Beautiful view, very nice and modern room plus good pool. It’s far away from the busy street of Patong so if you are confident to drive, the parking is free and next to your rooms. They have a nice bar and food. The only thing is receptionist at night is always missing, when you call nobody will answer your call or at least return to your call if there is someone on duty.

The service is very good.

There is no other place we would consider staying at.

This is one of the best places to stay in phuket… Excellent service … Excellent buffet. The rooms are clean and wide. Everyone is smiling. The private pool had a decent ocean view. I’m very grateful to The orange car Phuket for car service (orangecarphuket. Com. ). I rented two cars for the evening and everything was just perfect. They were very helpful and accommodating at the office. If we come back to Thailand sure we will visit this hotel.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel; the service is top notch. This hotel is the perfect home base — it provides every feature and comfort while giving a profound sense of luxury. Our 9 day villa was spacious, quite and always cleaned early with extra amenities. The breakfast had a wide variety of food with a view. The staff was so friendly and really helpful beyond the call of duty. The HandiGo app was an easy way to communicate with staff while on the go and they were able to set up reservations and trips for us as well as shuttle passes or taxi rides. The provided shuttle bus was seamless to and from the mall/beach. Overall the hotel has beautiful views and vibes and we could not recommend more!

Gorgeous rooms if you opt for the private pool terrace (can't comment on other rooms). Great amenities (two pools, three bars, gym and spa), friendly and helpful staff. There's also plenty to do within the property — I personally recommend signing up for the cooking class!

Unfriendly staff esp the shuttle driver (the one who was on duty yday — 14 Aug) Receptionist couldn’t tell we booked a room with breakfast and was asked for a proof and no welcome drink served. Only friendly and hospitable staff is at the bar and the restaurant. It’s a hassle to have to always book for the shuttle and it seems like it is never enough to cater all the visitors even low season. Food is also terrible and not up to 5 stars standard, for instance, we ordered a room service (2 pizza for around 1000 baht and what we got is like a frozen pizza off the microwave! ) And we left our key card inside because we only went out for quick breakfast, the maid came in to make up the room and casually took our card with her! Instead of just leaving it in the room. Upon checking out, we called receptionist half an hour before for a pick up as we stayed at one of their suites up on the hill and nobody came. I had to call again and waited another 15 mins. All of these lil things made us wonder how a 5 stars hotel do not care to train their staff to be more efficient and hospitable! Horrible experience with 5 stars hotel to date! Never again and will spread the words so they don’t have to waste their money on something not worthy.

Wyndham was a pretty good resort. Nice, big pool. The roof above the balcony also shield from sun making the rooms a bit dark. They have huge TV`s but only coax connection with gives bad signal/pictures. Strange priorities if you ask me. Food at the restaurant/ room service is decent but far from outstanding. It`s also overpriced if you compare to quality. All in all a good hotel but not something I`ll remember for long.

Amazing hotel, with great quality breakfast and really helpful staffs. Van, one of the managers, was very kind and informative. Boon house service was also excellent. Didn’t rush her job and was efficient and very generous with help. I’ll definitely come back and recommend whoever comes to Phuket that this place is a definite must. This hotel made my Phuket experience so much better.

Room and views were amazing. Food at the restaurant was terrible and about 10x local prices. Transportation was also much more difficult than expected. The free hotel shuttle is fairly infrequent and was already had many of the good time slots fully booked when we were just checking in, making it much less useful than I would have hoped. That being said the hotel was absolutely stunning visually and the buildings, pools, and gym were all great.

Just spent two nites here. Grand wyndhams … why I just rate it was just ok.
1. Room is spacious. No doubt. I stay in ocean view private pool villas. View n room is great. 2. Too bad. Workers not everyone is so friendly like others Siamese. And their English need to improve 3. Driver attitude shuttle I mean (doesnt his name. I just knew that he wearing glasses. Got one fella is damn rude. Minus points for this hotel 4. Breakfast not bad. With great ocean view … 5. Didn’t sleep well 1st night. Because why? There is a bunch of Arabians idiot. Making noise at 3am! Too bad. They only can shut them up ard 5.30 am. I doesnt know y. Maybe they all sleeping like we do. Minus points! 6. One more thing. We need to carry our luggage all the way to lobby … oh yeah check in a bit slow … So. If u ask me whether I will come back again? I will say I will explore another hotel.

Worth another visit. This resort was fantastic. I never wanted to leave. My pool suite was very nice and well maintained. The location was near enough to the main area to be convenient but far enough to be quiet. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

This hotel is probably one of my favourite on SE Asia. I got the room with the pool and the view is just spectacular. There many features at this hotel that really amazed me! Like floating breakfast that was served at my private pool and their awesome spa. So if you decide to go grab breakfast in their breakfast area. You will definitely get the best view of Phuket. I would highly recommend this hotel! If you’re after a luxury getaway.

