Suitable for family’s, groups and also perfect for lone travellers as everyone is so friendly it was like walking in to my old family house x Music is second to none with weekly live music sessions by one of the best bands in Samui! Had to wait a long time for our drinks. Also, the repeated honking of several guests was ignored. Chief sat the whole evening at the Bar — guests were not detected really and taken care of. To not recommend.

It is just beautiful, and all always in a good mood — super so.

Very nice food and an amazing spot to watch the sunset, a little on the expensive side but still worth a try.

This place was not what it shows in pictures. Very small and very noisy road traffic. It's super cluttered and dated. Staff was initially friendly however after one night being there they ignored us. All sand walkways and when leaving no one helped us carry luggage. Only one bed although I booked two. Plus side the beach is beautiful and relaxing.

Special place with well developed beach. The only one minus — hard to swim, because there are huge stones under water. Had a good time in bungalow and in tent. Both were good. Every day from morning till night you can listen reggae music hanging right on the beach, drinking sime beer or fresh coconut. The restaurant at that place is also good with different food.

Great little hotel with purist bungalows in the original Thaistyle. Located on a very quiet and beautiful beach in the north of Koh Samui.
The food is very good and the staff is very friendly. You feel comfortable from the first minute.
If you want to experience the original flair of Thailand and are tired of large plants, this is the place to be!

We spent 5 nights here in April and really had the greatest time. The staff are excellent, the food is good and the set up is tidy. The beach may not be the best due to slightly murky waters and a lot of seaweed, but it was quiet and peaceful. There are kayaks and boats to hire if you wish and this created hours of entertainment. The downside is the distance to Chewang Beach and the other areas that have good nightlife but it can all be solved through the use of taxi's or Tuk Tuk trips. It also made for a relaxing environment. I would highly recommend a few night at King Busch.

The beach section is very quiet, everything is excellent for sunbathing. Swimming is only possible to a limited extent at this point. The restaurant is so good, unfortunately there were no shakes, food was fine but not sensational for a long time but for a short snack it is enough. I can't say anything about the resort, some cottages are just off the main road.

Breakfast at the restaurant was good. But the beach is unfortunately not suitable for swimming. You can relax well. Music is beautifully understated in the background.

A pleasant beach in Koh samui. Great view and a calm breeze. Alot of hotels and resturants along the beach to enjoy in the evening. Some places have live music too. I recommend going to the resturant called March.

The food offer ranges, of course, from Thai cuisine to German schnitzel, bratwurst, homemade potato salad, etc. And it's all very tasty.

War sehr gut. Man schläft aber fast an der Straße. War daher etwas laut. Strand, Essen und Personal waren horvorragend.

So far the dirtiest beach we've been to in Thailand. No idea where the good reviews come from. The beach and the complex is full of rubbish. The bungalows are extremely simple, the mattress was well located. All very clairvoyant. We could hear our neighbour snoring. Just behind the bungalows is a main street, day and night of noisy traffic. We left after a night out. It was only after an official complaint about the Booking Portal that there was a refund. Very bad.

Nice ambiant atmosphere…. Colourful lighting. Reggae music pleasant… service ok… food ok… German and Thai menu. Prices are reasonable.

We were very disappointed … Just go to the cake and have ordered a coconut, an iced coffee and a fruit ice cream cup. Cocosnuss ok, you can do nothing wrong, but everywhere you get to the decoration ne blossom, served here lovelessly. Then came a rice dish? The fruit ice cream cup consisted of 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream, spray cream and canned fruit > in Thailand I think this is a hindranse of customers! The iced coffee was also a canned coffee stretched with water on ice cubes. The system is nicely made, for me partly overdecorated with too much stuff. How to be able to do so, I cannot and never will say.

Lovely place great food and nice quite beach. Carston the German guy who runs the place is awesome. Also some good prices for accommodation. Can also get a sea kayak for 1 hour for only 100 baht.

A superb get away place. Usually there are not more than 10 people in the beach. It is silent and a calm place. You can get a beach front bungalow for a reasonable price and it is a bit further from the bar. The food here is quite good and not too expensive (compared to local prices). Staff is very friendly even though English is not that good. Would recommend especially for the location.

Budget bungalows on the beach. For 1-2 nights suitable. There is a bar and cafe, you can bring your own food and eat at a table on the beach. Very nice owner is a foreigner.

Nice beach & accommodation. But the Reggea vibe is lost. Staff un-intrested. Music selection to soft and sucks! Don't feel the reggae love!

3 Stars for the amazing beach location, the average food was like something from Greece in the 80s.

Amazing spot! Beautiful quiet beach, not crowded. People are very nice at the restaurant and the food is ok. Also offer free Wi-Fi that works well. The reason to stop here should be mainly the beach and the view.

Most varied menu I ever laid my eyes on in Samui, with decent prices and good food (had to read it twice to believe I can have gulasch in Thailand.

It's not 5 star but for people looking for typical places it's impeccable … It's clean and nice staff.
We were on site during the boss's birthday, guests were invited to the barbecue, we just paid for the drinks, we enjoyed this gesture…

It is a great family "resort" owned by a lovely hospitable German man. But this is NOT a reggae bar… they may play some reggae though their CD player when guests are dining and lounging, however this is not, and has never been an authentic Thai reggae bar experience. For the love of Marley PLEASE Europeans, stop assuming that because a person has comondered a style of a culture, that it makes it a live music Venue with the same ideals as a reggae Thai Rasta experience. A complete joke to be marketed as such.

Moderate food quality, quite high prices, sea is shallow a little bit, toys for children available at the beach.

I love here it's very chill the time! The staff are friendly. Good food and good price not too expensive, the song get along with the views and the sea Wi-Fi it's fast. And have rained the whole night no problem with bamboo room and I feel that very good air in side when it raning haha. Sometimes I awoke with the sound of the car are passed the whole time but it's ok. I happy to sleep there it's paradise I will be there again :)

Nice quiet restaurant and bar right on the beach. Perfect for lunch then sunbathing and sea dipping. The water is perfect and sand is clean and almost deserted. Perfect!

Really the best place in the world localisation… central on the beach and nature, great atmosphere for people looking for a rest and chill, cosy beach, cosy bungalows, climatic restaurant with climate reggae music and of course the best service and people working here, worth to recommend ☺

Cool located, nice bungalows. But the there are 4 bungalows NEXT to the main street of Samui. We were not able to sleep well, because there was traffic all night long. So, of you book, just take a bungalow next to the beach. Everything else was perfect!

Atmosphere cut the world with direct beach access, correct bungalows, Nice staff, small flat road just behind but more too pass at night! Personally I liked a lot.

Kings Busch is one of the most fantastic and friendliest places on Samui for us. The food is varied and good, at a very good price performance ratio. The owner and his staff make for an all around comfortable ambience. A wonderful place to make your mind wander.

It's very clean and kept and very beautiful waterfront rooms!
