Almost good cleanning service :/ but in a not so good neighbourhood.

That's disgusting. Dirty (from previous tenants cleaned only beds, on the balcony lying someone's underpants, bulls and one shoe, the bathroom dirty, the toilet all yellow). Repairs leave much to be desired — everything is cracked, broken, the switch shuts down after a strong hit on it. Service — no one speaks any language except Thai, clean only the beds and change towels, no labels on girls "do not disturb" (to our room came in a very intimate moment, while not knocking). Plumbing in the rooms in a very bad condition, all shattered and keep on the snot, the water is thin cold jet, the toilet is indecently yellow and dirty. The food is disgusting, you can all eat a couple of toasts and take the fruit (if they stay). There are a lot of insects in the rooms and restaurant, huge cockroaches and a huge number of ants, and some more volatile. About location. It's an administrative center, the beach is very far away, but nearby (15 minutes) there's an old town, but you'll have to go through very smelly streets. Nearby karaoke and the road are very noisy. View from the window-dirty roofs with mops and some wall. Taxi drivers do not know how to go there or ask for a lot of money. The bus station is very far away. Lots of "massage" salons around. Possible deception on the part of management (or travel agency), on the contrary there is a twin wanted (decent hotel), but sent to the twin inn across the street.

Taking a plate I found the nice surprise of full of baby roaches running right in the plate. For one night and for a pure adventurer it passes. For the rest, flee! We stayed two nights (at the base we had to stay 14 days) but out of the question, we were reimbursed and we left without regret!