The pool is great, good! If you want to swim, you want to sleep, and you have a distant sea view. Very pleasant. The scenery is picturesque! The lack of the United States and China is that there is nothing nearby, very inconvenient, can only take a taxi to Patong about 100 yuan.

Nice hotel. Stayed here for 6 years. Breakfast was included, very decent food, fruit, svezhevvzhatye juices. The room was clean. The room was clean spacious. A huge bed slept with a baby. The beach was a minibus, but had to be booked in advance. The hotel is on a hill. The only downside to the reception is not speak Russian, but communicated in English. As they could, or with the help of an interpreter. Everything worked, air con not noisy, hair dryer, sleek board, iron, 2 robes, slippers single all in room was. Shampoos Gels and other small things changed as you use. There is a plasma TV the truth did not find the Russian channel, but we had no time to watch it. Went with the child to the game room. The child there also liked. The hotel room was 227, rested in February 2018. We loved the hotel.

The hotel was very nice, and very clean. It had a great view, but the pools could improve. It was way too small. The maids and staffs were very friendly and the balcony was a great place to chill. Rooms were quite expensive, but I loved it. The breakfast had a wide range of foods, and the view was amazing. Overall would stay here again.

Abiamo took a resplendent room with pool and sea view. Everything was perfect, a romantic atmosphere the perfect room, cared for every detail. Our arrival in the room there was a dish with the fresh fruit, WI FI worked great, every morning express wanting the TE. The kitchen worked 24 hours, you po order something in the room. Friendly staff, helpful soridente. Abiamo spent a great holiday thanks to the living at this hotel. I hope to return soon.

It’s a very beautiful hotel, with a stunning view as it’s on a cliff. We stayed here for 3 nights in a suit with a pool, the room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was very very good too, suitable for every taste. The only thing I didn’t like was that the reception staff were very slow, after our check out we had to wait for 35 minutes for them to take us and out luggages to the car that was going to the airport. And each time I asked they said they don’t have enough staff!

The staff is very friendly but very stupid! The food not so good. They put things in their menu that they don't even cook. I ordered lobster bisque… they brought me a seafood soup. I pointed out that I asked for lobster bisque and he took the soup back and brought me the same broth with no seafood and said here lobster bisque… so now I pointed out that this was the same soup and he says there is no lobster.

Highly recommended. If ever I'm in Phuket again this would be my first choice. The Service is amazing and extremely friendly staff, with big smiles everyone is always willing to help. The rooms are amazing, clean, very big and has everything you need. We stay in a room with a private pool. Rooms have bath robes, slippers, safe, iron, iron board, hair dryer, mini bar and a TV that actually has good channels to watch for the quite night in. The room I stayed in would be perfect for a newly married couple. The hotel also gives you access to two other pools, one being a roof top infinity pool (which stays open till late, I think it's was till 23:00) and another infinity pool and to the sport centre (fully equipped with all sorts of gym equipment). The hotel also have a on site spa, steam room and sauna (male and female separate). 24 hours room service and a free shuttle bus to the main strip (shuttle service runs till quite late). Thank you Wyndham Gran for a very welcoming and pleasant stay.

People, I advise you all. I've been to Thailand four times already. We go here to train. As an experienced traveler I can safely state that this is one of the best hotels in Thailand. The hotel is not on Patong itself, and thank God! It is located at the end of the bay, on the mountain, with a unique view of the bay and the whole of Patong. That's why you live in silence, and there are no problems with logistics. There is a free shuttle, taxi, tuk-tuks and the best solution — motorcycle. In the rest — not a single criticism! The hotel is located in tiers on the mountain. Very beautiful and unusual area, everywhere beautiful views of the ocean. There are two great areas with pools. Thought through to the smallest detail: changing rooms, showers, towels, bars-food. One of the Fininiti basins flows smoothly into the ocean and Patong. Sauna, hammam, excellent fitness and top spa. We tried everything. Come, you won't regret it! P. S. The hotel is nominated as the perfect place for couples in love. And that's probably true. But it is different for people who are in love with great service and a great atmosphere on holiday!

Our stay was not without issue but our room was so amazing, it's hard to complain. I would recommend staying in the pool room with ocean view and including breakfast. The villas are really posh but don't offer enough to justify the extra cost in my opinion. The breakfast is fantastic and the food we ate was pretty good too. Prices are high. Closer to US pricing than Thai pricing. Phuket in general has higher prices but this hotel clearly goes for the high end guest. There are shuttles and the staff was accommodating. I definitely enjoyed my stay.

The room is wonderful very clean and spacious. And there is a Private pool at the suite. Really had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Would visit again if I have the chance.

