sheets, the pillows were a bit stained, the room health in General, I'm barefoot in the house and we will be in the soles of the feet dirty. The beach is not clean one. WI-FI very poor.
