Burned children because of a product placed in the water of the swimming pool. Impossible to exchange with Tony. Furniture damaged.

We were there with two Kids in summer 2018. Arrived in the evening after a 29 hour Trip from Germany. Booked 4 weeks before. They didn‘t have our booked large room (the Villa) for 4 persons. (It was overbooked, a guy told us, it was leased on a long time stayer)
then they offer another smaler room to us, (to small for our family)
but before we MUST cancel our Booking on mybooking. Com… we! Not him! Otherwise they didn’t want lease the small room to us… he want´s us to do that, because if we cancel the booking, we would not able to rate the residence on mybooking. Com… clever…
We just stay there because of our crying Kids, for them it was horrible having no sleeping place in a foreign country, they cried and so on… no breakfast, no bar…
the small room was ok…
