Anne and Jack are friendly and happy to help. We also got a free umbrella for the beach. It is actually only 7-8 minutes walk to the beach. Rooms are small and relatively dark — I like to be woken by the sun — I got out of bed badly because you didn't realize what time it was. Bathroom is good because the shower is "detached", so it is not all underwater. Note: There are a lot of French speakers — for example, For Germans difficult to start a conversation (just a clue, nothing negative)

The accomodation is only a few minutes walk from Yanui beach, across the street is a great restaurant from another hotel. A quite family atmosphere. In the morning you can enjoy your breakfast near the pool, Jack will make you fresh scrammbles eggs. Anne and Jack, thank you for a nice stay there, hope to see you again. P. S. The most important houserule — dont feed the duck in the pool. (see the pic)

I really recommend everything, be it the reception, the quiet, the cleanliness, the pool, the bar, the location 2 mins walk to the beach of Ya Nui Beach, the proximity to the massage parlors, restaurants and even a really serious tattooist right next door, the ambiance, the displacement, two viewpoint breathtaking less than a minute of scooter… To spend an unforgettable holiday, what more would you want?

Ideal location a few meters from the beach, run by a French couple who have booked us a great welcome, excellent stay I recommend to 200%!

We stayed at Anne & Jack for eight days at the end of November. We were incredibly friendly and warmly welcomed! You really notice the joy of life for the two of them.
The rooms were great! Clean, simple but nicely decorated and definitely large enough. A simple breakfast with toast, jam, on request also scrambled eggs and fresh coffee were served every morning.
The Guesthouse also had a nice pool if you were too lazy to walk 200m to Rawai Beach.
So in summary: Price performance is really more than good here!
The two are ALWAYS there for the guests and make every effort not to neglect anyone.
On top, the two invite every evening (at minimal prices, rather self-preservation costs) to dinner together — nice to sit at the table with so many nationalities and exchange ideas. Even if it's a bit of a problem with the language from time to time.

This is the third time that I come to Rawai-Phuket in two years, and it is also the third hotel… the first was very good, very classy, but that's a bit expensive still, and impersonal, the people will come and go, but without contact. The second hotel is very pretty on the card but unfortunately not neat and without a soul, and not given not more… Then I decided to change again and I found this guesthouse at a price really very low for the season and for Phuket, close to my favorite beach. It is donation like this that I made the acquaintance of Anne and Jack. When I took my room I did not believe my eyes! A large bed with nice colourful bed linen, one bathroom nickel, all spotlessly clean. But this is not the pretty room, nor the pool, nor the proximity to the sea which really enthused me to this point, which makes it exceptional this guesthouse is Anne and Jack, with their smiles, their good mood, their kindness, their humor, and the list is still long! Stay in Rawai wonderful, thanks to you Anne and Jack, and thank you also to Eileen and Jerome, another French couple met during this week with whom I spent great times and I hope to see you again very soon! When Anne and Jack I'm sure I will see them later in a year, on my next trip to Thailand for a new adventure together in the Baanthaibreak! You're great!

It's alright if you don't mind insects and spiders. Make sure to book a scooter or car — location is far from everything.

A bit disappointing. TONS of bugs (ants, mosquitoes, a stick bug the size of my pinky, a spider the size of my palm…). The management was unaccommodating when we requested to change rooms. The toilet refused to flush on our last day. The comforter on the bed was too small, the edges not able to reach the edges of the mattress. There were no bedsheets, only the comforter and mattress sheet. The pool was very cloudy and dirty looking, not at all as advertised in the photos. We did not swim in it. There is not much to do in the area, aside from the beach. Not a convenient location unless you have a means of transportation.

Very nice and quiet place at 2 minutes from the beautifull yanui beach, the cheapest guesthouse with swimming pool of all Phuket that I know (about 20 € per night), you can also use for free the nice herbal steam sauna when you come back from the beach, bar and nice small restaurant, I highly recommend you this place for you and all your friends to have the best hollidays in Phuket.
