Hotel condition is very good for price. The staff is also very friendly. The employee name Fah, Benz was very friendly and helpful.

Spent 4 days here. A decent clean property. Got a great rate. Good if your just looking to chill and have booked pick up tours to and from here while staying. The hotel itself is far from anything. So be prepared to pay for a taxi or rent a moto. They advertise a free shuttle service which is no longer active. Free bicycles for hire are in horrible condition because no body uses them. We had a situation where guests in another room kept making allot of noise. The night staff have extremely poor English, but the day staff manager dealt with the situation well and moved us into another floor. So that's a plus. Decent pool. Breakfast needs some work. As does the lady who (I think) is second in charge at the desk, you need to change your attitude. My suggestions for this hotel. Bring back your free shuttle service, perhaps make it paid. (40 baht pp) to help alleviate the cost and operate 2-3 times a day only. You'll pull in more people this way. Perhaps to Central festival then to Phuket town. Then back. Improve your breakfast for westerners. Good luck I would stay again. Only if I had pre booked tours as there isn't much else to do other than chill.

There were 28.01.2018 did not like literally everything! Only the staff, tried to smooth out all the sharp corners, 1. The long wait for the masaja 1 hour made to wait and then after three reminders of himself, 2. There was no soap in the shower. 3. Do not give out slippers. 4. Very slow Service to understand your wishes (speaks and understands very little English) spacious room, very large and comfortable bed.
Lack of wardrobe, to tidy his belongings, ditto in the bathroom.
Location too far from the center, too far from the beach.
Unknown place for taxis, I had to do the Navigation with his phone that he did not know how to use, since he was all in Thai. (^_-)

First time but will definitely be back! My first stay and Recenta Phuket Suanlung during 9-11 November 2017 was impressive. The room was well prepared, clean and tidy. Every equipments work perfect. Staffs and front desk were very helpful. The best choice for mid range hotel I could find in Phuket town. Will be back around New Year!

Clean, but far to attraction.

This hotel is teribble, the staf is very bed and not friendly and rude. We come at 10:45 PM and we come very happy until the girl staf, screwe up my day, she ripped off my passport and my depature card, and they did not guide us to our room.