Friendly staff. They always smile and always try to help you. House keeping is amazing. They pay attention for every small detail. I’d give a 5 star but we had a heavy smell in the bathroom which we had to stay one more night then they gave us another room. But the manager I believe her name was Alice was very helpful. Overall this is a great place if you want a quite calm vacation. But if you like to be closer to downtown or beach like walking distance then this place is little bit far. They have a free shuttle going to patong beach but there are only 12 seats and traffic gets crazy sometimes so it takes about 20-30 minutes to go to beach.

The resort is new, modern, well designed and beautiful. Villas with private pools are amazing: large rooms and huge bathrooms as well as private pool on the deck which is large enough to actually swim a little, let alone to just soak and enjoy the view in privacy and convince of the guestroom. It is close to Patong, but far enough not to be part of the hassle there. The free shuttle could have run more often. Stayed in the villa and it is amazing. The restaurant and bars a way over priced. Breakfast buffet is good, but I don't have reference to other similar level hotels locally. Would stay here again.

Brilliant. Simply perfect attention to detail. Rooms are beyond what you expect in Thailand or even Phuket. Close enough to Patong but quiet and far enough away. I can't fault it.

Got a steal of a deal on this hotel just right before the peak season. Beautiful hotel, had a 5 star rating, beautiful views of the ocean from the lobby and the restaurant. Booked a room with a private pool and garden view. Garden view just means you are looking at some shrubs though. It was awesome having the pool to be able to jump in after being in the Thailand heat. Pool was really cold as the sunlight doesn't reach the pool. Comfortable bed, great service, highly recommended.

Stayed here while still only partially opened. Nearly empty. We had essentially 1 on 1 staff attention which was a cool experience. Insanely gorgeous panoramic views and the suites with private pools are a must try!

Highly recommended! I Stayed for 3 days in luxury Grand Suite, Private Pool. This resort is the best one that I even stayed. So perfect! calm, private, stunning view, luxury resort that you can enjoy relaxing all day. The location is not far from Patong beach. You can take resort shutter bus to get there. Stunning panorama view point from restuarant that you can see 2 beaches. And you can see sunset from restuarant too. If you stayed in your room, you can see Patong beach from your private pool villa and it so fantastic when you see it at night with colorful light. ❤️I love private pool villa in my room. So private and comfortable with Jaguzzi. I swam all day. But they have 2 public pool that you can enjoy swimming with panorama sea view or garden view. I love panorama sea view pool that has fantastic view and jacuzzi.

Simply… ur stay in thailand will be different if u stayed in this hotel, free shuttle bus to patong, amazing view, breakfast in the best ever, very supportive, room is better than the photos. Everything is more than perfect.

Very nice hotel on the hill, overlooking the ocean. Ocean view rooms with private pool are fantastic. Breakfast and food are very nice. Helpfull staff. One of the nice hotels I have eve stayed. It is 5 km. Away to Patong beach. If you want silence and serenity, I recommend you this hotel.

Just checked in and not impressed. While the property is aesthetically pleasing the view leaves a lot to be desired. I see is power lines, lots of power lines and a rooftop with debris on it. Not sure where the stunning photos posted came from. Our room was ready early but the temp was set to 27 degrees so it was hot (to be fair it cooled down fast). The location is not desirable if you don't want to spend a ton of money getting around by taxi. Staff is very nice but I wish I'd booked at the Holiday Inn. While there is a free shuttle space is limited and you could get stuck at the property with no food unless you go across the street to the hotel restaurant. Additionally, it says to nearby attractions and it only takes you to a mall and the local town of Pa Tong. Lastly, per the website there is an airport shuttle… upon arrival we found out there isn't one.

Excellent and if I have a time to go there again I must stay there. My family enjoyed there and loved this place too much because have a privet pool.

The hotel is perfect. Rooms are spacious and views are breathtaking. Service and staff are beyond fantastic. Complementary shuttle service to Patong beach. Only thing missing is restaurants which I'm sure will be there after the grand opening of the hotel. Highly recommend if you you're looking for a quite resort close to downtown.

Well I agree with all negative reviews about this hotel. "+": pool and views are great. The sea view is amazing. There are elephants nearby and nice restaurants with sea view. Please don't ride elephants. "-": Alot of things were broken: toilet had to call 3 times. AC unit outside of the room was making so much noise that all guests couldn't sleep. They fixed it though. Hair dryer was missing. Rooms are average. Not worth the money they charge at all. Stay for a few days and only if you get a good price.

In a 5 * hotel not working toilet, sinks clogged, a window with a balcony overlooks the main street, from the noise to sleep. No hair dryer, iron, even the toilet paper you have to ask, though it is not much needed as the drain not working. The rooms are dirty, all requests to clean and wash the floors in the best case sweep, while linen is changed every day. 5* only the quality of the work Wi-Fi, the view from the restaurant and from the pool to the sea. Transfer only Patong, where there is neither sea nor beach normal, so to reach the beach from the hotel only by taxi and very cheap. In General I do not advise to visit this hotel.
